Best no. 6 , typical spicy chicken, I l ou ve the customer service too, because it was closed for dine in but open for drive thru, some lady from inside mentioned to come via drive through. Excellent taste too.

Wendy's generally gets it right. The worst I can say is sometimes they forget a sauce pkg. No big deal on that.

I usually go to location once or twice a week when I dont have lunch from home. employees have always been nice to me. So far, no issues with orders. fresh and hot always. drive thru is very quick. my only gripe is they dont participate in the wendy points program

Good food. Fast service. Use the Wendy's app for weekly discounts and ordering. App orders are carry out only now at this location FYI Ray the manager is on top of everything. Great guy!

Even as a go between snack. I always feel slightly better eating here. Maybe it's the bake potatoes that always seem better with bacon. Could be the burgers have always tasted better then the other in terms of fast food. For me I'm just a nuggets type of guy. So I come here

I'm from South Carolina. Our Wendy's set a LOW bar for quality. I went to this one on my vacation in NY at 1 am in the morning. The food was hot and fresh and the two ladies working were happy to be helping me at that hour.

I love the drive-thru staff at this Wendy's location! They're fast, friendly, have gotten our order right every time, and they actually recognize us when we pull up at the board to order and know what we usually get before they even see that it's us... that's pretty commendable for people who probably serve hundreds of people per day! Although there's a Wendy's closer to where we live, we usually go to this one because of the service there!

I ordered some food on my phone and didn't pick up until 30 minutes later. The staff was very caring and kept my food next to the hot lamp so it stayed warm when I picked up. The server girl also cleaned our desk when we sit down to eat.

The restaurant was not very active. There was no one inside. I was attended to quickly, the food was as good as expected and the bathroom was impeccably clean. Love the Breakfast Baconator. Funny story, there are 5 parking spots across from the drive thru window. I drove around the restaurant to find another spot, but that was it. While there are limited spaces, since the place appears to be mostly drive thru traffic, it works.

Drive thru around midnight. Not busy, but a steady flow of cars. I was in & out in 5 minutes, food was hot and fresh, service was all I could have hopes for - good food, fast. They earned their 5 stars tonight.

This Wendy's location is a meeting point for myself and one of my friends who lives in Suffolk, we meet up 2 Saturday's a month and we wind up having lunch here. It's always busy but easy to find a table. It's very clean and the food is always fresh. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This past Saturday we had a young man who was really sweet and very nice. He actually asked us how everything was when we were leaving! Great place, I will continue going back.

I love their baconator french fries. They also have great baked potatoes. They never mess up an order. Also they have great frosty's.

The fact that they don't freeze their burgers is it a better taste I love their fries and the staff is very friendly

I got a chicken sandwich with french fries. Both the chicken and fries were oily and dried as well, probably because of weren't fresh. Maybe stuff was tired (it was after 8 pm), but they weren't nice either. I got my food but was thinking of finishing it as soon as possible and leaving because I didn’t feel the slightest comfort.

Great deals for mobile. What you expect from Wendy's. An hour before closing time the workers start cleaning things out so no ketchup at the stand, and they get a bit sloppy with taking your order because they probably cant wait to leave, which is slightly unfortunate if you go there late at night. Otherwise pretty good.

A very very nice lady at the window, standard Wendy's food, the only suggestion I might have is that you might consider repaving the drive-thru Lane. I'm sure you guys have squoze a whole bunch of revenue out of that location, maybe it's time for a scrape? It's a really good location though, especially now with Amazon down the street.

Best drive thru in my opinion on the Long Island. The drive thru is locate on a hill, giving beautiful views over south western syosset lower industrial park. I usually come here at sunset and watch sunset while on line drive thru. The food is nice, Wendy food, fries and spicy chicken Asiago ranch club, good option. I like to come to the Wendy at this location, because it is in a hill, and the view is beautiful over the south end. Service nice. Good nice and view nice.

Burger tasted like it was microwaved not grilled. Sandwich fell apart one bite in. Drive thru is virtually impossible to get through in a large vehicle.

So, I order through the app for breakfast. 2 different sandwich meals. Get to the window; they find my order everything great so far. Woman asks me if I want cream in the coffees, and I say no 1% if you have it Im super happy at this point like wow; they're on point here. When they give me my order again, I'm impressed with 2 bags for the 2 orders. Even though they don't need it, it makes my life easier, that can drop my fiancee off and don't have to dig for the food or give up any of my spilled bfast potatoes. Drop the lady off, open my bag with the receipt on it, showing bacon sandwich and I have her sausage sandwich. As i am bewildered, I take a sip off the coffee they dumped a ton of sugar in the coffee even though I never asked for any on the app or at the window. The Lady calls me up about the coffee and her bacon sandwich and I'm left wondering why they put the receipts on the bags to identify which is which when they are not going to look at it when preparing! Also is it that hard to read and make an order they way is shown in the app? This wendys isn't that great and was not the first time had an issue here.

I like Wendy's food for what it is (cheap fast food) but the staff at this location are kinda grumpy. They're not rude and they do the job but there is zero pleasantries. There's also a lot of fruit flies inside the dining area and the tables and chairs always seem sorry/greasy.

Nice and clean location with friendly staff and quick service. Alittle salty at the fact that they didn’t want to give me a free sandwich even though I completed the instructions on the back of the receipt.

Wendy's food has lost some of its value with higher prices & less food. The young counter woman was really pleasant and helpful. I ate in a cold and rather plastic environment, like a school cafeteria.

Not clean .. garbage all around dining area. The staff seemed unconcerned that the tables had not been cleaned an hour after a child's birthday party.

One of the wendys that hasn't been renovated yet. Always get diarrhea after having some sodas from their dispenser. Probably not cleaned enough or there's bacteria in the ice compartment. I've seen workers dump buckets of ice into the top of the machine with their bare hands, no gloves. God knows what else they use that bucket for or where it's kept.

Food was cold and items was missing had that rectified which was easy however unfortunate 😕 especially when it was only 3 guest with a full staff who was kind! Just needed a good leader

Gross! Ants on the windowsill. Fries were green and cold. $4 meal was $4.44 before tax and I even asked if they had it. Cashier could care less.

I good through the Drive-Thru and lady on the mic was not the most professional. She also kept moving her mouth away from the mic as she talks so it's hard to hear wth she is saying. When I finally get the food it was sloppy, like WOW sloppy. Lol they must've been playing basketball with the ingredient and see how they land, wrap it and send you on your way. Sprite was very watered down and disgusting... yay loved spending my calories and few minutes here...

This place is downright offensive. It is dirty, unkept and outdated. The staff is even worse. The girl who took my order clearly hated being there. She was quite rude. When I asked her a simple question she barley gave me a verbal response. She mumbled something and shook her head. I only came here for the convenience of locality but I will most certainly goes elsewhere next time.

Went to Wendy’s drive thru today. The person taking the order was not wearing a mask and was practically screaming(talking) at me when I pulled up with my window down. Then I saw her went to the back preparing food while taking orders without a mask on. Angry and upset at the same time at this poor behavior and potentially spreading covid-19.

They were very nice. I know with the power outages and no internet things can get a little crazy but the burgers were not well cooked. unfortunately I was back at work when I saw this. Had to throw it out. I tried calling but phone was busy. Don’t want this to happen to anyone else

Every time I go to this Wendy's they manage to get my order wrong. One time I had a very nasty person that took my order. Very limited in terms of intelligence.

The service at this fast food joint is the worst I've ever seen. Always check your drive threw order at the window. Almost always wrong and when you ask for napkins and ketchup you never get it.

Very Unprofessional from the Manager team!!!! I was a customer on 6/15 I was there around 12pm. I was waiting in line, when the black manager started to to scream an the lady who was making sandwiches, we could hear her screaming!!!! She threatened to beat her up outside. Literally she started the fight….. Calling her names. I will not be coming back to this restaurant!!!! The lack of respect for the employees is unbelievable!!! No shame!!!!! The lady almost cried! No one deserves to be treated like that!!!! 😡😡😡

Worst Wendy's ever. I stopped in at 9 PM in a Tuesday night. Nobody was in there. They close at 2 AM but every employee acted like I was disturbing them. Ana K., who was working the counter is rude and has a MAJOR attitude problem. Sorry I made you work honey -- but guess what, IT'S YOUR JOB!!! The parking lot was a PIT. Trash strewn everywhere. Cups, bags, half eaten food in more than one parking space. I got my food to go. When I got back to my hotel room and opened the wrapper, the burger was just a soggy bun and old dried up patty.

How to get scammed ordering a large chili. You fill it up to only a small chili size. So i went back to the drive thru and asked to fill it up to a large…. Nope… they just left it and gave it back to me…

It's our first time coming here and it'll be our last. We showed up in a Jeep which was a big mistake, the drive thru line is SO narrow and small that it almost seemed dangerous. We did a mobile order and gave our name...then didn't move for 10 minutes. When we finally got to the window, we were asked what we ordered. Our food was just sitting for god knows how long while she got our drinks so we knew we were in trouble. We got home to ice cold food and we're also missing things we ordered. We spent over 20 minutes there and ended up extremely disappointed. What a waste

At about 10 AM on Wednesday, 09/13/23, I drove through the Wendy's at 250 Jericho Tpk. I purchased an order of Baconator Fries but received a burger instead. I only found it out after I went home. The cashier was an old African-American lady and she was rude. She even did not give me a receipt. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I love wendys. I usually go to the one 90 Jericho but I was going east so I decided to try this one for the first time, I shouldn't have. I came during the day & there was a young man in the front who took my order. he was very loud & was saying nasty stuff. he had very long hair in a food environment & i think its nasty that he doesnt have a hairnet on , spoke very ghetto & un professional, spoke spanish infront of me & i felt very OFFENDED.. i come here a lot & work nearby so i think this is unacceptable as a customer

I had visited the restaurant on 5.14.23, and was extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. The food order I received was incorrect, and when I asked the cashier to correct it, she was unhelpful and dismissive. I had to wait several minutes for her to take my order and then even longer for her to get it right. I left the restaurant feeling frustrated and disappointed. To make matters worse, the food I received was cold and the quality was poor. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to your restaurant any time soon. I am writing to request a refund for the meal I ordered, as well as an apology for the poor service I received. I hope that you will be able to rectify this situation and ensure that no other customers have to experience such poor service. Thank you for your time and attention.

I’ve been going to Wendys locations all over Long Island every other weekend for over a year now with my cousin who is special needs. This location will be crossed off our list for the most repulsive reason. Yesterday we were there for lunch, with very few other people in the place. About 5-10 minutes before we left, a kid around 20 years old wearing a lifeguard uniform ran through the doors, dashed into the bathroom, stayed in the bathroom for less than a minute, and proceeded to run back out to his car without getting any food. 5-10 minutes later, as my cousin and I were leaving, I opened the door to leave, and as we were walking to my car I looked down to grab my car key and noticed I had a yellowish substance on my hand. Thinking it must’ve been mustard or something that I accidentally touched on the table, I grabbed my water bottle to pour some water on my hands to rinse it off. I then smelled my hand to make sure everything was rinsed off, for me to instantly realize that it most definitely wasn’t mustard on my hand, it was human feces. I was so disgusted, I literally started crying. I didn’t wanna risk going back inside, because god forbid I touched it again. Both my cousin and I didn’t go into the bathroom the entire time we were there, leading me to believe that the animal in the lifeguard uniform was too lazy to wash his hands, and left some remains on the door. When attempting 9 different times to call this Wendy’s location after the incident, and make them aware of the situation, maybe tell them to clean their doors extra carefully that day, I was brought to voicemail every time. I’m going to be calling corporate tomorrow, and unfortunately will never ever be returning back to this Wendy’s. Absolutely vile.

Went through the drive through and the older woman who took my order was rude an abrupt. She did not give me the price of my order once it was taken. And I did not receive a receipt once I gave her my money. when I asked for 5 packs of crackers to go with a large chili. She told me I had enough and she was not going to give me an additional cracker or the amount that I asked for. She act as if the crackers were coming out of her paycheck. Maybe they were. Poor customer service. If you want to go to a Wendy's, with excellent customer service, take a 3 minute drive further down Jericho to the Wendy's, that is in Westbury, the manager there is amazing!

I usually dont write reviews but I had to. Lets start with the people that served the food. They were really really rude and treated us like trash. Once I ordered my food, he charged me for 3 burgers when I asked for 2. I asked him to get rid of one. Once he got rid of it, he said " im only getting rid of it so I dont lose my job". So once I pulled over to park, my child was screaming that there was a HUGE hair in her chicken tenders. I went back and he needed ALL of our food if we can get a refund. Once I gave him the food, he said " and by the way, you were missing something and we dont really care." I decided to call over their manager and she was rude too...... If you wanna get spoken to like trash come to this place

I’ve gone to multiple Wendy’s and I never been treated like that. You are charging me $3.75 for a LARGE that is in a MEDIUM CUP.. either way I asked for a larger size and was willing to pay and was rude about it.. Both your female night workers are rude. I left and went somewhere else.

I went to Wendy’s on Jericho Turnpike Syosset drive through for lunch when I changed my mind, as I was trying to exit I noticed that a Nissan Sentra illegally parked blocking the exit. So I drove up to the window to informed the Wendy’s staff that a car was blocking the exit only to be told that it was the “managers” car so I asked them how could that be? Anyway on my attempt to leave the very tight drive through my rims got damaged. I was so angry that I drove away because of if I went into the restaurant with the anger I am feeling it would have escalated. I will say this I will never go back to that Wendy’s because if the “manager” is so indisciplined I wouldn’t trust them with my food.

I stopped by this location and ordered what I thought was a simple order: a bacon biggie and a regular hamburger, both with no cheese, and a diet coke. At the request of the order-taker, I repeated the order four (4) times. What I received is a biggie with fries and a regular hamburger with double cheese! I threw the entire order in the trash and left. This will be my last visit to a Wendy's.

Terrible. Just terrible. Ordered for delivery tonight the same items I usually get (10 piece spicy nuggets and Asiago ranch chicken club), received my order and was completely disgusting. Inedible food. The sandwich was dry, cold and crusty and seemed that it had been sitting out for the entire day. Straight into the trash. Secondly, the spicy nuggets were cold and stale tasting as well and surprise none of the sauces I asked for! Whoever was working there tonight completely played in my face so I will NEVER get anything from this location moving forward. I wasted my money and this is NOT okay.
