This is one of my favorite places to eat and have tasty drinks. The stuffed fish was hot, juicy and seasoned perfectly, topped with a creamy sauce. It was happy hour and I got a cold and delicious rum punch drink. You never disappoint, we have been going here for years and love the zydeco music! Thanks again.

We ordered Razoos from Uber Eats last night. It was so good, my son wanted to come to the place in person, so glad we did. Our waitress was Marissa. She is very sweet, nice and attentive. I came here just to highlight the service I received from Marissa at the Stafford location. Her recommendations were on point, she was kind, she was efficient. I can tell she cares about people as well as serving so I was honored to have her serve our meal and I will definitely be back on behalf of her going above and beyond to make our experience as wholesome as possible.

I may have just found my go-to Cajun cafe. I liked the welcoming feel of the place, and the general Southern vibe. The witty notes on the walls were quite hilarious too. Our server was friendly and polite, and clearly mentioned all to expect with our orders in case we had wanted to make substitutions. We did replace a side, so the information she provided was definitely useful. The swamp thing frozen drink was tangy and refreshing. And it came decorated with beads too! We ordered two entrees: 1) Stuffed fish over dirty rice & black eyed peas and 2) Shrimp and cheddar cheese grits. Both were absolutely delicious! I truly felt content and happy with my experience.

Love going to Razzoo’s , me and my boyfriend go once a week and get the 2 for $22 . Food is always delicious, always fresh and comes out really fast. Our waitress Brooke was great as well , very friendly and kept making sure we had everything we needed and that everything was to our liking . I got the cajun fried chicken, 10/10 very good .

After a rough start to our dining day elsewhere, Omar and the entire Razzoo's team restored our faith in great restaurant service. Raazzoo's has quickly become my go-to spot for seafood since moving to Houston. The food was exceptionally fresh, served hot, and bursting with flavor. Every dish was perfectly seasoned, and the drinks were just as impressive. The atmosphere was inviting, and our waitress went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend the seafood platter and the jalapeño fish—both are absolute must-tries. The restaurant itself is clean, with ample parking and a stunning view of the lake. I had such a great experience at Razzoo’s Cajun Café thanks to our amazing server, Lexi! She was super friendly, attentive, and made the whole meal so enjoyable. She checked in often without being overbearing and gave great recommendations from the menu. You can tell she really cares about her guests and loves what she does. The food was delicious, but Lexi’s energy and service made it even better. If you come to Razzoo’s, definitely ask for Lexi she’ll take great care of you!

We visited on 2/14 for lunch. Everything was fresh and delicious. Latoya was our server and she made sure to check in with us frequently and she was very nice. We'll be looking to sit in her section next time we visit.

Decided to step out with the family for a Cajun lunch experience, and was overwhelmed by Razoo’s. The food quality was fresh, each item. The oyster’s could’ve been larger, yet still were seasoned and chargrilled very well! Our shrimp was grilled and wrapped in precisely cooked bacon! The Shrimp Cajun pasta topped the experience with its savory noodles and edible shrimp! Will be back.

The food is amazing! Only complaint was the girl at the door… there was a sign that said to please use the other door so we kept walking around just to find out there was no other door. Another lady was behind us and complained as well why the waiter at the door didn’t tell us anything as she watched us walk by. Besides her, the service was great and the food is amazing. Loved the boudin balls! The margaritas weren’t great but the food made up for it!

I've been coming here for years. I think they have the best crawfish/shrimp etouffee in the area. The flavor is savory and has a dark roux that I like. I came for lunch and ordered the Creole Fish Pontchartrain as well as the fried catfish basket. The servings are huge and everything is delicious. Service is prompt and attentive. I enjoy the Zydeco music that plays in the restaurant which adds to the Louisiana ambiance.

First time going but won’t be the last!! We got the fried platter with dirty rice, at first glance the rice looked bland but was I so wrong. It was rich with flavor and not heavy with meat either. There was a dipping sauce called cherry mustard sauce was to die for, had a sweet taste but then a hint of horseradish. The gumbo was rich in flavor as well and the rice was well portioned not too little not too much, had all the veggie to make a good rue sauce to make sure the gumbo was perfect! The one thing I will say my margaritas was more of a sour base then flavored mango but still got drank. Over 10/10

The food was out of this world. Excellent flavor and presentation. The combinations of spices and seasoning was spot on. The service was reasonable even though it was obvious that they were short staffed. The atmosphere was not pleasant, but that was caused more by the table behind us than the eatery.

Loved the place.... and the price. -‐--------------------------------- Jan 2024 I am visiting Razoo after 4 years. Service have improved slightly but the price has sky rocketed. Today, I paid $23 for the same Crawfish Etoufee which as $13 fours year back. That's a $10 jump!! I will write more review in few years later on my next visit. Stay tuned!!.

It is a very nice place with good food. My husband and I order boudin balls, a cup of chicken and sausage gumbo, a cup of seafood gumbo, a seafood combo platter, and a Cajun tricky fish. We like the cup of chicken and sausage gumbo and the seafood combo platter. The other items were okay. we wanted to try the broiled oysters but unfortunately as of 10-6-2, they still didn’t have any oysters. I love the atmosphere and the food. We are definitely coming back for sure to try our favorite and new items.

I thoroughly enjoyed blackened chicken po’boy and fries when I came a year ago. Today, I had a Cesar salad and the blackened chicken with dirty rice and green beans. It was good but not the greatest I’ve ever had. The customer service was good but was not 100% welcoming.

This would of been 5 stars because the vibe and food was great !! It was a quite a wait but the service was trashhhh this was our first time here and the buff waiter didn't make it welcoming at all . He was very dry didnt even check on us or how the food was . Come to think of it he didn't even bring us our food somebody else did we didn't see him again until it was time for the check . Great place for Cajun food. We got the fried pickles and the blackened tilapia.. the portions are really big.. I think one plate per person is more than sufficient. They have a good variety of cocktails and beers. Staff was very friendly. Would definitely go back here.

I was in the area and decided to give this place a try for Saturday lunch. It was pretty quiet compared to Kim Son next door. The service was friendly but could have been a little faster. We only ordered simple dishes like fried seafood platter and gumbo. The fried fish and crawfish tasted good, the fries were seasoned nicely. The gumbo was decent but for the "big bowl" portion it was surprisingly shallow! The prices are less than Pappadeaux, but you do get what you pay for in this case. There wasn't any fresh bread while waiting but at the least the water view out back was nice and the decorations are really colorful. I even saw a cat sitting in the boat decoration outside. Maybe his job is to catch rats...

We visited this location in 2008...The only changes are the portion sizes, they got smaller. However our server was great, Michael the manager was very nice and friendly, the atmosphere awesome, reminds me of Louisiana 😎 This place is worthy of 5 stars we just miss the old portion sizes. My wife was in the mood for fried shrimp, and we hadn't been here since the month they opened, so why not? We had a five minute wait and then we were seated. Our waitress appeared instantly, we requested water, then we studied the menu. . They were pushing crawfish hard, and I got the "5 pound" desk. My wife got some fried fish patter. We both ordered cocktails. Then we waited patiently. . It took a solid 10 minutes to get our drinks. Food came 5 minutes later. . I expected "5 pounds" to look more daunting. This looked like 2 pounds to me, but what do I know? . The accoutrements are ordered also cart, and I thought "5 pounds" would be a challenge so I didn't order any. I would have liked some potatoes and corn, but no. . The crawfish themselves were not highly seasoned. They were fine, but I like a bit more flavor. . My wife liked her fried fish platter, but it was big for her. . Our waitress was friendly, but I wouldn't accuse her of being attentive. . Overall, it scratched an itch. We'll be back in a decade or so.

Yikes! I used to come here a few years back, and today I returned and was instantly disappointed. We sat at a bar table, and were pretty much ignored, so I ordered from the bar and sat back down - this is on a Saturday afternoon, so they should be getting ready for a busy night... To charge the same price as the Rouxpour for a dozen of oysters and deliver a plate of tiny oysters drenched in butter is outrageous. Whoever you get those tiny oysters from are clearly ripping yall off. The entrees were better. Overall the experience could have been better for the price charged.

I haven't been in awhile and this time the kitchen was slammed and so perhaps that's why the food was okay at best. I usually like the food a lot, but the staff did their best. They were apologetic and responded with efficiency to any requests. The atmosphere is the same as always, they haven't changed in that regard. My oysters were alright, the remaining dishes were fair to good. I would still come back.

I visited this afternoon with my sister and had high hopes. While the food was enjoyable and the pricing was fair, the service was unfortunately lacking. As someone who works in the industry, I was surprised by the lack of engagement from the staff. We observed multiple employees, including the host and our server, constantly on their phones in customer view. Our server approached the table with their phone in hand and remained on it at least 3 times, as well as leaning against the patio railing right next to us, using their phone. Consequently, our drinks were never refilled. Additionally, there seemed to be a lack of product knowledge, as our server was unable to answer basic questions about the menu. There is great potential here, but the front-of-house standards need improvement. Although we will be back! The happy hour menu is extremely inviting! Prayers next time will be better 🫶🏻

The food was hot and fresh,but could have used a little seasoning on everything,I didn't care for the buttermilk sauce...theyvwould have done better with ranch for the wings,then the service was awful,the greeter wasn't comunicating,she seemed to be more worried about her homework,I had to ask her was there tables available,she said she can't seat us, so I asked if she notified someone that could???..this was strange because I later saw her seating people.My waitress was polite but not very attentive,we was seated with no napkins or straws,she may have checked on our table once,she forgot some of the order,it was hard to get re-fills,and the dishes piled up on the table and they wasn't busy at all???

Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe definitely knows how to bring the flavor. Every plate we had was swimming in seasoning—in the best possible way. You won’t find bland anything here. From the blackened fish to the red beans and rice skillet and even the fried gator bites and fries, the food delivered. That said, the service needs some serious attention. We were seated quickly, but waited too long before anyone even came to the table. The staff (mostly kids) didn’t seem confident about the menu—some couldn’t even pronounce basic items. We had to ask for everything: ketchup, sugar, salt, utensils... even clean menus. Ours had food on them. So, food gets a solid 4 stars, but service brings the overall experience down to a 3. I am a Louisiana native that values authenticity, quality, and service and this place lacks both. My first visit here I got the catfish and red beans with hush puppies, was not impressed. Thought I would give em another shot and went for gumbo, chicken and sausage. They put okra and tomato in theirs, I prefer it without but as long as it's not too slimy and flavor is correct I'm cool. What I received was rice and gravy, not gumbo. And idk if they're not separating things as they should or what but I could taste hints of shrimp, made me gag. For people that have seafood allergies that's a lawsuit waiting to happen. I feel for businesses in this industry. Employees working for these wages are the distracted youth and the worn out retiree's. Hard groups to manage.

I really haven’t been here on a while and was expecting the food to be the same . The fish was totally different the batter was not that Cajun style that I was expecting.The staff was awesome and understanding when I brought it to there attention and I really appreciate how they handled the situation with the discounts on my ticket. Please bring back the spice in my life the texture I was expecting I just want to enjoy my Sunday with my daughter that has been begging me to bring her here all day . We had to ask the lady who cleans the tables if she could get our server. Once the server came, service was ok, but not enough to make up for the wait. I got the crabs.(Very salty) my husband enjoyed his food. ( stuffed chicken)

It was nasty 10+ yrs ago and its still a NO for me. I ordered Boiled shrimp- No taste. After 2 trys. Now the Catfish 2 PC was good. However its a NO NO to cut a filet in half and then cut the half in half and charge 12.99 for half of a filet. I had two skinny catfish tenders.. seasoned and fried well though

The atmosphere is phenomenal, I love the decor and views from the restaurant. The food and service did not meet expectations. From the beginning we got nasty passive aggressive attitudes. I overlooked it in hopes the food would be great but it was extremely bland. Awful experience aside, they also charged us a gratuity percentage from the grand total with taxes included. The manager Ladeht assured us this was policy, however I’m sure businesses shouldn’t be charging gratuity on top of profit they didn’t earn. What we thought would be a spur of the moment birthday celebration turned into us having to defend ourselves for basic service. Once the waitress found out our table qualified for the automatic gratuity the service went with it. I will be filling a report with the TX Attorney General to get the specifications on charging gratuity on state taxes. I’m sick of corporations taking advantage of consumers and forcing their underpaid staff to enforce their upcharges.

At first our waitress was very kind, after we paid for our food she was a whole different person. She was very rude telling us we had to leave the table, when there were so many empty tables, and saying things under her breath. I don’t know if she thought her tip wasn’t enough or if she thought I didn’t leave her a tip or if it is just how she really is but I will never return to this restaurant again.

First red flag was when wifey and I got there, no one was around to seat us. We had to flag down a waiter to find the host. Once we were seated the host gave us menus and left us there. It was almost 15-20 min before someone came back to take our drink orders. Drinks took forever too. Then a lady I assumed was the manager came to help us out and buttered us up & had us feeling as if she was going to at least discount our meal due to the bad service. We were wrong. She did help speed things up. Food was okay for where we were. Drinks were tasty but kind of weak. Bill was about $85. We normally tip generously, but after that awful experience, we couldnt do it. And we will be disputing the charges. 🙃

What a party pooper! Me and my family visited the one in the Fountains today. It was my daughter 28th birthday. We had a party of 10. The hostess mentioned about 18% gratuity. We wanted to sit on the patio. So I asked if we can just do a group of 5 ea? Her manager came over concerned how I wanted the party split up and we sit separately on the patio. She stated that we would be a party of 5 on the pation and the other 5 sit inside I mean really what's the big difference? I feel she could have went over and beyond to accommodate this way and just didn't want to do it. Like anyone would have known, I bet if it was her family or friends she would have. Seriously they lost out on money behind a 18% gratuity. This is a million dollar company, it would not have hurt anything.

Very unimpressed. Food lacked flavor and seasoning. Thick unseasoned breading on everything (pickle, rat toes and fish). The flounder reminded me of fish sticks. The shrimp etoufee atop the Flounder was just etoufee sauce topped with unseasoned shrimp. The shrimp wasn't mixed into the sauce. The green beans looked like creamed green beans.

Worse experience ever. The waiter was inattentive towards us... felt discriminated against. We ordered the MeeMaws crawfish boil... and it not only took forever.. but they brought the wrong one... and when they took it back.. they just removed the shrimp and threw another crab leg on there. Food was cold. Wasn't seasoned that well. Tators were bland. And the crawfish was broken up... not alot of full ones. Waste of money. Need better employees. Appetizers was okay.

I decided to DoorDash my food and pick it up. Now I see why I haven’t been here in 3 years. 1 scoop of red beans,half a scoop of dirty rice and the macaroni is 1 scoop. Please do better than this for the next customer. I picked this up around 3:49 p.m. I should have checked my food before I left. My sweet tea wasn’t good either.
