PapaFeta restaurant in Temecula on Ynez Road is absolutely the best Mediterranean food in town hands down! The hummus is silky smooth. The pita comes out hot and fresh. The service from EVERYONE was like visiting your best friend's house and their mom was cooking...So friendly, kind, welcoming and accommodating. Sally was our server. The atmosphere of this restaurant was nice, it is easy to ordered to go. Prices are very reasonable and the portion (for me?) was big. And today, we honestly ordered again through door dash, its just so good. We are going to go back and also we are going to recommend it 💯💯💯

First time visiting the restaurant, referred to me by my friend Mo' in Lake Elsinore today. " I asked him where can I get a real good falafel because I'm from Pasadena. He said, Papa Feta. Their Falafel sandwich had exceptionally great flavor. My server "Marly" was on point with their service and very attentive of my needs. Thank you PapaFeta

Every time we visit Papa Feta, the experience is nothing short of amazing! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and consistently delicious. The service is just as impressive — every waitress we’ve had has been friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. Sally was our server the last time we went, and she’s always on top of everything! She checks in at just the right times and makes sure we have everything we need. Papa Feta never disappoints — highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and even better service!

I have been here twice and love to see how this restaurant is growing. It was moderately busy for a weekday night, and the staff are all very congenial and welcoming. Throughout our meal, a man (possibly the owner or manager) checked in on our table and was very friendly and helpful. Food wise- you can’t go wrong with ordering here. Everything is seasoned immaculately and the meat is very succulent - not even the grilled chicken breast was dry. I also noticed the high quality of the meat and really appreciated that there was no tendons or sinew, as I often notice in other casual dining places. If you go with several people I highly recommend getting one of the family platters. And don’t forget about the baklava and Turkish coffee! Aside from food some other observations: their bathroom looks newly modeled and is very clean. The general atmosphere is casual family style, and I really like the pop-industrial decor.

This is one of favorite restaurants. It is a great family run business with great family style options. They have two dining areas, on of which has the bar. Their customer service is top notch and treat you like family (the family that you like). We have not ordered anything that wasn't delicious. The serving sizes are large and easily shared. The bar has several beers on tap as well as other bottles beers. They also have several wine options. The restaurant is nicely decorated and has several TVs playing sports. There is also a desert counter with plenty of options to choose.

Absolutely love this restaurant. The entire time my family was eating we couldn't stop saying how good it was over and over again. Everything was so fresh and flavorful. The bread they made is unbelievably good and paired with the humus: perfection. I had the gyro plate, my husband the papa everything plate, and my son the cream chicken plate. I highly recommend everyone to come support this new business. They put their love into it.

Came in on Friday during lunch. Was immediately greet and I asked for the bar seat. Immediately got a menu and quickly followed up with beverages and meal. Food came out in a timely manner, well-seasoned, hot and delicious. Their beef shawarma and garlic sauce are so good, they make me very happy. I recommend trying in either the wrap or the plate, had them on different occasions. Another nice thing about them is being able to walk to the side dessert spot, grab some baklava and a coffee before continuing my day. I love this place and will continue coming back.

Awesome place, and most importantly great food! The portions are huge, delicious, and the presentation is outstanding! If you love Greek cuisine, you’ll fall in love with this place. AJ puts his heart and soul into every dish he makes. I wish nothing but the best for this new business and plenty of success! Great staff and the restaurant looks amazing. It has a very modern feel to it and the decorations are on point. The baklava is to die for! Don’t walk out of this place without picking some up for later. I say later because there’s no way you’ll walk out of this place hungry! Wow! This place was absolutely amazing. We were driving through, and from Google I chose this restaurant and we are so glad we stopped here. Food was very flavorful, there was a good variety, quality was great. We loved it and definitely want to come back. Staff were very friendly and serviceable. Restaurant was clean. Definitely worth a visit. We bought a lot, why we spent a bit more.😉

Updated review: Took my wife to dinner tonight and had an amazing experience! Potato curry soup is so flavorful! The beet salad is tasty. And our shared Everything Plate hit the spot! Gyro, kebab, and chicken skewers. Basmati rice and fresh naan. And don't forget about their Garlic Sauce!!!! The staff are wonderful and they have upgraded their menu and offerings. Can't go wrong here! Such an amazing family owned eatery with authentic Greek and Mediterranean food 😋 Can't wait to bring the family for dinner! See my attached photos for our lunch pics! I'm not sure exactly when this local Mediterranean eatery opened this year but I'm very sad I only learned about it today - the food was incredible. We had a plate of chicken shwarma and a creamy chicken wrap along with a plate of fresh hummus to start the lunch off. Not a bite disappointed from the fresh bread to the Greek salad it was all amazing. Bring you appetites but be warned that serving sizes are very generous and you'll likely leave with leftovers. The fast and friendly staff was icing on the cake. Kudos to the family for running a great local restaurant! We'll be back for sure.

What a great place for dinner! Everything on the veggie platter was perfect from the falafel crispy outside and fluffy inside to the superb beet salad I chose on the side. And everything on the Everything platter tasted great! They have a fantastic assortment of baklava and I had to bring a pound home.

First time af this restaurant and Sally made it a pleasant visit. Led us to all the right selections and was very tentative. The hummus was a must. We had the loaded chicken fries and that was fire. Papa feta everything is the way to go, my mouth was full of flavors, definitely thinking about that plate all day. Will definitely be coming back.

I highly recommend you check this place out, I feel that a lot of people shy away from Mediterranean food just because it's different than what they are used to, but trust me you will be doing yourself a favor by trying out something new. This place, in particular, would make for a great place to start. The dining area is nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly and attentive; the food is great! I got the beef/lamb entree with rice & a Mediterranean Salad, it comes with bread and cooked tomatoes, onions and a green pepper, they have a nice selection of refreshments as well as some alcohol if your in the mood for a nice drink. After you finish; they have desserts altogether next door which is tied into the main restaurant via a hallway, here they have baklava of all varieties which you will for sure enjoy after. A nice meal, trust me when I say you will not be dissapoint3d coming here!

I read about the restaurant Papa Feta's on Facebook then checked out their website before heading out to try for the first time. I'm not that seasoned at ordering Mediterranean food so I ordered the Papa feta Everything plate for my wife and I to share. We ordered an extra bread which was un neccessary but being the 1st time we were unsure. The food and service was great the prices were good since we shared and gave us room to splurge on dessert. I read somewhere that when you eat at Papa Feta's you are family and after meeting Mariam and her daughter faith I did feel like we were treated like family, so go see Mariam and give them a try.

Both the food and service at Papa Fetas was amazing. My family shared the tray 4, with chicken, beef and the best humus we have ever had. Sally our server was excellent, making the experience very pleasant. Highly recommend!

We dined here last Thursday as a group of 7, and it was a big wow for all of us! In a world where great customer service is rare, Sally provided us with exceptional, warm, and caring service! She is amazing! The restaurant was busy, but she made us feel like we were her only table. The food is absolutely incredible! Everything is so fresh, and delicious. The ultra creamy hummus and fresh tandoor bread is a must. I had Maryam's Favorite with the shish kabob, chicken souvlaki, and gyro and it was outstanding. I am a big eater, and when I was full I still had what looked like a full meal on my plate! (the best leftovers ever!) The portions are enormous! My dad swooned over his filet mignon plate, and even my little nieces were enjoying every bite! My mom had forgotten her leftovers when we left, and Sally ran out of the restaurant to bring it to her! She even walked with us into the pastry shop a few doors down to show us her favorite pastry there! What a sweetheart! Can I give 10 stars??

We had such a wonderful experience last night at Papa Feta! The food was delicious as always as always! We ordered the hummus, Maryam’s Favorite, and the beet salad. The kids devoured the Kalamata olives with feta cheese and the Greek salad plus a chocolate cake and baklava. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. We’ve been here many times before, but this visit really stood out because of our waitress, Sally. Her service was outstanding! Super attentive, kind, and on top of everything without us ever having to ask. She made the whole evening feel easy and enjoyable, especially with kids at the table. Thank you, Sally, for taking such great care of us. We’ll definitely be back again soon!

We were looking for a good take out spot for dinner with a family from Chicago. I saw this place took over the old Italian spot so wanted to give it a try. I regretfully didn't get a chance to order some of their baklava so that is something I will be doing in the news. The had a very good flavor very fresh and a good portion. Their hummus was super creamy just the way like it. The meats were all pretty good, we got the beef and chicken shawarma, meat was juicy and well seasoned. The kebab wasn't my favorite the meat was a bit too rare and had a chewy meatloaf texture. Pricey but I'd say everything else we enjoyed.

Place is clean, but too bright like in a fish bowl. The staffs were nice. Service was very good. But it took toooooooooo long to serve the food. They said they were busy. Of course it’s peak hour, but they should have anticipated peak hr as restaurant owner. Will we come back? We might. If they improve the kitchen speed.
