I come here twice a week for the $3.50 Sub of the day....always friendly service.

Subs are filled with any ingredients you want. Plenty of value subs broiled also if you like

The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Stop here ever so often and you can get a quick meal and be on your way.

I ordered late night after 2:00am. Had a big order and everything was perfect. Shoveled all the food down so fast I was only able to photograph one thing. Such a life saver, was very hungry after working late 👍.

Open real late. Arrived past 1am and there was more ppl than usual. I was still able to place order and walk out within 15mins. Such a great night munch spot, be it warm or cold weather.

One of the best sandwich places that you can get a sandwich and it's not going to cost you an arm and a leg. Believe it or not way better than Jersey Mike's.

I ordered 3 subs from here on grub hub and none of them were correct. The order clearly said what I wanted and it wasn’t that hard and they were completely wrong. It’s not hard to read an order and do it correctly. Very disappointed

Had a sub and a wrap delivered and the sub had a knife in the middle of it. I called the subway and the girl that answered laughed and said yeah she must have done it by accident and then refused to give me her managers phone number and hung up.

absolutely terrible food, incompetent staff, and horrible customer service. filed a complaint with the better business bureau and syracuse health inspectors. hope to see this place shut down sooner than later.

Waited 20 minutes while he did multiple to go orders before taking my order despite delivery people arriving significantly after me. While still waiting with no one else there, I had to leave when he chose to do another delivery order rather than mine. Will not return. Never managed to get any food before the subway closed

06/23/2023 time was 2:45 I got a turkey subway from grand Boulevard one of the kids serve me. Everything went smooth and my brother, he came up in line to order a chicken teriyaki. It was the old man was trying to serve it, and the chicken teriyaki fall off from his hand, and the old man decided to pick it up and put it back him the whole time so I confronted him and then he said no, and he realized that I was watching them the whole time then he grabbed the sandwich. He threw it in a trash and he grabbed me a new one so far all you guys over there on the north side, keep your eye on the people that serve you that’s why they put The metal cover for the food so none of us won’t be able to see what they are doing food open your eyes Pay attention on your order thank you. I’ll be safe and have a nice day. God bless you guys all.

I was waiting in the line to have a sub made and a guy infront of me was ordering 4 subs at once so I was waiting in line and the lady put all the meat on the subs and moved them over to the veggies section for the guy to do, she then went into the back into the restrooms. When she came out I can hear the toilet flushing while in line as the restrooms are nearly 10 feet away from. When she came out she was STILL wearing the same gloves she was wearing when she went into the bathroom during making this guys subs and came back to helped finish this poor guys subs. I felt so discussed by the fact that whatever she did whether just flushing something down the toilet or actually using the toilet is soooooo Disgusting I just left and will never go back there again !
