They were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Whether it was adjusting the heat of the hookah or providing extra coals, they were quick to respond and ensure my satisfaction. Overall, I highly recommend the Hookah Lounge for anyone looking for a great hookah experience. Great time! Wonderful staff!! Hookah, tv, music is great. Honestly cannot praise the staff enough. So many flavors for hookah and the have a coffee bar with bubble tea (and jelly for people like me who don't like tapioca)

Been going here for the past couple of years, the owner is very sweet & nice. He makes you feel comfortable & the place is clean with a nice set up, good hookah & food/drinks. My favorite hookah lounge on Staten.

PROS: This place is conveniently located in a shopping plaza and the prices are good. CONS: This place is 100% not observing CDC guidelines. 100% capacity, no masks, no temp checks, no sanitizing, no curfew. Also, the waitress was snippy towards us by giving us a bad attitude AND despite their being a 2 hour time limit they couldn't honor our reservation because the previous occupants exceeded 2 hours and they did not kick them out. OVERALL: I do not want to go back to this place, they are not doing things right and I had a bad experience
