Great customer service, didn't have to wait too long

Just wanted a great strawberry shake. Asked for the large and it was delicious. First time ever at a Sonic Drive-In. There was a line through the Drive-In, but parking stalls were available to order from and pay and so we used one of those. Service was fast. Will be back.

It was great! It gave me the old time feeling of girls on roller skates taking your order but with a modern twist. The chocolate syrup was www but I chose to overlook that because everything else was great.

The food came back quick and hot. Oh my gosh the double cheese burger was the best burger i had in a long time. I turned around and went right back and the line was to long I will go back the next day. So so delicious. Yummy .

Tonight there was some miscommunication between the app and the store. Max and the team working this evening took the time to quickly make things right and make sure that my fiancée and I had everything as close to perfect as we could with our order. Thanks for making what could have been a very frustrating experience something worth noting when choosing where we will eat the next time we are looking to eat out.

Got the Jr. Double Cheeseburger. Onion Rings. Did not disappoint!

UPDATE: Since posting my review, I have been back to this location several times and I must say, they have seriously upped their game. They seem to have figured out how to work app orders and I have had no further issues with the quality of food. They are right on par with every other Sonic. --------- This location is THE worst! The quality and service has consistently gone downhill. Multiple times I ordered through the app and after logging into the stall, I am left waiting, watching other customers come and go, while trying to be patient. Each time I had to eventually push the button and only then was my order (which was received) processed. They constantly overlook app orders. I ordered an iced, cold brew, vanilla coffee and received something akin to iced vanilla water. I knew it wasn't right the moment I removed the lid. It was so pale! Hardly any coffee taste at all. It was awful! Next up, the meat lovers breakfast burrito. I was a third of the way through it before coming to any meat! I had to open it up to see if there was any meat at all. The little bacon that was on it, was overcooked, bordering on burnt. This location needs new management and a retrained staff. Until that happens, steer clear! Consider yourself warned.

You got that old feel of the car hop back in the early 1920s or so. Great place for for breakfast, and dinner. Also a cool drink, and maybe some dessert.

Was going to get some items but they offered a combo deal that saved some money on it instead. Very nice service :) Thank you Annika.

Definitely best off by downloading the app so you can take advantage of the half off offers all day versus just waiting for happy hour. If I decide to go to Sonic again for the happy hour I will do this. I enjoyed a cherry limeade slushie. The lemonade slushies taste delicious and tastes exactly like a lemon head. No exaggeration. I mean if you've been to Sonic there's not much I need to talk about here. I like the fact that they have a lot of deals and they have a snack happy hour or two. I just kind of forgot about Sonic I think I'm going to get by here more often now when I plan on having a cheat day.

This is a drive thru fast food place. It's really convenient especially in this covid-19 situation right now. You can order by drive thru or park your car and order machine beside the parking spot. No seating allowed. The order come quite fast.

You can never go wrong with their food, or service. Quick fast in and out. No complaints! It's a little bit more expensive but still amazing

Great, indulgent food. Love the drink selection. They way they use Diet Sprit is magic. This location is always understaffed, however, and it shows in their customer service. I’ll keep waiting thought for those chili cheese tots

The Sonic app is a great tool! Placed my order, pulled in and checked in using the space number. It is cool to see you name and order status. Tasty food.. Prepared hot and fresh. The Fresh Banana shake is a must!

Best thing was the friendly server. Eager to help and even checked up on us while we finished our meal. The burgers were not correct, so we fixed it ourselves. Another car that was dining also had three meal messes up. Kind of hard to find getting off the freeway and in the shopping center. But the drinks were cold and the restrooms were clean.

It was my first time ever eating at Sonic. We ordered a number of 50 cent corn dogs, which were quite tasty. The limeade drinks and strawberry shake were refreshing and not too sweet. The roller skating servers kept the kids entertained and were fun to watch.

Good food and menu selection. Reasonable prices and very fast. The fries and hash browns were cold tho. I would go back but have then make fresh fries and less ice in my drink.

Everything was great. Staff was friendly and our drinks were refreshing. Paid with cash and my change was off. I didn't realize until the employee had taken off. It wasn't a large amount, just hope its not something that happens often. Accuracy>speediness.

It's been a while since I have been to a Sonic. Liked that this one has the standard order carside or there is also a drive-thru. Service was super quick. Car hop very friendly. Loved the touch screen options on how'd you like to pay as well. That being said, I'd avoid anything with their chilli on it. Tastes horrible. But the corn dog and All American Dog were great. Best part is they use the crunchy ice in their drinks

I just went for the first time a few weeks ago and enjoyed their burger, and mozzarella sticks. The Fries are just decent. I had the bourbon brown sugar shake which was a little odd. I also tried a little of the chocolate mint camp cookie blast (like a blizzard) and that was delicious!

Could be a little better, but overall it was a good experience.

They are very fast to order on a timely manner. Professional and polite. They have half price on ALL milkshakes after 8p.m. ...and that is the main and only reason I will go there. Their cookie dough milkshake is to DIE for and I swear it'll be the death of me. I would give a full 5 star review, but I am not a fan of their food. Other than that, PERFECT ON EVERYTHING.

This is a tough one because there's mixed feelings. My kids wanted slushies and and burgers so I decided to take them to Sonic. (My very first time here.) To me, my cheese burger looked and tasted like a cheese burger you typically get from McD's. Microwaved patty, under toasted buns, soggy tomatoes etc. My older son ordered their popcorn chicken. (I think that's what they call it, don't hold me to it.) His opinion on it was, "It tastes fake. Doesn't taste like chicken." But, my younger son vacuumed his burger down within 2 minutes and said "This was a real good burger!" We all ordered Blue Raspberry slushies and really enjoyed that. So after getting my kids opinion, we will definitely be back for slushies and maybe try other things on their menu. Not so much cheese burgers and popcorn chicken. I would give it a 3.5 star review but because of the fast friendly service, the awesome slushies, very clean facility, and because I base my reviews not just on their food but an overall of the establishment. So I will give this Sonic a 4 star review.

I like ordering from one of these drive ins because there's no rush. But the parking space always feels crowded to me. Like it's so narrow.. But You get to take your time looking at the menu and then when ready, push the button to order. Option to pay by credit card on screen or cash to the server when fix is delivered out. Amari was our server and roller skated our food to us. 😆 my favorite drink there is the strawberry limeade, its fruity and lemony. It's hit or miss , I've been there when it busy as heck and the food and service was good . This is the second bad experience I had had there . The first was , I went and ordered food at the pull up ordering stall . I placed my order and paid then I waited ,and waited ,and waited after about 40 minutes I pressed the button and spoke to the cashier and they stated they tried to bring out my food 20 minutes earlier , and they would bring it right out . I don't think so after they let it set around in a bag and get cold . I didn't move my car at anytime . They refunded my money as I asked . Second incident occurred today I ordered a breakfast burrito combo . And when I went to eat the burrito it was hard and mangled . Looked like it was quite old . It wasn't even busy I was the only customer in the drive through . Quality should be first in the food industry given all the choices there are . I'm not likely to return given thier lack of quality control.

Good food. The drive thru is always slow no matter how short the line it. It's always been my experience to have a crazy wait when there's no other customers. Orders wrong don't happen all the time but I definitely expect a wrong order to happen here as it has happened several times.

The food was good, I order 4 meals and it all came up to $40 dollars & some change. I'm only give 3 stars because 2 of my drinks (coke)were water down like the filter needed to be changed. I went home to eat my food but the water down coke made the meal just okay .

I literally order food items 3 times a year. The footling coney dog, tots, corndog, and single bacon cheeseburger were great, 10/10 recommend! However the grilled cheese could have used more cheese especially considering the Texas toast style bread and the milkshakes were extremely watery and did not taste like what we ordered. The banana chocolate tasted like vanilla with a hint of banana flavoring or unripe banana puree and no fruit pieces but chocolate chips or solidifying chocolate at the bottom. The Oreo cheesecake was also very watery/liquid texture, tasted more like vanilla with the equivalent of 1 & 1/2 Oreos crumbled, soaking up the liquid, expanding, stuck together at the bottom and very difficult to drink with a straw. Would have liked it better blended at least. I remember their shakes being better quality, thicker, tasting like real ice cream, the chocolate banana shake being chocolate ice cream with banana pieces. These shakes were nearly flavorless. I was there on a busy Saturday night, but that should not be an excuse to put out poor quality product. Unfortunately it is these days.

Speaker ordering was terrible, they said they couldn't hear my name about 7 times, and then said they were just going to call me "Dog". How unprofessional to call your customer dog??? Love the frozen lemonade, so that's why I'm neutral and giving 3 stars this visit

The drive-thru was exceptionally slow. We ordered a kids meal, a sonic cheeseburger with ketchup only, and a cheeseburger with everything. Waiting, the clerk came and asked if we were just waiting for food. We said yes, she came back with the bag, passed it out and said "there you go". So we pulled away. Had to go back for the kids meal. At home the "ketchup only" burger had lettuce, tomato, pickles, onions, not just ketchup. Disappointed

Breakfast sandwich isn't toasty like they advertise. The milkshakes and foot long chili dog is so good…but tater tots and fries are always cold. Staff moves too fast to actually listen.

Came here for a slushie. Shocked at the prices. I got a small and a medium and the total was $7.72. That is ridiculous for ice and syrup. We could have had milkshakes for that amount. Won't go there ever again for a basic "snowcone in a cup"--- ice and syrup.

Service was fast. Double cheeseburger with bacon was warm, not hot. Fries were hot. Chocolate shake was so thick I couldn't get it through the straw. I ended up buying a soft drink to have during my meal. All in all, I wasn't impressed.

Exceptional speed and quality. The burgers are great but the service is nothing to brag about. I ordered through the app and I couldn't find my number for my parking spot. I then had to push the "ready to order" button(which was out of service). A little tip, if the button which your service depends on is out of service then place an "out of service" paper for that entire parking spot.

I usually like Sonic burgers, but this time it was cold. I had to send it back untouched twice! And this was while parked. The 3rd one was lukewarm but I was hungry and short of time, so I ate it. It would have been great if it had been hot or at least warm. I only go maybe once every 3 or 4 months so msybe better luck next time.

Service is fast & friendly but food quality is mediocre. They can't even fill up a French fry container so my large fries end up looking like a small fry.

Sonic is a good stop for drinks and they have good deals such as the half off slush drinks from 2 to 5pm and half off milk shakes after 8pm. However the staff is not the greatest. Our recent visit had us waiting 25 minutes. Also, we waiting in a stall for about 7 minutes before we realized it was out of order. The staff that walked right past us didn't inform us of the inconvenience, we figured it out ourselves.

We went in for the half price shakes during the summer. It is a ridiculously long while I'm in the Drive-Thru so we went to one of the menu boards. I think they forgot about us because we waited more than half hour just to get to milkshakes. Tried to ask one of the car hops for help but she was a bit of a dimwit

Used the patio ordering kiosks and they were both messed up. I was seeing what the person at the other kiosk was ordering and they were seeing mine as well as our payment information. Employee taking order at other kiosk was not really understanding what the customer was order and the customer had to keep repeating himself. His order came out not done like he asked, his hotdog looked green like it had been sitting too long. He ended up asking for a refund and the manager accommodated his request. My order was done correctly but my burger was pretty dry and the tots tasted a little too greasy. I was overall pretty disappointed with my experience here. There are not very many Sonics in the area and when you have a chance to actually go to one you’re hoping the food is as good as it appears on the commercials. This was not the case for us.

Got a Blast today, and aside from the bit they sprinkled on top, there was nothing in the Blast except plain vanilla! False advertising, for sure, how disappointing. ☹ I even paid for extra cookies. This store is mingy.

Took forever to get our 2 cookie ice creme shakes and some cheese curds .We sat down in patio and no one was there but us ,all tables were dirty or sticky. Customers were arguing with server/cook(inside) after they returned there cold food and the server insulted them . it was a big ordeal in front of me and my family. Will not return again.

11 pm Friday june 20th, this boy st the counter gave me thr wrong drink when I asked him why there was strawberry in it his response "oh yeah theres pieces of it in there" and I clarified that I didnt order strawberry I orded cherry limeade aid, he also didnt even take my card when we tried to pay he just walked off and closed the windows after giving me the correct drink we tried to tell him to let us pay and he ignored us and didnt take the card at all

Got the Dill smash burger. Terrible. Burger patties were old (hardy and dry), only flavor was salt. Bun was terrible. Banana caramel shakes was also not good, tastes like taffy taffy but in a bad way. Tots were good. Not hot, but still crispy. 1 double smash meal, another double smash burger, and a shake was $32 (insane even if it was good). Maybe all Sonics are gross. I wouldn't eat the food here. Move along.

Went around 11:15-11:30 for a slushie and a milkshake to find out they are closed? I walked up to the window to see if they were, saw someone counting the deposit and politely tapped on the window. I was ignored and there was plenty of other workers roaming inside. Very disappointed in their customer service.

Worst treatment at a drive thru ever. My friend and I pulled into the drive thru to get a late dinner, the line was already hella long but we decided to wait. A few moments into waiting in line two of the employees come outside, they look at us in the car and talk to each other. After a quick conversation between them, one of them pull out chairs and place them behind our car. We figure that means they are closing but the two employees gave us nasty looks as they went back inside. We can see them from the window still looking at us as if we did something completely wrong. As we pull up closer we can see a note left on the car infront of us and we assume that it says that the car infront of us was going to be the last car to be served considering how they acted. My friend and I start feeling bad until another employee comes outside and takes a note off the car infront of us while giving us nasty looks(confirming our suspicion about what the note says). From the inside on the car we can hear her slam the paper in the trash before going back inside. My friend has me get out of the car so I can move the chairs so we can leave because they have made us feel bad, like we are an inconvenience for them even though there was about 6 or so cars ahead of us. As we pull out we can see another employee raise her hands clapping at us leaving. The staff handled the situation horribly, they could have just come to our car to told us that the car ahead was going to be the last one served and not have turned a simple situation into a rude display.

Me and my friends waited approximately 20 minutes at the window for somebody to take our order. Nobody answered the red button when we pushed it. While standing outside we saw multiple employees of yours just standing around. Due to the poor customer service we eventually left your location and went to another restaurant.

Why stay open late and not have the staff to cover the customers. On top of that the close the stall things where you normally can order. So your only choice is the drive thru. Went tonight around midnight there we 15 plus cars a head if me. We sat in the same spot for over 20 minutes. There is nothing that good there to wait that long and not even ordered yet.

I rated this a 1 star because of the lack of attention the employees gave to those who were not wearing masks and not one stall was cleaned after a car left the stall. During the time of a pandemic, better precautions should be adhered to and this place just didn't do that. Kids WALKED up to a car stall and ordered with no masks....and they obviously did not live in the same household. They put themselves and the employees at risk and were more concerned with telling people to stop looking at them because of their actions. Not even the manager came out to tell them they had to put a mask on or leave. Besides that, the fries were horrible, the burgers over cooked with what tasted like was 3 day old stale cheese and the cherry limeade was more lime and ice water than the actual drink itself. With the lack of concern for personal protection for themselves and customers, and the poor execution of their food, my family and I will not be back to this location.

Worst experience ever at Sonic. Ordered a Sonic burger, no cheese. Got one with cheese, totally ruined the mood. Also ordered King Hawaiian Burger Club, got the chicken with no cheese. And the bread was smashed on, nothing like the ads. To make things worse, returned the chicken club for a burger and ended up getting the same chicken club but with cheese. Get it together employees!!! Starting from the person taking order to the cook, and person delivering order...

Messed up our EASY order, took 30 minutes, charged TWICE, LOST order

Terrible place been there twice first time drink order was wrong. Tried to give them a second chance today. Only to find out that they are only taking cash. Would've been nice to have a sign posted before we had to wait in the drive thru lane.

Every person I have talked to about this Sonic, say the same thing "that place is awful". I went through to gain my own opinion. Well, everyone was right. Not only are they slow, but their customer service sucks. I got nasty old fries after having to correct my order. Trust the poor reviews and go to In N Out or Nations Burger. These guys wont be in business much longer if they keep this up.

A place to family size order with the app and left right away when I got my food so I could get it home still hot. As soon as I pulled out I reached in the bag for an onion ring and they were cold and soggy. I didn't want the rest of my order to get cold, but I pulled back in and asked them to remake the onion rings. The onion rings I got were hot and crunchy the way they're supposed to be, however when I got home I realized they had shorted me part of my order. Two cheeseburgers were missing. It wasn't worth the time and gas money to drive all the way back, so I ended up having top ramen for dinner. At least I got my onion rings though huh? I'm definitely never coming back to this location.

I tried calling about 11 times to this restaurant on trinity parkway nobody answered I just moved here and unfortunately I love sonic Tatortots the dogs even the burgers to me are great. I have been to this restaurant 3 times ever time my order has been messed up. So bad I had to toss things away. The food is cooked fine just the preparation is off. The last time i was there the guy in the drive through knew the order wasn’t right but still gave it to me. I own a restaurant and would want to know if there was something wrong. I spent about $20 all three times and was only able to eat about 20% of the food. No yelling or cussing I just can’t go back to this location. Pacific ave has always gotten my order right it’s just to far away. They could have just answered the phone and avoiding the one star review

This used to be a really good Sonic but things have gone downhill. They have gotten my orders wrong on multiple occasions. The last time I went through the drive thru, it took forever even though there was only one car in front of us. My tater tots were lukewarm and my friend's fries were inedible. The double burger wasn't that great. Time to get better management.

Not a great experience at this location. Went to stall #9 and waited like 10 minutes without a response. Two cars next to us pulled in afterwards and got their orders in. Then the prompt on the screen that did say they would “help us soon” went away as if we never pushed the button. So we tried the drive thru. Person that took our order didn’t sound too interested. She didn’t repeat our order or tell us how much the total was. Someone did come out quickly to receive payment and came out with our drinks quickly too. Then we waited at the window. WARNING! DONT COME HERE! I came to the place at 2pm on Saturday afternoon 4/8/23 and order a few basic items that included ranch (pay extra) . I leave and look at my order and see I’m missing a whole meal that I paid for(on the receipt) Besides this being a form of illegal service (paying for something and not receiving it) I then have go back in line and have to waste time meanwhile all my food is getting cold all for them to just say “oh sorry” had it to me and I get no compensation for their mistake, my wasted time, and now cold orders. There is a reason why people barley come here. DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY to poor food and poor service.

Every time I go here the food is terrible. Today I went because I was craving a burger, fries, corn dog and onion rings. I pressed the button and Zoey took my order. She was very rude and she took my order so fast she didn’t give me anytime to speak. I was trying to add special instructions on my burger and she wouldn’t allow me to speak, she kept cutting me off, ignoring me and she kept asking what I want to drink and if I want fries when I wasn’t done talking. Then the food came out in literally 60 seconds. It wasn’t fresh at all. I asked her how was it fresh if it came out in 60 seconds. She proceeded to say I was the only car there when there was plenty of other cars. My food was cold and slapped together. Worst sonic I have ever been too. I will not be returning to this location. The whole plaza has terrible food and customer service.

I'm always disappointed with this place. My family and I ordered our food and the girl taking our order didn't tell us our total so we had to ask for it, our food took a long time to come and when we go it our server was very nice but one of our drinks was wrong, and our amount of fries were pitiful the boxes were nearly empty and we had ordered 4 meals! Also their Sonic Balsts aren't worth it because the toppings aren't mixed into the ice cream like it should be, they just sprinkle it on top.

Finally decided to try Sonic. The bacon jam burgers and onion rings sold me. BUT then I get there the onion rings aren't done til 1pm which is crazy! The bacon jam burgers came without the bacon jam...duh the most important part! The second place fries 🍟were cold! I can't even say they were a hot mess...they were a cold mess! Very disappointed and a waste of time. Which I paid 14.25 for😡. They did refund me but who has the time to keep running back and forth when all you want is a burger and onion rings! Do Better!

Slowest service I've ever experienced, I spent about 30 min waiting for my order to be taken, and eventually just left to get food elsewhere. This isn't the first time either, the customer service is rude too. I usually have to spend about 40-50 min. here before I get food it's ridiculous. I probably won't be coming back.

Just went to get a shake and large order of onion rings.Everwhere is getting cheaper for the price.Unbelievable-not even half the bag of onion rings for you're order.i asked the guy wich gave me the order-he told me "that's what you get." Always check your order before you go, Burger is cold and dry , chicken burnt, we order $45 worth of food for 4 people and only received 2 napkins. The tater tots and fries taste of old aged oil. This place use to be amazing to come to but now the service and food quality is absolutely horrendous. Would not recommend anymore. Drive to the one in Delta Shores it is much better.

I went here for the 1st time because my son wanted to go here and the sandwich they gave me was molded.. I’m not sure if my sons burger was because he ate it as soon as I gave it to him in the drive through… I live 20mins away and opened my sandwich when I got home… Also they gave me no receipt and the number listed on Google for them is out of service…. THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT OK… I AM NOT HAPPY AND WONT BE BACK HERE AGAIN

Management must be really terrible at this place. We come about once a week because the drinks and desserts taste decent. But the food is usually old, and anything fried in their oil has a weird plastic taste and smells of fumes. On our latest trip we weren't given the condiments we ordered through the app, so I told the order taker through the menu that you park at, but since the app didn't charge us (condiments are free on the app) they had to charge me for them which makes absolutely no sense.

Food? 4/5. Service? 5/5. Atmosphere? 5/5. Why one star? Well, my friend lost her card and this was the last place we remember her having it. I have called this place several times. I have called customer service and was told, "They might call you back." Why not just go there? I live too far to drive there. I was at the end of a road trip. I'm marking 1/5 on the merit of their unavailability. I have worked fast food. I know they have a phone, and if it's not actually ringing, they really should fix that. My workplace's phone lines go down every few months. We fix it. I know this is a very Karen review, but I'm tired of calling near daily for it to just ring and ring.

Awful place. My food was burnt, I asked the worker for another order and he refused and was extremely rude. I also heard another worker saying bad things about me. By far my worst experience at any type of restaurant ever. I wouldn't go back if someone paid me.

I came here between 9:30-9:40pm on Sunday Feb. 2 I ordered an original flavored slushy with no flavor except the base. I’ve gotten this flavor slushy before from other sonic locations. They were good every time. This time it was nasty. It tastes like the ice machine is filthy and full of mold and old ice. I tried to call them to get it sorted out, but the number isn’t working. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Honestly, this place needs to be shut down the fact that every time you come through the drive-through and order the same thing as a different price second, they don’t know how to mix the drinks. Sonic is known for their signature drinks but if I come through and I get a strawberry slush. I expect it to be a strawberry slush, not white with a dazzle strawberry honestly people spend their money to eat food and to enjoy it, but these days you can’t even spend your money at a fast food restaurant and enjoy it because the workers are lazy don’t wanna do their job charge you for extra and don’t give it to you then complain and have something smart to say when you express your opinion about spending your money on something that is supposed to be done correctly the first time

A while ago I had included fries in my order and there was CHEWED UP GUM in the bottom of the fries!!!!!!!! Absolutely horrified have NEVER been back since will never be eating at a sonic again DO NOT GO HERE. These people do not care. Save your money. First, was told they are only taking cash, asked if they could restart the reader (I used to be a restaurant manager) said they are trying but fine went to the ATM and went back. There were cars in front that I could hear her saying they are only taking cash so when we get home about 7 minutes, my food was cold! Probably used the food that the other cars had ordered but didnt have cash for and they forgot my son's corn dog. Reminded me why If I want a burger I go to In-n-out!!

My order was missing items; strawberry lemonade was more like strawberry water. Chili cheese tots were completely smashed, my kids’ chicken strips were hard and dry, my wife ordered onion rings and it looked like they were sitting out too long and tasted old. We used to go there all the time, but since they have new employees, it seems like they don’t care about their job, and they are only there for a paycheck. I don’t usually like to post reviews, but to be honest, I am highly disappointed and I regret spending all that money on leftovers and flavor water.

Well for starters they gave me a soda and the machine top was in my soda, I noticed it right away before she handed it to me , so I gave it back, then the food was cold and old looking when they gave it to me, I told them and they said they’d remake it so to park in a stall … they gave me the burgers back and it was the same ones I said were cold and old!!! I was in a rush so we just took them but I still had to get out because they never gave me back the new soda after giving me a bad one!

Their food is terrible. I always get sucked in by the pictures in the emails. But in reality it’s no good. Tonight I had the double cheeseburger on Texas toast. The idea is good but the execution sucks. They toast the bread and then wrap it in foil and it sweats in all that moisture which makes it a soggy mess! Tater tot’s were burned. Last time, they had 50 Cent corndogs. The hotdog inside was the size of my little finger‼️👎🏻 Maybe I learned my lesson and I’ll never go back‼️

Scheduled an order through Door Dash and never got a confirmation. Tried calling the location (Trinity Blvd in Stockton) but the number said it had been disconnected. Called Door Dash and they said it was open and able to take orders). I called again, same disconnected recording. Called Sonic HQ and got the most annoying person. I just wanted to ask if the location was valid. He wouldn't check the number but said the location was open. Wanted my email address-I declined. Said he had a few more questions for me - I said I wasn't interested. I tried hanging up by my smart phone outsmarted me and I couldn't get back to the phone screen. Put my phone in my pocket and 5 minutes later, the dude was still there. Turned my phone off. UGH.

Today May 18th 2025 around 9pm my husband went to get our family food sadly he was a couple bites into his burger and it was PINK! He’s been sick 🤢 ever since he ate part of his burger. I tried calling but the number posted isn’t in service and we live pretty far from sonic it was doing too much going all the way back but still wish we would be able to get any help. We never had any problems with this place till now. Honestly don’t even know if we’d like to return to this location after this. People can get really sick eating uncooked food and to not have any way to contact the restaurant is insane!

Took my wife and 2 kids for dinner spent 32$ to drive home and realize my chili dog and tots werent in bag so I paid 7.99 for a root beer.. they probably would have got order correct if they weren't singing like highschool musical.
