I was looking for gas after being on the road with Sophistafunk around 130am and not only were they open but offered me a great deal for all those wings I couldn't help but to say yes

I don't get why this place gets so much hate and bad reviews, I order regularly, late at night. The food is great, and usually comes early.

My new next door neighbor, Sam, the owner, brought us a gift pizza, telling us it was the best around - I was very surprised to find that it was the best pizza I ever had - I’m always looking for new food, and Sam definitely has a new customer - Welcome to the neighborhood Sam !!

Amazing chicken ridge's great sauce, have not yet been disappointed by the pizza order every once in a while and it has been great will defenetly keep ordering from here. Keep up the great job!

Conveniently open after my night shift, food is always delivered as exactly ordered with zero mistakes! I’m a restaurant manager myself, and based on experience these guys know consistency!

I was expecting cheap, disgusting gas station pizza but as I walked in the owner just put out some Chicken Riggies and Chicken Alfredo out and took a Chicken Bacon Ranch and a Pepperoni pizza out of the oven. He was genuinely proud of it all and offered me some pasta as a sample. I grabbed a bunch of the Alfredo for my lady and grabbed 2 slices of pizza for myself. The pizza was well made, just how I like it. The crust was a little chewy but not tough, rich and buttery but not greasy. Just the right amount of cheese and toppings. It was savory and filling without making me feel bloated. Better than most I've had around Syracuse. The Chicken Alfredo was savory and very cheesy. My lady said it was better than the Chicken Alfredo at a well known and popular local Italian Restaurant. I agree with her. I can't really speak for their services as a takout pizzeria, but for walking onto a gas station in the area it is in I was thoroughly impressed with the quality.

This is much more than just a Valero gas station. If you’re looking for a quick bite on the go, they have the best Chicken Riggy in town They also have pizza, wings and much more. Stop and you will not be disappointment oh, and the garlic knots are wonderful. And the owner is one of the kindest person you can meet and a great conversationalist. I give this five stars and stamped with approval.

This place really hit the spot for me tonight. Went in and needed two slices. Had some friendly banter with the staff and the pizza was excellent. Wish I ordered more food. Will definitely be back.

Key Pizza has been on another level this past year! Ever since the new ownership took over, everything improved service, cleanliness, and especially the food. You can tell they actually care about quality now. The pizza is always fresh, the dough has that perfect crisp, and the toppings taste way better than before. Their wings, subs, and dinners are all consistently good too. Portions are solid, prices are fair, and the staff treats you with respect every time you walk in.

Do not sleep on key pizza. I am a proud lover of chicken wings and have been for my 20 years of living. I've tried many wings, from many places. These wings are the crispiest I've ever had,... and possibly the best in general. Absolutely demolished. The chicken was incredibly juicy and most of the wings had a good amount of meat. The buffalo is really good, and lemon pepper was soo crispy and juicy and glistening. Haven't tried the other sauces.

Never ordered from here before, so I decided to give it a try. The location is quite a bit away from my home, but they still delivered. The driver was really nice and a bit humorous as well. What I had ordered was a Large Mushroom and Chicken pizza with 10 Mild Wings. I forgot the Bleu Cheese but that's okay. The pizza was extremely filling and the crust was amazing. Definitely better than tons of other pizza shops that I have been to. Though I didn't try the wings yet, I didn't hear any complaints about them. Definitely thinking about ordering again in the future.

It's good pizza and service. It's a old gas station that looks and feels outdated and dirty but the kitchens clean.

Only go Sunday through Tuesday and late night. It's the only time the pizza has looked and tasted fresh. As for the store items they are all overpriced.

Ordered pizza for delivery to a hotel and they delivered within 45 minutes, the four pizzas were hot, and the order was correct. The only fault was the pizza was good, not great. But at $75 for 4 large pizzas, I thought the value was there. It was to feed 8 people and we had leftover slices.

I used the gas station, one machine was not working, but the rest was fine and the guy in the store helped me to figure it out

I stopped by Key Pizza and tried a slice of pizza and a small chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta. The pizza was good, but it got squished in the container, which was disappointing—it still tasted fine, though. The Alfredo, on the other hand, was a complete waste of money. I took one bite and could immediately tell it was old. The sauce was disgusting, and I ended up throwing it out. I also tried to buy Brisk drinks that were advertised as 2 for $3, but when I got to the register, they tried to charge me $4. When I asked about the deal, I was told you can't mix and match flavors, which I've never heard of at any store. I ended up putting them back. Overall, it was just okay. The pizza was decent, but the Alfredo and the pricing issues were not good. It felt a little money-hungry. Still, the pizza was good!

When I say "extra saucy riggies" it doesnt mean just drown the noodles in hot sauce. Spent $20 for riggies I couldn't even finish. And I love riggies.

It's gas station pizza so don't expect much. For what it is it's not bad, but it is rather pricey. For 2 slices and a soda it was over $7.00. I have not had any thing made to order so I'm not sure if that's better. The breakfast pizza was good. The staff is very friendly. The shop order is not all that clean.

Food is always tasty, portion sizes have gotten so much smaller and prices have increased. The large size I ordered is now a regular size portion. So no point paying extra. Driver dropped my bag of food getting it out and the sauce went everywhere but the wings are good.

Here's how the food is delivered GREASY and they couldn't care less. The wings are over cooked and the salad tasted like wilted old veggies . The food isn't secured with a safety band either. I mentioned all of this to the rude person from the location and they said it's not there problem. Buyer BEWARE . I threw the salad and wings away afraid to get sick 😫. Beware! Ordered through their website tonight- which adds large delivery fee and service fee. Then the item stated it would be delivered 35-45 minutes and was over 80 minutes, double the promised. To top it off the calzone was extremely greasy, and we love good grease- nasty, way too much. Then final straw, we paid an up charge for 2 toppings of which only 1 was included so they forgot to put the bacon. Upon asking for refund of the 2.99 for the bacon that didn’t make it into that calzone, we were told it was in there and they did add it. I offered to send pics- it was completely missing the meat add on. But again the restaurant claimed it was in there. Definitely choose some thing else- even Dominos or a chain would be so much better. BEWARE!!

Well, they were open for delivery at 3am. Pizza came about an hour later after ordering through grubhub. It tasted like I got pizza off an Asian buffet. The garlic knots were agood, but very puffy like a pastry. Would order again, if in a pinch.

If i could give 0 stars I would, my boyfriend and I just ordered a simple cheese pizza w/ garlic knots from Key Pizza for the first time through GrubHub. The pizza came and all the slices were separated from each other like they all came from different pizzas. The pizza was warm, not hot, and had no sauce whatsoever just small specks of red stuff under the cheese, the garlic knots were hard on the bottom and unable to be easily bitten through. Upon asking for a refund we were given a hard time and had to contact GrubHub who contacted them and said they had to come back to pick our food back up before we could be refunded....the only reason we could think for them doing this is because they’re going to try to sell the pizza we bit off of to someone else and can only think that what we were eating was that of a previous customers. Key Pizza was by far the worst experience i’ve had with a pizza place and their customer service was horrible. Do not order from here, i wouldn’t feed this food to a dog. By the way im still hungry.

The only reason this place survives is they open early and stay open late. In a city with limited options, when most people order it's either "Key Pizza" or a drive thru. I never get my food ontime, and they leave the food at the store so long it sweats in its styrofoam cage lol, leaving it soggy and the response to this is less than caring. I love my small city but this (food selection) is definitely a downside.

Will keep it simple and short. Order took an hr and a half. Missing fries with burger. Burger tasted boiled and unseasoned. None of the add ons for my burger made it into the burger besides the chili, cheese, and mushrooms.

This place is all over the news for serving food after it has fallen on their kitchen floor. And they apparently fired the employee who told them this was happening. Good luck to anyone who continues to risk their health by eating what should otherwise be put in the trash.

Terrible service, terrible pizza, terrible experience. They told me my pizza would be delivered within “25-30minutes” and wasn’t delivered for over an hour an a half. Also, the quality of the pizza made me want to VOMIT. Asked for a side of cheesy bread and got pizza dough with a glob of melted cheese thrown on it. Thankgod I was drunk when i ordered or probably would’ve taken one look at the pizza and threw it out the window. They put lettuce on my CBR pizza, WHO DOES THAT? I’m sorry, no Key Pizza we will not be returning customers.

Key Pizza, unfortunately, didn't hit the mark for me. I found the service lacking and the quality of the food wasn't up to standard either. Based on my personal experience, I'd suggest looking for other dining options.

I just ordered $87 from key pizza a second ago and I'm disgusted.i had to beg for My receipt for, which had a thumb print of sauce on it. It made sense because my son's order of chicken was gone and if I could share the pictures, they sold me a single serve pizza which was supposed to be a medium along with a large and the rest of our food.

I was visiting from out of state and my friend and I went out to the club , nothing was open for pizza and I wanted a sub and fries and what I got was absolutely not good , my sub had no Mayo or anything , it took an hour to deliver but when we called to check on our food they put the phone down and had another conversation with other people didn’t answer our question is our food going to be delivered? But the guy kept saying we are closed , ok so I wanted fries and got well over done hard boneless wings and they are so hard I can’t eat them , and being ingnored isn’t fun especially when you paid like 50 bucks for food!!! So this place lost a valuable customer I normally tip well and pay a lot for delivery but in this case it’s a sad moment!!

Had 1 good experience, after that it has been down hill!. 1st experience the breaded wings were good that was over a year ago. 2nd experience I got delivery and the order was way wrong and food was not hot. The delivery fee was $7 on top of the price of the food. Final experience was just terrible. Went in person and the store is completely disgusting and dirty. Workers were not attentive and rude. They rather be on FaceTime tha take care of customers at the counter. Food was sitting out uncovered(with large insects flying around landing on the food). Worker was dirty and unsanitary. Had a nasty arm cast on and wore no gloves. Scooped the garlic parm out of a tub, that was sitting on the floor; using a small cup with no gloves. Then sneezed at the fryer and barely attempted to cover his mouth, then proceeded to wipe his nose with his hand and sleeve then continued to cook the chicken. I can only imagine what else goes on in the back or out of sight. Food is not that good to be so expensive. Will Not be going back. Save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere.

Ordered $47 worth of food to be delivered. Order was wrong told they were making the order showed up with only 1/2 the order, I called with the delivery driver both he and I tried to tell the person on the phone both orders were wrong he called me a liar I sent the food back contacted the app I ordered the food from and they tried to get a refund from Key they lied and said I kept the food I did not. The app I ordered the food through gave me a refund. I use to order from Key all the time I even had everyone in my office ordering from them. I will never go there or order from there again. Took over 1 hour and 20 minutes for good to be delivered...mozzarella sticks and sauce was room temperature. Wings were just ok and not temperature hot. I asked for a for a few paper plates to be thrown in, and the gentleman said no problem. The paper plates were not with the order. Pizzeria sent out stone cold pizza and wings. Cold as if it was cooked yesterday. Not only was it terrible but when we contacted the restaurant they said too bad. Nothing we will do. Highly suggest using any other place.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I asked the worker if he any any pizza, wing combo deals. He completely ignored me, said some smirky remark in a language I don’t understand and then went into the back kitchen just leaving me out there alone until I finally left. I will NEVER go here nor will I recommend it. They are EXTREMELY pricey as well. If you want good pizza/wings that come with a deal/fair price just go to Midway Express they always take care of their customers, this place just seems like they treat you a certain way depending on how you look. Ordered food for delivery. The person who answered the phone barely spoke English and I had to repeat myself numerous times. Food didn’t arrive until almost an hour after I placed the order and was told it’d be 25 minutes. Driver was rude. Food was subpar at best. The turkey sub was meh and the tuna salad was horrible- barely had any tuna. Never again.

How does this place manage to forget the biggest item on the list. This is absolutely ridiculous and I will never order from this establishment again
