Rosso at the Four Seasons. Elegant Mediterranean restaurant with a modified menu in the evening as it becomes a Michelin star restaurant. The menu at lunch is more casual. The restaurant has a patio with wonderful views of the sea. Very professional and friendly service.

Incredible experience. Food was delicious, service was very good and the place is just extraordinary. Perfect for celebrations! The olive oil from Etna is a must!

Excellent experience. Visiting from Miami area in America, and trust me we have quite the selection of unique restaurants . That said, this restaurant is in a league of its own in terms of the views and the level of service from the hosts . I’m visiting my family here in Sicily and we all were pleased with the world class service provided by Alberto and Arianna . I’ve enjoyed watching television series filmed at this establishment but I enjoyed experiencing the restaurant even more . I cannot wait to return !

Rosso è più di un ristorante: è un’esperienza che coinvolge tutti i sensi. Un ambiente curato, dal design essenziale ma caldo, dove ogni dettaglio parla di eleganza e gusto. Il servizio è impeccabile: attento, professionale, con quel tocco umano che fa sentire accolti e coccolati. La cucina è un inno alla qualità: piatti che raccontano una visione chiara, creativa e profonda, dove ogni sapore è al suo posto, ogni abbinamento sorprende con equilibrio. Una tavola che si ricorda, un luogo dove il tempo si ferma e il piacere prende forma. Rosso è una certezza per chi cerca bellezza, qualità e atmosfera in un’unica esperienza.

This was an amazing experience for me and my family, the view was spectacular and breathtaking, service was great, the Whiskey sour was excellent, I would highly recommend the mille-feuille, as it was a creamy yet a delicious dessert, a perfect way to end our visit to Taormina and Sicily.

Restaurante Rosso no Four Seasons tem comida boa, mas tem de melhor a vista do mar e do vulcão Etna. Preço, obviamente, acima dos demais. Pedimos um robalo com legumes grelhados (espinafre, radiche, tomate e abobrinha). Muito saboroso. Comida não é farta. Razoável prato. De qualquer sorte, tem o pão com azeite para ajudar. Pedimos também um ravioli recheado com peixe branco, tomate cereja e flores de abobrinha. Massa 38e e peixe 48e. O vinho para acompanhar foi um nerelo mascalese 2022, tenuta di fessina, musmeci, a 110e. 4 vezes mais caro que mercado é um pouco exagerado. Demais restaurantes onde fui, aqui em Taormina e Palermo, vejo a turma dobrar, no máximo. Preço de mercado 30 a 37e. São 3 opções apenas de vinho tinto. Um cabernet Sauvignon dalmerita a 125e e sassicaia a mais de 600 euros. Limita demais o cliente. Qualquer botequim oferece 10 opções de vinho. Garçons educados, mas de uma maneira geral, apressados. Ainda havia sobra de peixe no meu prato, sem talheres cruzados e atendente já ia levando. Pedi para esperar. Ficou sem graça. Restaurante não estava cheio. 4 ou 5 mesas sendo servidas, e uma pressa injustificada. Ficamos na nossa e tomamos com calma a grf de vinho caríssima. Depois fomos curtir a vista de 215 euros na varanda do restaurante.

Mediocre Experience at Rosso Restaurant While the setting at Rosso Restaurant in San Domenico Palace is undeniably stunning, our overall experience was far from pleasant. From the start, we felt neglected by the staff, as if we were deemed an unimportant table. The service was particularly disappointing. When I mentioned I was vegetarian, the waiter scolded me for not stating it earlier. He then assured us the chef would prepare a special entrée, which never arrived. Later, we waited over 20 minutes just to receive the dessert menu, and despite requesting water it never came. Adding to the discomfort, when one of our friends asked for the restroom and mentioned it was quite far, the waiter mockingly responded in an ironic tone, which felt unnecessarily rude. The overall attitude of the staff made us feel unwelcome throughout the evening. For a restaurant of this caliber and price point, the food and wine did not justify the cost. Having dined at numerous Michelin-starred and top-tier restaurants worldwide, I can confidently say that the service here was one of the worst I’ve encountered. We left feeling frustrated and disappointed, and I would never return.
