Great vibes despite the area the ladies in the front I believe I was helped by Jenny and Jackie I'm terrible with names but I wanted to definitely let Taco Bell know this customer service is A1 here at this location ladies in the front are very helpful and my mobile order was put together without hesitation and was even wished a happy birthday while I picked up my birthday freezy from the app definitely one of the best locations around.

we recently came to this taco bell drive thru location after placing our order via the mobile app. i asked for a few burritos, sauce and drinks which were all repeated back when we made our way to the ordering area. the lady at the window confirmed our order as well when she handed the bags and drinks. the burrito i ordered were very hot and didn't cool down even after a 10+ minute drive to our destination. i had no issue with this location and thought the customer service was great.

This establishment is clean and has fresh food. Never any issues with the staff, especially night shift member. Always friendly and efficient. Want to recognize Fabiola , the cashier for doing such an amazing job with delivering customer service. Helping us with our orders at the digital ordering register, also for upselling items . That’s a great deal for me.Big props to management . They have set the bar for fast food environments. Nancy , the night shift manager is sweet and hard working. Best Taco Bell in then City.

Great service. Food steak just the way it shows on the screen. Lady at window very nice and got my food to me with no mistakes. I know most places just throw it in the bag she made sure I got what I order

It's Taco Bell. They seemed quite busy with drive through but always ready to ask if we needed anything when we approach the counter.

Food came out hot and fresh. Like most things in Stanton though you gotta deal with the weird homeless people.

$5 box is the best fast food deal anywhere!! ANDDDD comes with a drink. Items are alot smaller than they used to be but that's everywhere. But i can't get over the $5 meal!! Great deal!! They usually mess up my order here, but this day was perfect!!

It's what you would expect from a fast food Mexican place. They do have a good season to meet, and if you're looking for Value, they have a lot of $5 box choices to help fill you up.

Would give it a 5 but still playing with my emotions with those 'sold out' stickers on the Mexican pizzas. I know you got the ingredients. :(

Good food but I didn't get any hot sauce even after I was asked what kind I wanted. No napkin in bag or spork for the nachos.

Overpriced salad tacos that you need a microscope to find the cheese. Employees be acting like they running out of everything but lettuce.

I got home and started to eat one and there wasn't any beef much less extra beef in the burrito. So I took them back the next day and they made me new ones but they weren't what they were supposed to be.

The place is hit or miss. Most of the time they get the order correct they just aren't liberal with the sauce packets. I literally ordered 7 burritos & got 2 sauce packets & they were mild despite me asking for fire. Main stinker though is the sewage smell in the drivethru. I know it's mostly the city's fault but it stinks bad.

Bean burrito was dry, asked for sour cream but only got a drop. Taco supreme didn't have no sour cream. Not happy!

I ordered tacos but no taco sauce was included in the bag. The sauce should be included without asking for it. Taco with no sauce is like eating vegetables salad with no dressing. Sad.

The restaurant is very dirty, 4 workers and the orders are very slow, 20 minutes waiting for a combo order and a side of nachos, lousi service, exept for one boy

Took for ever i had to wait 16 minutes for my food and all my tacos were cold and nasty you only get one star only because I had to put it there

So i came here and ordered the chalupa combo through drive through it totals a lil over $10 to me a bit pricey for taco bell when i bit into it it was cold so i went back to return it and as im waiting at drive through window. The hispanic dude that works there was non stop caughing. He was wearing a mask but now im scared to even eat my food. He probly shouldnt have came into work with a cough. Just wanted to advise yall to be precautious

Girl with the headset looks at me 2 feet away and says," Can you go back to the drive thru and order. I just drove away. You can hear me perfectly face to face and don't wanna take the order. Unacceptable.

All the tables were sticky, and no, when greeted you or acknowledged you.

Everything was terrible when I was ordered the food she was giving me an attitude and my food was cold and it tasted terrible and they also forgot to give me my two tacos and I said sorry we can't give it to you I don't think you should eat here

At Friday noon 11:55 Am. When people asked to use restroom ? no matter who ? have to pay or buy something to have the # to use it. 03/22/2024. Have to correct this problem please! Thank you.

I entered the drive through at 15 mins before time and they said it's closed. I asked the manager and she started making stories and excuses. That's not what we expect from a Franchise like this.

It almost 10 minutes to make a simple 3 item order, then they never called my number,my food sat on the counter getting cold until stood up and seen it sitting there, the staff was rude to when I said something, I would never recommend this location to anyone and never plan on returning here myself... 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Careful with your charge card, i got charged twice driving thru the window, i than went inside and talked to the girl sge completely denied it and i showed her the proof two different charges, on my card....on the same bill!!!

Went to eat with my kids, but they had both the restrooms put out of order and we saw the employees using it when they had the sign on, so no clue why they denied access to the restroom. That’s a bad customer service, hopefully the manager reviews the cameras and rectify this issue.

Wouldn't help me too close to closing. They pretended to not be open in the drive through at 1:54 am even though the sign in front says they close the drive through at 2am. I saw people in there and they saw me but wouldn't help and there was a guy behind me too that honked in the drive though and they wouldn't help him either

I said word for word “can I get the 2 chicken chalupa supreme combo?” For some weird reason the rude cashier ( salvador) made me back up as I waited for the order to be ready. He never gave me the receipt so I asked for it and saw that he put 2 orders of the chalupa combo. I didn’t even get mad I just clarified I wanted just one to what he rudely responded you should have said the chalupa combo not this and that and gave me attitude the whole time… I myself apologized for the misunderstanding and he never did. I told him at the end I literally read it as it was listed on the menu and was ordering for several people… Literally the worst taco bell. I have worked in foodservice and I understand it’s tough but you don’t have to be rude for no reason Salvador.

When I asked why; their reasoning was because they close in 30 minutes and to cook the beef and or chicken it would take 45 minutes. I’m sorry but I have never heard of a Taco Bell or any establishment not being able to serve food when they are open because they close in 30 minutes. The sad part is that the guy couldn’t explain why so the female had to explain their lies. This is unsat and extremely disappointing!!!!!
