My first time in a long time. Food was excellent. My server, Benjamin, was terrific. A very conscientious young man and very polite. Price was lower than I would expect for the quality of the food.

We had an overall good experience! The food was cooked well and came out in a timely manner, our server was very nice, we were seated immediately while still maintaining social distancing. Any issues would be small and nitpicky - the high chair for our daughter had crumbs in it, or we got 2 menus for 3 adults.

Environment was very relaxed and perfectly social distanced. I rarely do dine in anymore but they do it perfectly. Had the pleasure of being served by the manager and I haven't had service this great in a long time. Prompt, attentive, friendly and welcoming. We had the mozzarella sticks, I had the chicken and waffles and my husband had biscuits and gravy with eggs and hashbrown potatoes. Food was served promptly and was delicious. Will definitely be back at this location in the future.

The food and service were both good. We went here for breakfast. We were seated right away. Our server was attentive.but not hovering. She reminded me that my order included all-I-could-eat pancakes, which I declined because the meal was ample. We will return.

We had a party of 12 on a busy Saturday morning. We were seated quickly, orders taken, and had our correct orders in good time. Our server Veronica was the best! Great omelet late at night! Nice to have a place to eat food in the middle of the night! Fiance loved her 2 egg combo! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a late night bite!

Overall everything was as expected for an ihop with one exception. Our waitress, well pretty much everyone who worked here was Hispanic, half of them didn't speak very good if any English. Our waitress was about 70% understandable. It didn't cause any issues with the accuracy of our meals, but it made ordering and dining it a bit more of a hassle than expected.

The service was perfect, so was the food. It's a good IHOP overall.

Classic Breakfast Sampler-ordered online and joined the club for 20% off. You tell what time to pickup. We chose curbside pickup. Didn't even have to call they brought it right out. This was really easy. Breakfast was for my husband and he said everything was very good-ate it all

Our neighborhood IHOP is a solid breakfast spot—always hits the spot after a late night or lazy morning. Pancakes? Fluffy and perfect. The omelets are huge, and the coffee keeps coming (thank goodness). Staff is usually friendly, though it can get a little slow when they're packed. Prices are fair for the portions. Pro tip: The seasonal syrups are worth trying! Nothing fancy, but exactly what you want from a reliable diner. Just wish they’d update the booths—they’ve seen better days.

I just did a catering order from the Addison IHOP. Wow! I was floored at the amount of food we got for our party. It included everything we needed! Whipped butter, syrup, ketchup, napkins, plates and utensils! Nice and hot, the eggs looked delicious and better than anything I could have pulled together. Richard was the manager on duty and I got my bacon crispy, just like I asked for! I was extremely pleased with the order and I will be very happy to do a breakfast again. Oh , I also ordered some egg, meat and cheese burritos that were so big that I cut them in half! They were a favorite of my grandkids. Thank you Addison IHOP! It was delicious!

Our favorite diner. We tried New Mexico Burrito Bowl and Chicken Fajita Egg-white Omelette. Both are very good. Pancakes are always excellent. Jesse, our attendant was always friendly and helpful. Our recent visit was very good as always. Chicken fajita and spinach omelettes were wonderful. Sarah was very friendly and attentive. Richard, the manager trains the staff - especially the young men and women who are still in schools- well. Always good quality food.

We are from Colorado and came to the Chicago area for the weekend. Stayed at a hotel nearby and came here to eat twice. Friday at midnight there was pretty much no people inside. But on Sunday morning the restaurant was full. Both times the service was great! And they seated us quite quick.Emmanuel our server was excellent! The food is delicious, but the coffee if too strong to my taste.

I have gone to this IHOP before and it's usually very busy. On this day however it was the day before Christmas so I assume there were not many people going out that day we were seated very quickly and the service was extraordinary. I ordered the country fried steak meal and the steak was cooked to perfection. The pancakes on the side were delicious and it only cost a few dollars more than ordering two meals anywhere else.

My order came pretty quickly. Everything looked and tasted really good. Server was smiling all the time. Overall it’s a nice place with amazing food for a good price. You should definitely try it. I liked their waffles and hot chocolate. The employees here are fully engaged with every customer that walks through the door, very attentive, polite, respectful and receptive to the needs of their customers. I did not see one employee member without a smile on their face. The food service was fast, made well, and the drinks were mindfully refilled. It is located in a beautiful area and a great place to bring the family for a meal. You will not be disappointed.

Every ihop restaurant that I have been to, lacks service. With that said; I expected the same lousy service at this particular location. From the moment I walked in, to the time I left. There was a strange acting character in the restaurant that everyone was watching but the food we ordered was good and coffee was hot. Damian was a good waiter. There were 2 ants crawling on our table tho, that wasn't cool.

Last week I came in to eat with my family and we always come out satisfied. Our waiter emanuel was amazing and very attentive with us. When he brought out our food I noticed that the avocados did not seem to be ready. It was quickly fixed with him offering to bring a side order of different avocados without charge. I will come back to dine in and hope to see emanuel again to serve us!

We've been to this location a few times. Almost always excellent service! Alma the most recent time was great! She was very nice and did a really good job servicing our table. Meals were overall really good. Pancakes really should be on larger plates. They just fit on the small ones, but it's difficult to cut into them without making a mess on the table. Undercooked hash browns, which are not tasty.

I usually get IHOP every 6 months. For the most part its a pretty good chain to get food from. I do agree with a few of the comments with regards to service. It is hard to get someones attention if you need something or if you are waiting to be seated/pickup. I only do pickup now and one thing I have noticed is that every time I do a "to go" order I am always missing something from my order. For example, today I was missing one of my pancake toppings. One other issue I have noticed is the new rewards system. Since my last purchase I have noticed I am no longer able to use multiple rewards nor am I able to get certain items from the reward menu. If the owner or someone who can implement suggestions can address this that would be great. That being said, overall IHOP is great. Just all the little issues I am running into is leading me to look to other places.

First IHOP visit in years. Kids wanted to go here because one of their classmates goes there weekly with his family so we had to try it. It was good and friendly place to take the family. The foods was good and the service was awesome. The whole family was happy with the IHOP team members that serviced our large family especially since we were 13 deep.

Came here for Brinner, it wasn’t crowded and we were seated right away. The service was great, our server Jazmin took care of us. I took a star off because the chicken was cooked too hard. I had chicken in my pancake tacos and my son had chicken and waffles. And the eggs could’ve been a little hotter, but other than that everything else was good. My husband did say the crepes were cooked perfect.

IHOP has indoor and outdoor seating. Surprisingly, we had a short wait to eat on a Sunday. We had a wonderful server! We sat on a comfortable booth. Our food came faster than we expected. It was delicious! I really enjoyed the grapefruit juice. The pancakes were amazing! I did ask for my eggs well done and received over easy instead of over well. Overall we had a wonderful breakfast ☺️

Just your everyday run of the mill IHOP. You've got your pancakes, the flickering "OPEN" sign, an array of syrups, a cute army of ants parading about the wall and table which I've begun to name, and of course the typical warm, inviting environment.

Food was terrible restaurant was not even busy. Everything was cold and nit cooked. My daughter ordered the peppermint pancakes. They arrived burgeon the bottom and raw in the middle. Took forever to come back. Then he took the plate after a little came back and asked if we wanted a refund or remade. They were better 2nd time but looked nothing like the photo. It seems no matter what IHOP I go to the food and service is terrible. You should really put the photos of what the food will look like not pretend ones

I usually love IHOP for their food and service, but this week’s dine-in experience was disappointing. The pancakes, which are normally soft and fluffy, were crunchy. Our table also had ants, which made the experience uncomfortable. Additionally, the prices for side dishes were different from what the waitress told us, which was frustrating. I believe this was a one-off situation since my past visits have been great, but overall, things could have been better. Hoping for improvement next time!

Staff was nice & friendly but this time the crepes weren't as tasty as I remember. I couldn't even finish them. They tasted like someone's dog was in the kitchen while cooking. I don't own a dog. I added on bananas for an extra fee. Those are the only way I could even finish some of my meal. I don't live nearby so no reason to go back.

Currently super pregnant and ihop is my craving. Their food is delicious, but it seems like every time I order there’s something wrong with it. There is consistently always at least one missing thing. Wish it wasn’t so inconsistent cause the food is great.

Been here a few times. Had up and down experiences. Apparently pointing at the menu and showing them what you want will not get you what you ordered. Also some of the food is really delicious and others absolutely awful. I guess just get lucky when showing up here. And remember don’t point at the menu and show them. Arrive around 8am for take out breakfast. There was only one other person in the restaurant. I ordered 2 pancakes 2 eggs and it came with 2 sausages or 2 pieces of bacon and hash browns. I asked would it be possible to exchange the bacon and sausage for an additional egg. The answer was no, so paid for the additional egg and was asked did I still want the sausage or bacon that I was being forced to pay for🤔 . I replied yes since im paying for it. Got my food and drove to the theater that was across the parking lot and all my food was cold. I was very disappointed because this small breakfast costed $15 and with no other customers why was it cold?

I don't often leave reviews like this but this is supposed to be avocado toast. This is not something you serve. This is far past expired. Service was alright outside of this.

Although the table was cleaned, floor had lots of spilled liquid. Our foot began slipping and sliding. Crazy. We moved to the next table and no one asked us why. Wanted the other side but they sold it was closed so we were stuck on this side next to...this couple next to us. The guy couldn't speak without mentioning curse words. Very poor vocabulary and loud. You would think that the manager or someone would have told the man to keep it down or tell them to leave due to the use of vulgar language disturbing other patreons. But no, of course it's about the $$$. Probably will never eat at this place at 2 am again.

My husband ordered curbside pick up. It was set to be ready at 10:24am. He got there 5 minutes early and called to let them know he was outside, waiting. After 10 minutes, he called and no one picked up. He called 3 more times only for someone to pick up the phone and set it down. He wasn’t able to speak to anyone. Now it’s about 20 minutes past pickup time and he leaves the kids in the car to get someone’s attention through the window. They motion him to go to the front desk which really defeats the purpose and convenience of curbside pick up. He gets to the hostess and our order was just sitting at the front desk the whole time! The food was unsurprisingly cold at this point. I give 2 stars because at least the order was correct. I write this review because the situation impacted me in two ways.. He was to drop off a meal to me and he had to leave ours kids in the car unexpectedly.

Well as usual doesn't matter how many times I call n complain about the night staff stating they have no ice cream. Again tonight Dec. 26 was told by staff no ice cream last week the gentleman working said we usually don't make them at night but I'll make an exception for you but it will be in a to go cup. This location needs to get it together right now I'm the only one in the location and was told there was no ice cream.

Everything was slright, the person at the front desk or whatever didnt seem like she even wanted to work, very annoyed with me and kept hanging up on me. highly suggest she stops working, they forgot my pancakes then didnt care enough and hanged up on me, once i got my pancake the whip cream is barely even there, thank you ihop!

I happened to walk in with the manager on duty 5/21/25. He just kept walking and didn’t help. I noticed a female server that looked my way numerous times and said nothing. I waited till another person came in for a Togo for another server to ask if I wanted to dine in or take out. She asked if I knew what I wanted, I asked for a menu. I placed my order with special requests. I waited for my food for a while and once I got my food from the manager handing me my food through the wall that parts the kitchen from the front part of the store, instead of him coming around the wall to hand it to me. Got home and my meal was so over cooked , I just threw it out.

I questioned myself "what am I doing here",??? I ordered the T-Bone steak. I wasn't expecting a top notch cut of beef. What I received was a cut of meat that would best be described as a 1/8 inch thick pork chop ! As I opened my pre wrapped silverware I noticed the fork was dirty ! On the fork was cheese and broccoli 🥦 !!! It instantly made me wonder about the pots and pans ! The only good thing about the experience was the service.

Everytime I order for pick up something is missing or not done right. I get mistakes happen but this happens almost everytime here. I order for pick up and notice something is off by the time I get home. I shouldn’t have to double check my order.. this time my pancakes were missing and Nutella crepes were wrong. Not a fan of inconsistency.

Took almost 10 minutes to the server to go and ask what i want for drink Ordered turkey sandwich ..turkey was rancid like it was cooked hours early Onion rings were saggy Server never came to check the table until i was almost done... i mentioned i was to be done and immediately grab her table to charge my food What a joke !!!

If I have options without the one star I would do. The worst Ihop and experience I ever been in. Portions are way small. Service is very bad. The waitress was not friendly at all and told me to call and complain if I was not happy. Means she does not care.

Never again at this IHOP. Worse waitress, she was nice when we saw her. Not one refill on my hot ICE tea. The food was so small portioned, and they needed to put older people by older people and ask a preference. Not where there were a lot of screaming kids.Just so much, the bathroom wasn't even convenient, I had to wade through staff members to get to it.

Horrible management. We come here every year for Ramadan and always come just in time to start our fast. The staff that served us through the previous years were great and really good with timing. However, this year we noticed that the staff was different, seemed new, and had a lot of attitude. Even the manager was difficult to speak due to her tone. We placed our order an hour and 30 minutes before our fast was supposed to begin. Ended up getting our food four minutes before. Not only did we wait over an hour for just pancakes and an omelette, but our food was cold and served with attitude. Waitress literally threw it at us. The manager also argued with us and stated that we wouldn’t understand. Management and staff definitely needs to be changed. Not coming here again. Would rather make the drive and hit up Denny’s.

The food was horrible. The meat was grey. Over medium eggs were completely fried. The server came to drop off food then pick up plates only. When she told us she would get the manager he went to the table next to us where he knew the people and started talking to them. After about ten minutes he finally came by us. He took off my meal but did nothing for the rest that was wrong or inedible. Worst experience we have had at an IHOP ever. Manager actually said " I will be honest, the cooks don't get everything right or make things that well." Seriously that's what a manager says nowadays.

I was so disappointed about my omelet. I usually order the chicken fajita omelet, and it usually covers the entire plate.... yesterday it was about the size of a dessert plate. The price was 15. At this point I will not be back. SADDD

My waiter was awesome she did a great job attending me and my family. But the crepes order were terrible. The fillings for the cinnamon crepes and lemon ricotta crepes were pasty, too sugary, and just wasn't good at all. Who ever is cooking that stuff just didn't know how to make creames and fillings. Overall, service was good but man the crepes were horrible. (went back after a year and I literally have the same problem as then as now but instead of crepes I ordered cheesecake pancakes the cheesecake came as a icing but a pasty nasty weird flavor I just won't be coming back here EVER)

Placed an on-line order for pick up. Show up 10 minutes after estimated ready time and ask for my order and the person is confused because she has my receipt but no food, doesn't say anything else and keeps helping other people. Nothing is said for another 10 minutes finally someone comes out and doesn't apologize or anything and says with an attitude do you want your order remade. I expression my opinion how there way for pickups isn't clearly working and she sats "not my fault someone grabbed your order, so do you not want me to remake your order?" No why would i wait another 20 minutes for food from a place with such horrible customer service. Worst customer service ever.

To start out the tomato soup was lukewarm to cold. it wasn't even hot to where u would have to blow a little air to consume it, so that was a disappointment. Then the appetizer sampler was such a debacle! The mozzarella sticks were cold with no stretch on the cheese the chicken strips had more batter than chicken and the onion rings were way too wet and thick to even bite them without them falling completely apart. The marinara sauce wasn't even marinara, it was tomato paste it was super thick and disgusting. The only saving quality is the service. They're fast and ready to assist. However our server wasn't the most knowledgeable, never offered what the choices of sauces were for the entrees. I am really disappointed with the quality that IHOP has gotten to. it used to be better than Denny's but at this point I would rather go anywhere else.

Went for a quick breakfast. Was seated fast, but was forgotten about for most of the visit. I spilled coffee on the table, and couldn't get it up because I wasn't given napkins or silverware. When the server finally came back, she asked me did I need extra napkins....really?! Food came out later, and it was just okay. I contemplated walking out at least twice. Her excuse for the slow service was that they had 2 big tables. That was no excuse. The server never came back with the tab. I walked up to the register, and asked to pay. I left no tip because I don't tip for mediocre service. Do better IHOP.

Food tasted horrible , ordered crispy hasbrowns and were barely cooked , bacon was nasty and flimsy , pick up time was 15 mins ended up being 40 mins … just overall not satisfied at all !

The cashier Jenny is a rude employee because I order food and I know I made a mistake to order my food for pick up but I wanted to dine in and she started to raise her voice at me and telling me I can’t be doing that and I felt attacked by my own mistake she should not raise her voice to customers like that it is very irresponsible for that doing

I ordered a sandwich which was not correct. It was to contain cherry tomatoes and avacado with cheese turkey and mayo. It didn't have mayo, so I asked for some. They had the nerve to charge me .69 cents for mayo. Said they didn't have avocado available. Don't know what happened to the grilled cherry tomatoes. Husbands omelet looked like slop. The manager spoke like she was 12 yrs of age. Never going back. Food is not what you see on the menu. Waste of time

Terribly managed. I had to wait on a small to go order for almost a half hour in that dreadful lobby. They have no regard for who is there and their time. They chose to do multiple giant catering orders before mine, and then sent me home with an order missing some items. Just reminds me not to step foot in an ihop for another 15 years. It’s also way over priced for that meal and experience.

Just came here after a very long drive as we were super hungry. We were seated very quickly and ordered fast. When the food was delivered to our table, after tasting i tried to get the attention of the servers who were all behind a barrier chatting and dancing around taking no notice of the customers. Poor service The food was poor, I ordered a breakfast and the hash tasted like it had onions mixed in it or had been fried near onions. The pancakes were raw in the middle as well. My wife had the Turky club and she said it tasted awful. I never paid for my breakfast as all I ate was a couple of forks of the pancakes. The Manager was offering me a discount and I said NO im not paying for that breakfast as it was contaminated. He then tried to argue the point saying there was no way it could have been. Well I taste onions quick due to my allergy and even Jenny my wife said she tasted it in the hash. Better check your cooks are not cross contaminating things as it seems they are! Very disappointed.
