Visited Bamboo my partner and I in November was immediately seated which was great! Was seated in a great location inside the restaurant. The server came over took order, which he was very polite, friendly and observant cause we were missing one of the table condiments. It was the first time to eat at this restaurant, have passed through where it’s located in Pechanga but looked always busy and possibly a long wait. We ordered Spicy sticky wings-Korean, Larb Gai-Thai, and Green garden vegetables prices was average. The food was very delicious and again the service was fantastic the waiter was very attentive. I would highly recommend a romantic dinner at this place.
***EXPERIENCE 2*** (Positive) On my return to Bamboo the dining area atmosphere was lively and all the diners seemed to be enjoying themselves. This time around our party decided to order Crispy Orange Peel Beef, Chow Fun, and Chinese Broccoli. First to arrive were the Chow Fun and Chinese Broccoli. The Crispy Orange Peel Beef arrived shortly after. On this visit the dishes were all served in a reasonable amount of time. Both the Chow Fun and Chinese Broccoli were done perfectly, there's not much else to say but, delicious. The Crispy Orange Peel Beef was masterfully done. It was extremely visually appealing. The beef was crispy, and yet the meat was still tender. And, the sauce beautifully coated the beef, and tasted incredible. Our server was incredibly nice. I believe he was the same server we had on our previous visit. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, and helped us make the proper choices to enhance our dining experience. If you see a tall, nice, knowledgeable server. You may have met my server, the man with the human touch. ***EXPERIENCE 1*** (Positive) Our family trio was craving some Asian food. We ordered Yang Chow Fried rice which was very good. Along with Salt and Pepper Fish. The batter on the fish is thick, dense, and lightly crisp. The Fish itself is firm, yet moist and flaky. Without sauce it's a little bland. However, topped with the included sauce it's delicious. The only issue was that the 2 dishes we ordered were served about 15 minutes apart. Ideally, all dishes should be served at the same time, or within minutes of each other. Our server was pleasant and did a very nice job. Overall, our meal was very nice.
Great place to sample some Asian (Vietnamese/Chinese/Filipino/Korean/Thai) dishes. You do have to wait to get seated, but the ambiance is pretty laid back and chill. The Filipino dishes we tried out (Kare kare etc) were pretty good and authentic. We visited during the FDA ban on Filipino sauces so they didn’t have bagoong. Staff were very nice and accommodating.
I had a great dining experience here. The pho was excellent along with the service I received. The green tea was also really good. Well done...
Good food great servers. Front desk need to smile more. Simon Was awesome 👍
We had the fried sea bass and crispy pata everything was cooked to perfection and delicious.

If you haven’t tried Bamboo at Pechanga, you are seriously missing out. This little hidden gem completely surprised me. It may not be the biggest or flashiest restaurant inside the resort, but the food speaks for itself. They offer such a wide variety of Asian cuisine Vietnamese, Chinese, Korean, Filipino and everything is made fresh to order. You can taste the quality. My personal favorites are the Galbi, which is tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the shrimp fried rice, which is packed with flavor and cooked just right. Simple dishes done exceptionally well. And do not leave without trying the donuts for dessert. They come out warm, soft on the inside with the perfect sweetness. Absolutely irresistible. The service is always friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. Whether you’re at Pechanga for a night of gaming or just visiting the resort, Bamboo is a must-try. Highly recommend.
We come to Pechanga to eat at Bamboo. We love the service and food. Kevin provides exceptional service upon every visit.
Came here last night to eat from a vacation, and let me tell you , the burrito they got there , was so good 👍🏼 with the avocado/ mole / carne / beans / rice & shrimp. Im definitely coming back! Shout out to all the workers here, bussers/cooks/dishwashers lol 10/10 👍🏼 good job pachanga, I'll be doing a food review video.
Definitely double the price when compared to other Asian restaurants I'm used to, but hey, this is a casino 😅 Now that's out of the way, the food is actually pretty good and flavorful. I particularly liked the house special fried tofu due to it's savory batter and rich soy sauce mixture. I work order than again next time I visit. Service was good at first, but then our waiter disappeared when we were trying to take care of our check. So I guess that was the only thing that took away from my experience.
Located inside Pechanga Resort and Casino, this Pan Asian Fusion restaurant serves up international delectable offerings from Korea, Philippines, Japan and Vietnam. The entrees and drinks are truly innovative and brilliant! Entrees are made to order and the exciting collection will even please the pickiest of palates. Service is always exceptional. From the time you walk in to the end of your meal, their service deserves acknowledgement. Stuck on what’s good? Feel free to ask your server for their personal favorites. Enjoy and as always, be safe.
7/26/2019 Update - The Bento Box is back! Not on the regular menu, but check the bottom of the back of the wine list! New menu. Seems prices have gone up significantly. No more bento box (I guess I’m the only one wanting teriyaki). Never brought the water we asked for, no refills on soda. 3/26/19 - Korean beef, fried tofu, crispy orange chicken (peppers) and Pho beef noodles

Food was good. My only complaint would be that they brought the entree out first, before the appetizer and soup.

We stopped by this restaurant since we were staying at the hotel. The food here is okay, not bad for an Asian fusion place, but nothing to rave about either. Out of the three dishes we ordered, I liked the Fried Rice the most. It was simple but well done. The Roasted Duck Noodles had decent broth, but the duck itself was really dry — not enjoyable to bite into. As for the Hot & Sour Soup, I’m not sure what extra flavor they added, but it didn’t work for me. I couldn’t even finish it. Overall, it's convenient if you're already at the hotel, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.
My partner and I frequently visit Pechanga, and we were excited to try Bamboo for the first time. The food truly exceeded our expectations—it was incredibly delicious! However, our experience was marred by significant service issues. We were seated in the far back as a party of seven, which I understand can pose challenges in terms of service. Despite this, the wait staff seemed overwhelmed, and it negatively impacted our experience. One of our guests had dietary restrictions, specifically a soy allergy and a vegan diet, so we asked our waiter, Anthony M., to consult the chef about any concerns. Unfortunately, his uncertainty was disappointing and made us feel like our dietary needs weren't prioritized. As our meal began to arrive, we had hoped for an improvement in service, but it actually declined further. We found ourselves continuously waiting—whether it was for our food, drink refills, or even simple condiments. At one point, I had to get up and retrieve condiments from another table myself, which is not what you expect when dining out. Here's what we ordered: Imperial Egg Rolls Spring Rolls Salt and Pepper Wings Chow Fun Fried Rice Beef Chow Fun Bo Luc Lac Chicken Red Curry Again, the food was absolutely delightful, and it was the highlight of our visit. However, the service issues overshadowed what could have been a stellar dining experience. I genuinely hope to return one day and give Bamboo another chance, as I’d love to enjoy that delicious food with improved service.
Not bad but not great. The foods are too oily and salty, and the teas are too sweet. I had a BBQ duck with egg noodle, and the entire thing was a bit too salty and the soup too oily. The noodle was also too soft and soggy, but the duck's flavor was good, so it started ok. The portions were quite large and sufficient, and the price was ok for being here inside the casino. We also had an oxtail rice noodle, which was also a bit greasy. For drinks there aren't that many choices, sodas and ice teas, and a that tea. We opted for the Thai tea with boba, but it was way way too sweet, I mean really way to sweet even compared to a mountain dew, and we know that one is sweet. And the boba was obviously from the night before. I guess they're just not that picky here about custom drinks. So we left most of it untouched. Recommendation is to remind the waiter to have firmer noodles, reduce salt, and avoid the teas here and just get a soda.

This place deserves a 1 star just for the service. The food was pretty good. Its family style so it came out in big dishes you share. We ordered the fried tofu, stir fried mushrooms, bo luc lac beef dish, and kimchi. Only complaint was a few pieces of stir fried mushrooms were undercooked so it made it rubbery. Atmosphere was nice. The restaurant looked clean and organized. The service completely ruined this place and our experience. Our server took over 20 minutes to bring us water after we ordered. The other servers do not help eachother but instead go tell that tables server when they themselves are doing absolutely nothing but standing there. The place wasnt even busy. A table behind ours even complained of the extremely slow and unattentive service.
I expected better from a restaurant operating inside Pechanga. We ordered a vegetarian spring roll and were served pork and shrimp instead. That’s not a minor mix-up, dietary requests matter. When we brought it to their attention, management (Myles and manager Mary Joyce) were dismissive and unhelpful. No real attempt to correct the mistake. No accountability. We were simply told they were closing and nothing could be done. It was Valentine’s Day and my birthday, not that it should take a special occasion to receive basic professionalism, but the lack of care made it worse. When guests are spending real money at the casino and choosing to dine on property, the expectation is simple: accuracy, service, and respect. Instead, we were met with indifference.
I usually love dining at Bamboo Restaurant, but today was a different experience. The sisig we were served was makunat (chewy/tough). We asked for assistance and the Filipina staff relayed our concern, but the chef mentioned that it was “the right way to cook it/ should be that way.” I’m familiar with how sisig is traditionally prepared, and the texture was definitely not the usual or the ACCEPTABLE quality. The patatim was also noticeably salty, which made it hard to enjoy despite the good flavor. Another concern was the rice our three rice servings was placed into one MEDIUM bowl which look like small to me. Usually, rice is served individually, and if there was a change, it should have been communicated before or during service. We genuinely like this restaurant and its food, which is why we hope the kitchen and staff can take this feedback positively.
I ordered the 2.5LB Maine Whole Lobster.($135) Unfortunately, the dish was extremely unsatisfactory. The shell was excessively thick, and there was barely any lobster meat inside. The taste and overall quality were noticeably different and much poorer than my previous experiences. Given the price of the dish, the quality was simply unacceptable and ruined my dining experience.
The table in front of us and I got here at the same time. We ordered the same things. They got it within 10 minutes, and it’s been over 30 minutes and we still haven’t gotten our food. Nobody has talked to us in over 20 minutes. I asked for sauces and rice, and when the food came we had to wait another 30 minutes for them.
Don’t get a duck please. It is so dry. And the taste like it were sit in to the fridge a year. And then they fried it for you. The sous not about a duck. The noodles were better. But not fairly.

Pretty disappointing experience with the female server named Michelle. She was rude and impatient. If you don’t have the bare minimum ability for customer service then maybe don’t be a waitress.
Bad experience with waitress (her name is Michelle. A rude server changes the whole experience for the worse. Do better.
