The service was rude, and they took a long time to deliver; as for the taste, it was okay.
The place is eye-catching, however, the service is inefficient and the staff is completely inattentive. We had to get up to ask about the menu and were only seated for five minutes (it's worth noting that we're not from here). If you see someone arrive, you'd attend to them, but they didn't. Therefore, the customer service was terrible; they even got annoyed when we asked. And then there was the cockroach infestation. The place itself is nice, and the theme is great; they have a fantastic concept, but they need to pay more attention to their service. They could really improve.
It took an hour to arrive, it arrived cold, the bread was stale, and despite having 5 ingredients, it was missing ingredients, as if they only put a little of each ingredient in it. I wouldn't buy again.
I'd say they should improve their hygiene because I found hairs in a pizza, and I've also ordered pizzas for delivery that arrive without any toppings, so they need to improve that.
