Visited the Temecula location at 10:15pm on Monday 10/27. I know it was just before closing I know a lot of workers aren’t a fan. We were greeted by Noahs super friendly face, made us feel at home. Great effort by the crew working that night but absolutely made my night by introducing us to the menu and giving us recommendations. We were absolutely impressed with our first visit. Would highly recommend to anyone near the Temecula cava. Huge shoutout to Noah and the crew working that night. Thank you we will be coming again. Management needs to acknowledge outstanding employees like Noah!

Food is delicious, team members are efficient and cheerful. I may not remember everyone’s names correctly, but thank you to Vanessa, Siria, and Jessica who made my delicious bowl today, and all of the team doing the cooking and prep behind the scenes. I absolutely love this Cava. I’m so glad it opened as I work in a business I’m in that parking lot, so I’m always there. The employees are always amazing. Everytime I go in Isaiah, Maddie, DJ, Monica, Kayla, Quinn, Josh and Aiden are extremely friendly. The food is always top tier too.

Decided to try out cava at there redhawk location, and i wasn’t disappointed whatsoever! The associate Victor helped me tonight and he had excellent service along with allowing me to sample some items as its my first time trying ! Food was amazing and i will be coming around to my new favorite restaurant in Temecula area!

Me and my sister came in for an early dinner date and were met with the most amazing customer service from Quinn! She was absolutely incredible and attentive to each and every one of the customers and truly made the experience for us. She made sure to prioritize our needs regardless of how busy it was. I had a wonderful experience here at this CAVA. Joshua, Dj, and Isaiah were very welcoming. Joshua welcomed me with a smile and made my bowl perfectly. Isaiah also greeted me with a smile and asked me how my day was. DJ came up to me and asked me if I needed anything else to complete my meal. I am definitely coming back to this location. I felt very cared for.

First time I've ever had Cava. It was excellent! There is such a wide variety of flavors. It was super fresh and very good!

Went to Cava for the first time not knowing anything and the worker Sami really helped me and explained everything perfectly! He gave me some samples of the sauces I wasn’t sure of. Most importantly he made me feel comfortable! 10/10 experience. Food was bomb.

Don was so incredible behind the counter and also on the floor while we were eating. He even came up and offered us a taste of their new cinnamon pita chips!! My only feedback would be for Seriah to be a little bit more customer service forward and personable behind the counter. Didn’t want to deduct a star for it though, but just wanted to add that.

Food is a 10/10! So fresh and delicious. I always the get the pita wraps, bowls are great too, and the staff including the manager Donovan are all so upbeat and sweet! Its also very clean. Overall great food and great customer service, If you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out!

Whoa, this place is amazing. Visited CAVA with my wife to eat dinner. Although I wanted Taco Bell, she wanted something healthier. So, I caved and we ate here. Food was amazing and the service was even better. Gabriella made our chicken shawarma bowls and helped us choose the best ingredients. Her customer service skills are top notch. The atmosphere is nice and they're even open late.

I frequently visit this cava because of its consistency. It’s always good cuts of meat and the skhug sauce is good. Workers are nice and quick to attend to my order. I don’t have to wait long. Clean and pleasant to eat inside.

Update: Another fantastic experience as I entered into a full house and line and watched today’s crew really knock it out. A HUGE SHOUTOUT & THANK YOU to Seriah and Justice as they whipped out that line of customers with patience and a smile in a very impressive time manner. I really can’t say enough good things about every crew member here! I guess you can call me a "regular"... and I cannot recall a specific time where one visit was more specifically better or worse than the other. Major Kudos to Aiden for staying on top of things and managing his team. I was welcomed inside with an enthusiastic greeting from Jenaya and Ricky, as they were working hard putting together to-go orders! Vanessa was super patient with me building my bowls and answering questions and offered wonderful recommendations that perfectly match my taste-buds. The food is very healthy and perfect for any diet-type looking for a fast-food fix. I will continue to make this location my "go-to" for gym recovery and healthy alternative eating!

So glad it's finally open in this area! CAVA is a build- your- own Mediterranean bowl/ pita place. Food is consistent with other CAVAs. Love that they offer so many vegan, vegetarian, and gf options, while having plenty for the carnivores and omnivores. Not tons of seating inside. We were there pretty close to opening time. FYI: It got busy fast.

Consistency is key and I can always rely on the workers to make my order exactly how I like. Lots of protein but more importantly a lot of veggies to help me reach my fiber goals. The sodas use real sugar. I love the braised lamb with the garlic sauce. Easy dinner time at this place.

This place is beyond the taste! The Environment is so clean and welcoming. First, I was welcomed in by DJ. Despite how busy it was, she is sure to have a welcoming smile on her face. Next, Ricky took my order. I'm usually the one to be indecisive and feel like im holding up the line but Ricky reassured me that it was all okay! He was sweet and gave me opinions on different proteins and dips, making it easier for me to pick and choose. Someone like Ricky was MADE for a position like this, if you come in and Ricky is working, DO NOT FEAR. He makes sure you know you have a place in line just like everyone else! DJ rang me up, still with the same welcoming attitude I previously encountered her with. All together this place is great! I would like to point out the hard workers I didnt get to interact with as much. Josh, Noah and Isaiah were all busy making sure the front was filled with the best veggies and sides. They all made sure DJ and Ricky had what they needed to satisfy their customers which is beyond what I see in other fast paced food places. Even though they had other tasks to conquer, they were all friendly and greeted me while filling everything up going above the standard. The food is--as always--TOP NOTCH. I have never had a bad experience when it came to the food and from the looks of their environment and the cleanliness, I never will! The food is OBVIOUSLY phenomenal, and I would 100% recommend this over something like Chipotle any day.

Each time I visit CAVA @ the Temecula Parkway restaurant which is a very popular location, there’s ALWAYS a wait; however, she greets me with a phenomenal smile, a “thank u 4 your patience,” & permits me the opportunity to create my bowl according 2 the mood of my palette, no matter how many “species” of greenery I desire. She’s par excellent & such a blessing 2 those who come in touch with her…an invaluable asset to the CAVA business model.

Visited this location for the first time recently this past week. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by multiple workers welcoming you. The store was very clean and organized, workers were friendly and polite, and the lines were short. The food all tasted great and the pita bread served with the bowls was still warm! Will definitely be back whenever I am in the area again.

I have been to Cava many times, but this location gave me one of the best experiences of my life. From the moment I walked in, the facility was incredibly clean, organized, and efficient. The team moved quickly while still being kind, professional, and attentive. If there was even a small delay, they communicated clearly and let me know my order would be ready shortly. The food, as always, was amazing. What truly touched me was something unexpected. I am a physician, and Kataya saw me in line, personally brought my bowl and drink to me, and kindly told me the meal was on them because I help people. I insisted on paying, but she and the team would not allow it. I felt genuinely appreciated, cared for, and valued as a healthcare professional. I want to be very clear that my impression of this location was outstanding even before that gesture. The cleanliness, speed, organization, and generosity of the entire team stood out immediately. I always have such a great experience here at this location. Although it's about 20 Ish or more minutes away from me it's always worth it. The staff is always so friendly at this location even when they're packed and busy. The food always taste fresh and delicious and I love their portion sizes. I am in a calorie deficit and get a bowl and split it in half and make two meals out of it and it's so good. today i was helped out by Aiden and Justice and another team member with a few piercings but i didn't get their name. I have definitely seen Justice before and he's always in such a great mood.

I used to eat Cava all the time when I lived in Virginia and missed it so much when I moved back to California. When I heard that a location was coming to Temecula, I was so excited. I saw some of the negative reviews and I was nervous that this location wouldn’t live up to my previous experiences. Now that I have eaten here several times, I truly can’t understand the negative reviews. The fact that they are busy is a good thing and hopefully they will stick around for a long time! The food is fantastic and the portions are huge. If you don’t like the price, don’t eat here. Eating out is expensive these days, but I will gladly spend my hard earned money here over and over again. I order the grains bowl with falafel and I’m always impressed with how good their falafel is. It doesn’t have a hard and greasy fried crust like most falafel does. It’s very tender. The toppings and sauces are always fresh and their pita chips are great for dipping in the garlic dressing!

Everyone is always so pleasant from entrance to exit. We especially love Justice he must have great parents as he was so friendly, attentive and knew the ingredients well to inform us when we asked questions!! But we notice the tables always need a good cleaning and the floor when we come in.

I ordered HARISSA AVOCADO and it was delightful. The person who took my order Terri was very knowledgeable about the ingredients and how the food is prepared fresh daily. She was very kind and patient since it was my first time I wasn’t sure what I would get. I am happy with my service and will come back what my little family soon.

I ordered dinner for my family of 5 here today and had a great experience! Best healthy fast food option in the area! The staff was really nice and very generous! All of the staff worked hard to make sure they got our order just right. This place is beyond the taste! The Environment is so clean and welcoming. First, I was welcomed in by DJ. Despite how busy it was, she is sure to have a welcoming smile on her face. Next, Ricky took my order. I'm usually the one to be indecisive and feel like im holding up the line but Ricky reassured me that it was all okay! He was sweet and gave me opinions on different proteins and dips, making it easier for me to pick and choose. Someone like Ricky was MADE for a position like this, if you come in and Ricky is working, DO NOT FEAR. He makes sure you know you have a place in line just like everyone else! DJ rang me up, still with the same welcoming attitude I previously encountered her with. All together this place is great! I would like to point out the hard workers I didnt get to interact with as much. Josh, Noah and Isaiah were all busy making sure the front was filled with the best veggies and sides. They all made sure DJ and Ricky had what they needed to satisfy their customers which is beyond what I see in other fast paced food places. Even though they had other tasks to conquer, they were all friendly and greeted me while filling everything up going above the standard. The food is--as always--TOP NOTCH. I have never had a bad experience when it came to the food and from the looks of their environment and the cleanliness, I never will! The food is OBVIOUSLY phenomenal, and I would 100% recommend this over something like Chipotle any day.

Terri was amazingly helpful and the food was great! This was my first time eating at Cava and I had a few requests to customize my order. She was so kind and very accommodating! Even making suggestions about a few choices and she was willing to put a few items on the side that I was unsure about tasting for the first time. Thank you so much Terri! I had such a great experience at CAVA! The food was fresh and delicious, but what really stood out to me was the customer service. Everyone was welcoming, kind, and made me feel taken care of. Isaiah and Quinn went above and beyond — they were super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. You can tell they genuinely care about the customers and it really makes a difference. I’ll definitely be coming back not just for the food, but for the amazing service!

Food is Super Fresh and tasty but the bowls are served kind of Stingy when it comes to the base...I asked for a base of lentils+spring greens and got very.little greens. Lettuce and greens and super cheap...they shouldn't be capped. Other than...highly recommend

First time going here. Price was a little up there for the amount of protein you get. But eating the food felt fresh and tasty. Service was great with the first person asking what we will be having Pita or Bowl, to DJ filling up the drink station. There is a lot of seating but during lunch rush, seating is no where to be found. Felt like it was more expensive than Chipotle, but the food felt to be a cleaner eat. I liked the choices of drinks.

'Trendy place, build your own like Chipotle, clean, friendly staff but pricey: Two bowls that had little meat but a lot of lentiles and "fluf" food and 2 bags of pita came to almost $50. The taste and quality of the food was ok, comparable to that of Denny's but pricier.

I’ve never left less than a 5-star review. This isn’t to say CAVA’s food isn’t good it is. But for $19, the portions feel noticeably smaller. It feels like a bait-and-switch: Prices go up, portions go down. This is meant for management, not the employees. I know the staff has no control over this.

Food is really solid. Good flavors but a little expensive They do not know how to run a business or shift though. I see people go on break all the time when it’s busy. They have more people working mobile orders than the customers in the dining room even when there is a huge line. It’s happened every time I’ve been here. Never more than 2 people working the front line. So the wait is generally 10-20 minutes because they have one person doing the work of 2-3. If they ever learn how to run a shift they would be even more successful

⭐️⭐️⭐️ I came in on my birthday to have a birthday dinner and had a few questions about the menu, as there wasn’t clear information about certain ingredients. Due to severe food allergies, this is extremely important for me. When I asked, the employee helping me didn’t know the answer and went to ask for assistance. Unfortunately, a young male employee told her to lie and make something up about a specific ingredient. That comment was unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I immediately made it clear that lying about ingredients is not okay—especially when it could be life-threatening for someone with food allergies. After making it very clear that I would not be lied to, I built a bowl with ingredients I felt safe consuming. The bowl itself was a great combination and tasted good. However, the lack of professionalism and accountability from that employee, along with the overall attitude that followed, significantly impacted the experience. Food safety and honesty should be taken seriously. For that reason, I’m giving this experience 3 stars. The Traveling Truck Show

Food was cold. Ordered online and they prepared it 20 min after scheduled time. People who stood in line got their food before us. I want to like this place but service at this location is sloooowwwww.

Great food but such terrible service!!!!! We left so disappointed after being so excited to try this place for the first time. Another review mentioned the works being like zombies and that was definitely our experience. Bummed because I wanted this to be my new go to spot.

Have been to this place several times. Was very pleased with it until our last two visits. I always order extra spicy lamb meatballs in my bowl and get half greens with half rice. My wife orders extra falafel, extra meat is like 6-7$ extra. Last visit my meatballs were raw still inside. Had to cook them in toaster over for 5 min. Then yesterday my wife ordered extra for extra falafel and they did not put extra. We attempted to call in to either get the meatballs or refund and the phone is just busy all day. No way to talk to anyone and their phone just keeps running the same prompts. We also did not get the drinks for my kids meals.

Not recommending the Shawarma pita. It is not shawarma at all . This place just sells the name of shawarma, not shawarma itself. Maybe other food choices are good.

The bowl I ordered had a lot of rice and very little of everything else. I paid around $27.00 for a bowl and a drink. What makes it worse is that the food was not good,I ended up throwing it away. I have gone to other Cava establishments and the food was better . The customer service matched the quality and quantity of food .
