This place was remodeled, it looks very nice and modern, and they greatly improved the flavor of the chicken they sell there. Congratulations, it's very tasty.

The ketiras on the BBQ are great. A fantastic option for bringing the kids to play. The only downside here is the customer service. I've had the wrong product delivered to me several times. If you order takeout, I recommend checking everything carefully, even if they ask you to step aside at the drive-thru. Wait until you've thoroughly inspected everything.

150 this burger was too big the ketchup packet was too big
The place has recently been remodeled, but something has changed in the quality and service. The presentation and flavor of the chicken has been diminished; it's greasier and smaller. The service on the bus is even rude, with its instructions: "Please bring your money to the window." "I invite you to keep going." Well, if I didn't go, I'd stay at the drive-thru. 🍗
Everything was fine until a long hair grew out where I bit into the chicken. How disgusting! And they only replaced four pieces of chicken when I told them what happened. Honestly, it was awful, and they didn't even offer any compensation.
It took me 15 minutes to get served at the drive-thru, and when they finally served me directly at the window, it was only to tell me that if I placed the order, it would take another 35 minutes to come out.
Terrible service and attention, always super slow and poor customer service. Very bad manager.
Terrible service from the cashier and they didn't want to give us service because they close at 10 and it was 9:30
They force you to use the new machines, and they only charge those they want at the regular registers. I ordered two BBQ and two Buffalo strips, and they gave me all four plain. Very bad service.
