Extremadamente caro Club sándwich casi 400 pesos

Terrible restaurante, precios muy elevados y un servicio muy malo. Para no volver a consumir aquí.

El lugar y la atención no es mala, pero no recomiendo la hamburguesa doble, ni el café americano.

Pésimo servicio. La persona que atiende tiene un modo tan feo de responder. Cero recomendable.

Horrible servicio de la persona que atiende, aparte de unos precios carísimos no aceptan pago con tarjeta.

Pésimo lugar, excesivamente caro y de muy mala calidad sus platillos y lo peor es que es el único en el aeropuerto. No dan ganas de regresar. Seguramente la concesión del lugar es negocio de algún ejecutivo del aeropuerto por el abuso que existe en sus tarifas.

Carísimo incluso para estándares de aeropuerto. Y que aparte te hagan cara los meseros. Ojalá pudiera dejar estrella negativas.

Muy mal, pesimo, 1) Pedi una agua mineral preparada con sal y limon y me dijo que me la tenia que cobrar como una"Michelada". Osea igual que una cerveza estilo michelada. Sin embargo solo era una agua... 2) Pedi un plato de pollo con mole, en el menu dice "2 pechugas de pollo" sin embargo lo que te sirven es "Una pechuga partida en dos pedazos". Esto es comico, falto de etica, promocion falsa, etc... Le mencione al mesero y me dijo que ya otras personas se han quejado, pero no se hace nada al respecto. Me da la impresion que las personas encargadas no le entienden al negocio de restaurantes, pues lo que propician es que los clientes no regresen. En fin, ocupan revisar su cultura de negocios.

La parte de restaurante en la planta alta no llama la atención. Y la relación costo/calidad no es la mejor. El sabor de la comida es regular para el costo. Además no aceptan pago con tarjeta.

DO NOT GET COFEE HERE they made us pay almost 30 dollars.for 3 coffees and filled it thw brim with coffee and dont have any milk . This place sucks .

I ordered a chicken sandwich for 255 pesos, extremely expensive even for an airport. The worst part is that they don't even bother to make the food decent; it's terrible quality and tastes awful. I'd give it zero stars if I could.

Terrible place, I hope Profeco intervenes. This is a rip-off. A sandwich for $380, a water or coffee for $100 or $150, they are abusing it because they have a monopoly. It is the only restaurant in that airport. At least the food should be of good quality... but it is terrible. Please, I recommend that you arrive well fed before arriving at the airport and yet you still dare to ask for a tip.

Terrible service and attention, and don't even mention the prices! Can you imagine flavored water for $495 pesos! What's Dubai? It doesn't cost that much! It's understood it's an airport! But no, mmm! And the attention to the dog seems like you're doing them a favor! They don't even answer email, phone calls, or WhatsApp messages when it comes to billing. Don't even bother standing there!

High prices, they give you a long wait time even though the restaurant is empty, the waiter never comes over and I've been requesting the bill for more than 3 days but haven't received a response.

First and last time I eat there. It's very expensive, and the food isn't that great. I spent almost $600 for a double burger and a Coke. I won't go back; I'd rather buy some peanuts at Oxxo. So-so service, clean place, good atmosphere.

I travel to Tapachula very often, and this is the first time I've eaten at this place, but it will be the last. *Terrible*

TERRIBLE PLACE!!! For starters, since it's such a small airport, it's the ONLY place inside where you can buy something to eat (no joke, there's only one snack bar). Another thing is that the service is rude; it feels like they're giving you things for free. And worst of all, the prices. IT'S A ROBBERY!!!! How can a half-liter of water cost $65?!? I bought a coffee, which is the size of an OXXO coffee, and they gave it to me for $90!! Not even a Starbucks venti costs that much. They had a croissant (small) on display with lettuce and ham for $190, and I'm not even sure it was fresh. Never buy anything here; it's a robbery in the wilderness. It's better to buy before arriving at the airport, or if you're arriving on a flight, wait to eat in the city, which is about 30 minutes away.

Terrible service, I bought two chipilin tamales with chicken and they were expired, they smelled bad, on top of that the woman who serves is arrogant and arrogant, another one does not accept cards and the prices are exaggeratedly high, I do not recommend buying in this place 👎🏽

Even for an airport this place is crazy expensive. 75 pesos for a normal sized candy bar. That's almost double the price compared to cdmx airport. This place is 100% a ripoff. Don't buy anything here

A disgusting and deplorable restaurant. They don't accept credit cards or issue receipts. At the snack shops (where you can't pay by card or receipt either), they sold me an unappetizing chicken sandwich (three slices of Bimbo bread and 3 pesos' worth of shredded chicken) for $120 pesos, a real rip-off. If you're coming to the airport, make sure you eat beforehand.
