Il forno a legna ormai è un plus, ma quando trovi chi ancora cuoce a dovere, chi mette passione, chi vive quello che cucina interessandosi al proprio lavoro; allora la pizza non è più solo farina e ingredienti. È questa ne è un esempio. Da chiedere ben cotta e con doppia porzione di sugo!

Ho mangiato la pizza un bel po di volte prima di lasciare il mio feedback. Ho mangiato la pizza sul posto stesso, l’ho mangiata a casa di amici nelle vicinanze della pizzeria, ed a 15km di distanza,portandola fino a casa mia, il gusto sempre unico, ma non mi sono dovuto neanche scaldare la pizza per mangiarla. Nulla da dire. Simpatia e cordialità da vendere.

Their pizzas are excellent in flavor and cooking, with quality ingredients and a wide variety of options: isn't the pizza of your dreams on the menu? You can create your own and they'll make it exactly how you like! The fries ARE NOT FRIED; in case you were in doubt, since it's written on the menu, they're oven-baked, so decide based on that. The burrata might be in pieces instead of whole, otherwise it would be squashed (just ask, like I did, and they'll tell you. They're also happy to serve it whole, unless you complain about it being squashed). The pesto is fresh and highly digestible, as told by someone who couldn't eat it for years and then discovered theirs. Over time, we've tried pizzas with a wide variety of toppings and daring combinations, and there have never been any digestibility issues. The dough is so light and well-leavened that one pizza might not be enough (also because it's so good!). Honorable mention for the stuffed crusts. Don't know how to pair them with your pizza? Ask and they'll advise you; they've never made a mistake. The farinata is amazing, well-cooked, flavorful (that doesn't mean it's full of salt), and can also be topped with sauce. Their pizzas and farinata are excellent even when reheated, so it shows they're skilled! Delivery: in 30-minute slots, very punctual to the second, polite when they bring it to you and also when you go to pick it up. Attention! If you order from delivery platforms and not directly with them (they have two numbers, so give them a call!), they won't deliver it, so don't leave negative reviews if it doesn't arrive perfectly; they can't fit in the delivery person's backpack... Payments by cash, card, or Satispay. I order and pay immediately. Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday promotion (excluding holidays): spend €20 and get a free 66g Moretti, a 1L Coke, or a farinata. €10 for free delivery. Basically, if you live in the North/Settimo/San Mauro area of ​​Turin, this is the best pizza you can find!
