This place is on the highway in an industrial area so if you choose to drive in and eat at a stall, be aware that there's not much going on for it as far as scenery and atmosphere is concerned. The one cool thing is that the airport is nearby so you may see planes taking off or coming in for landings if that's your kind of thing. There's also a truck yard right there so if 18 wheelers interest you, you'll be in your element.

Reminds me of the typical food you would get at a NASCAR race. Friendly and courteous staff, extremely clean. Ketchup packs were all stuck together, I'll only be returning for the shakes, well worth it, especially the Banana and the hot fudge !!!

I haven’t been to sonic in a long time. I was craving a milk shake. Milk shake didn’t taste good and had an after taste. It was thick which is usually a good thing but it wasn’t cold. I really can’t explain it because you would think if it’s thick it’s frozen but I wasn’t cold. Usually I get brain freezes from milk shakes from other places but this milk shake was warm. Don’t think I will be going back there again.

The last 2 times I ate here, i had the same issue. I ordered through the app and proceeded to one of the stalls. I checked in and up popped my order on the screen giving me the time line of my order. After "making the order came up, the screen then went back to the original screen to place an order. I waited about 10 more minutes and hit the red button. The woman came on and said "Drive through only". I said I placed it through the app and the screen had my check-in. She said "Drive through only". So I go to the drive through and I tell her "If you're only doing drive through you should shut off the kiosks. I get a blank stare. I get my food (that has been sitting there) and it's cold. Never again at this establishment. There's another Sonic not far. I'll give them my business from now on. Hopefully my experience will be better at that one.

Honestly this is the only Place where I feel like a dog picking up something If you're a third party delivering driver , you must bring a bell and wait outside in ten degree weather.... They can't just let you sit in the car and go through the drive Through like everywhere else.... no respect for its drivers Who honesTly are thinking orders that people barely tip and have to put up with all this..... They can leave the front part open.Maybe put a heater out there....... One of the worst Sonics in the game. We are new to the area and just moved back to the States from Europe so we have been excited about getting Sonic again - this being the closest one we have ordered delivery from them and gone to get from them. So this review will be for both. In person, store is trash. Very dirty and just bleh. Limited on how many kiosks/ordering parking spots they have and to be honest, they are so slow I would recommend drive-thru to force them to move quicker. One of our visits was for a promotional meal (some pickle thing my wife wanted) - the cashier couldn’t figure out how to order it and kept taking stuff off and adding it on - we ended up getting charged a different price because she added it wrong. We told the guy when he brought it and he said it was right, and we were just so fed up we didn’t argue and left. Not worth it. Plus they just threw everything together like slung it into the bag. Delivery has been horrible, we have decided to just stop ordering from there. They constantly put stuff on top of the chilli-cheese footlongs which pulls all the cheese off them… they sling everything in there with no care. And then the worst we have experienced was when I ordered a basic shake and got some mind blowing concoction that was a shake with literally everything in it… like everything and it was disgusting. Tried to call them but no luck. And plus, in the past when they forgot something or messed it up, they told us we had to come get it - no… that is why we had it delivered. Just fed up with this Sonic. It should be pulled from the authorised franchise list.

One of the employees gave my card to someone else thru drive thru and all he said was I’m sorry , and your going to have to block my card because of his mistake like bruh he didn’t even offer to give food or anything for free , but yeah 0 out of 0 they lost my card and didn’t at least compensate other then just sorry like bruh

Everytime i come here i order a snickers sonic blast. I get a bit of snickers dust on top and then the rest is plain ice cream and its always very disappointing because I do not like the ice cream on it's own. I started to ask for extra snickers and when I did they actually gave me LESS than normal. Today I asked for extra snickers again and they gave me a CUP FULL OF SNICKERS with quite literally a couple spoonfuls of ice cream. Pictures will be attached. This is NOT that hard. They also almost ALWAYS give us the wrong order as well on top of this and they take nearly half an hour.
