The quality-price ratio of the toras is excellent; they also maintain a decent size and offer a wide variety of ingredients, better than "la poblanita" cemas.

Everything is great at this little place. The tortas are $60 and range from shawarma and breaded cutlets to pork chops and even huge combinations—one is enough to leave you satisfied. What really stands out about this place is the owner's service; he's always very friendly.

It's not common to eat Hidalgo-style tortas (Pachuqueñas) when there are poblano tortas, which are actually better. But given that the bread is from Tehuacán, poblano-style, the Tehuacán ones are far superior to the Pachuca ones, which leave much to be desired. I lived there and I know what I'm talking about. For a variety of tortas, they're recommended! (The Tehuacán ones.)

I tried a torta made with Arab-style meat, cheese, and avocado, and it tasted great. The size of the torta is average compared to other places nearby. To be honest, the meat was slightly salty, perhaps due to the seasonings, but that didn't detract from the overall flavor. And I assure you, the owner doesn't give me a commission... hehehe.
