Here in this place the people who hire have some problem they leave you standing for an hour in the place without communicating with you and explaining why they take so long to provide you with a service and take your order instead they go to the back and I had to observe how the person entertained himself texting on his cell phone seriously the owners of these businesses do not come around here because if the people who hire would notice the lack of respect for the customers I hope they close this place and lose their jobs to see if that way they learn to give better service and not to mention here there are no bosses to control the girls inectar. and it will take a long time for the place to close and they already have all the chairs up to sit you have to take them down

How do you justify $33 for just an 8 piece of chicken? There is a commentor on here who posted a (2020)receipt for a 16 piece meal for less than the price of 8 piece of just chicken in 2026. How do you justify these prices? At this point we need to see exactly why you are saying your 8 piece of chicken is almost $33

Went in to get a chicken sandwich and #3 the bacon and cheese, this is what I was given. The chicken look hour's old and I'm guessing they ate my bacon and cheese, this place will never get another cent of my money. If I could I wouldn't give it a single star

Almost $20 for a HANDFUL of shrimp! This place was straight up disrespectful. How much they charge for barely nothing. My wife's order was supposed to be 1/4lb of shrimp but barely even came with a 1/3 of the amount. We stopped at various different locations and order the same thing but this was the least we ever received.

I had an unpleasant experience due to the rude behavior of the manager and a male staff member who displayed a negative attitude and were unhelpful in fulfilling my order.

My brother and I came from a funeral and were simply trying to order and the young lady chastity was extremely rude because we did not want to use the kiosk and escalated the situation by being very disrespectful to my brother and his wife and to myself and would not take our order then she finally did by continuing to be very disrespectful and then even told us that as the customer we are wrong and her behavior was very obnoxious with no apology. Basically what she said that there was a problem that we did not learn how to use the kiosk like everybody else and that's our problem. I was completely disappointed and even wondered if the reason why we were being treated so disrespectfully is because we were black. I do hope this addressed at this location at the travel agency. This happened in the evening at 9 pm and i understand they've had a long day but being rude is totally horrible even after i calmly explained what we'd be through there was no apology

Waited 40 minutes for an 8 piece spicy meal and 6 wings. When I finally got the order I received the wings and in the 8 piece it had 1 breast, 2 thighs, and 5 wings. No drums at all. They never offered me anything like a drink or something for waiting patiently. 14 people got their food before me. I might love that chicken from Popeyes if they had chicken from Popeyes

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My husband just returned home with a family pack for us ($55) that was just enough good for our 22 yr old grandson. Absolutely horrible food. The strips were so small they could have come off a Cornish hen. We will Never visit there again!! One very small container of mashed potatoes & the biscuits were like rocks.

Don't waste your time stopping here.The service is absolutely horrible there seem to be a disconnect between the orders being put in through the kiosk and them receiving them. The staff is rude.The restaurant is dirty. We had to wait over thirty minutes to get a couple sandwiches. This was the worst experience I've ever had. At least after waiting so long, the chicken was hot but the mashed potatoes were just barely warm.

I ordered my food on the tablet in the restaurant because the server didn't want to take my order she told me to do it online then I ordered and she messed up my food completely after 10 min and the manager was eating the food and I know she did not pay for it and she was not on break either I told her she messed up my order and she told me no and I showed her then she just became rude. I love popeyes chicken but no matter where the restaurant is they always have bad service or mess up your order

I visited Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Sweetwater, TX in the evening couple of days ago and it's not the rush hour. The staff displayed a negative attitude towards customers and provided poor service, ignoring questions and acting rudely when asked for help.I hope management will address these concerns and improve service quality for future customers.

Waited and waited ask person filling orders if someone was going to take payment so order would be filled. Man says when I'm not busy. Would not recommend stopping to eat here, customer service is not at this location. I would recommend going to Freddie's across the interstate, great food, clean and wonderful service with smile.

Stop. I stopped Popeyes at least once a month because I'm always traveling to Lubbock. And each time that I travel, but the last 3 times I've traveled there. The service has been horrible. My chicken was hard. The biscuits was hard. There was nobody in front when I stopped there just a few minutes ago. You are really need to do something about that restaurant because it's bad. I spent 12 dollarsand 44 cents. I really wanted that chicken. But I had to throw it away because it was too hard.
