Visit early on the weekend; it's not crowded, and the service is excellent and fast. The atmosphere is very relaxed, they have a variety of dishes, and seasonally they have chiles en nogada, which I highly recommend—they're very well prepared. There's a piano that I would have loved to hear; I wish they could post the days they have live music. Overall, it's a good place to eat in Tehuacán.

Delicious! The atmosphere is a little dated bu still beautiful. The service was perfect, we didn't feel ignored or babysat. But the food was amazing. I had a steak in Tamarindo sauce. Tender and amazing, a little sweet, could have used a bit of spice, but still delicious. My daughter had the salmon in mango sauce and that was fantastic. I husband devoured his steak which was again perfectly prepared.

Food was great, and the inside was pretty, had some beautiful stained glass windows inside. Food can get expensive, especially with a lot of people, but it was worth it!

With over 40 years of tradition, it remains one of the best restaurants in Tehuacán. The menu is very diverse, with many dishes and options between meat and seafood. Excellent flavor and seasoning, very good quality, excellent service from the staff, and prices as they should be! In line with the quality and affordable. My only suggestion: improve the decor. The atmosphere feels gloomy, with no light or natural ventilation. It urgently needs an image update so it can remain a benchmark for another 40 years. Note: I rediscovered El Zedros thanks to the fact that they're on the DiDi food app, and it's here!

It's the best restaurant I've ever eaten at, and by far! The seasoning is unmatched, the dishes exquisite, the service exceptional. We've always been fortunate to be served by Vicente, who is, what I call, a true star waiter. We regularly travel from far away to eat at this place and always leave satisfied. The atmosphere is perfect, and they even let us eat with our puppies on the terrace. And during the mole de hips season, the best in the region.

The food was delicious. The waiter Javier provided excellent service. The only thing they need is air conditioning; it gets too hot, and the fans aren't enough. Also, during my visit, the women's restrooms were under maintenance, and they could have been cleaner. The Sunday breakfast buffet was quite good, with plenty of variety and everything was delicious 😋

Today we changed locations because at Casa Vieja, despite my grandmother being a regular customer, they didn't reserve a table for her, and everything was booked. So we came to Zedros. The dishes we ordered were the chef's recommendation, and the macha sauce was also very good. There was live music today, and the service was good and pleasant.

Very overrated and expensive for the quality of food and service. Despite that we were the only guests on Tuesday evening, they didn’t get anything right. The melted cheese was served cold along with cold tortillas. The mains were lacking of taste and quality. The lady that is the manager walked by our table many times without once asking if we were enjoying or any care at all. Service was slow and no motivation. On top of all this, the prices are of the highest we came across in Tehuacan. Their menus are dirty and full of stickers. I don’t understand how anyone would enjoy dinning here. What a shame since the building is nice.
