We were given a gift certificate for Vince's, wow what a great gift, Thanks Sean & Valerie. This is by far the best Lasagna we have ever had, our soup & salad were both excellent. Our waiter was very tentative to our table. The garlic bread was good but lacking the garlic.

OMG! Food is scrumptious! Tastes JUST like an adorable Granny (cute Lil' apron on, knee high stockings rolled to her knees, hair net...You get the picture) made the food. Absolutely delicious menu options. There were only two Servers working the dining area like H-E-double hockey sticks that day and they both remained poised, patient (answered lots of questions bc it was our 1st time there), pleasant and informative. In fact - If I keep thinking about this place, I'll be heading over there to eat, darn near DAILY. It's THAT good. Just GO. You're bound to enjoy every bite!

Great comfort food. A large serving of spagetti with the perfect meat sauce, just what I was craving. Had salad and garlic bread. I think we found our go to Italian restaurant. Excellent service too! We will most definitely return.

If I ate here with my eyes closed I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the Rancho or Ontario location! The food was absolutely phenomenal as always. I am never ever disappointed coming and visiting the Cuccia family establishments since the early 80's I've always had my expectations meet coming to this wonderful family restaurant. A simple menu and delicious food and huge portions. I always leave with a to go box for the pasta! I hope you stay in business far beyond my years, keep up the great food❣

Excellent basic Italian food with great service. Kind of like a old family run business. Limited menu, but what they do, they do very well. Large portions. You order, drinks and appetizers (soup/salad) quickly appear, by the time you finish those the main course is normally coming to your table.

Vince’s is my favorite thing about the Inland Empire. I’ve been coming here since I was in elementary school, and I don’t see myself stopping any time soon. The wait staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the portions (especially the “full order”) are generous. Now, if I could just figure out the recipe for that meat sauce....

Been coming here for quite a few years and have always had the best food & service! Hot beef dip sandwiches have to be my favorite. Meatball sandwiches also hit a home run. The spaghetti is delicious (but i Iike mine better 😆). Really crispy garlic bread is perfect for hot dipping sauce. Very good all the way around.

Vince's Spaghetti Express is one of our family's favorite restaurants. Their menu is basic including spaghetti, lasagna, meatball subs, etc. You can choose from regular Italian tomato sauce or the meat sauce. Great salads and dressing. The lasagna with meat sauce is my favorite. Generous portions and reasonable pricing. Family friendly service. There are a couple of mounted TVs, plenty of seating or counter service for to-go orders. They also have drive-thru pickup to take this great food home. Catering is available and we've had them cater many events. The food is always a hit for parties and corporate meetings. If you've driven by the place and never stopped in, please do. You will be happy you did!

Since I was a baby my family has been going to Vince's. We used to live close to the Ontario one but when we moved to SD we stopped going. We found out there was one in Temecula and sometimes we do the drive just to eat here. Such delicious traditional Italian food at a great price. I highly recommend this place!

Food was really good! I also got a slice of chocolate cake but it was more on the dry side so I probably wouldn’t get that again. The meal I got was a 1/2 order of meat sauce spaghetti which was so good! I’d eat here again. Don’t know much about service or the atmosphere since I didn’t dine in.

We celebrated a small family reunion and early Mother's Day on Friday. As usual the service and food were fantastic! We had 11 in our party but in the past have had at least 25 and they are ALWAYS right on with service and food. Thank you Johnny from George's mom

I've been going since 1970! I have been to Ontario, Upland/Rancho Cucamonga, and Temecula. It's the same delicious meal, time & time again. I'm going to go here until they wipe it off my smiling face when I'm 90!! I love that full order #1 Spaghetti w/ meat sauce, garlic bread w/ salad, house dressing with a scoop of spumoni. "I'm in Heaven, I'm in Heaven"!

I've driven by here many times always on my way somewhere else. This time I was determined to try it and I'm sure glad I did, the food portions are huge! But most importantly delicious. I was very pleasantly surprised it tastes as if they have someone's grandmother cooking in the kitchen. My husband and I split a lasagna plate and that's what you see here my half which is equal or more than other places. I've only been there once and tried the lasagna but the flavor is so authentic I'll be returning. Bottom line if you like bold flavors and huge portions this wont disappoint. The restaurant isn't anything fancy but sometimes those are the best ones in my book. Enjoy!!

My wife and I have been going to the Ontario location for years and decided to try this location. The quality of the food here exceeded our expectations (and honestly thought it was better than the Ontario location) The pasta sauce was very flavorful, bread toasted to perfection, even the soup was better than usual. The service was hospitable and welcoming.

They do spaghetti right. Soup and salad is great. The price is right. Good for large parties or banquet too. The service has taken a hit only because they keep losing staff. Amazing spaghetti with meat sauce!!! The steam never stops. Mouthwatering goodness and the perfect garlic toast was amazing. The only thing that could improve are the waiters who grind the tables at closing in order to sweep and do their side work. If they could lift instead of slide the tables and chairs especially when guests are still enjoying the chef's artistry.

Vince's has been a family favorite since before I was born. Since my dad worked there in high school up in Ontario. I am so glad we have one here. Always good and amazing ❤️

I might be biased, but this is the best spaghetti I’ve ever had. It’s so simple yet packed with flavor, and always made fresh. Their garlic bread is absolutely to die for! I’ve been enjoying Vince’s since I was a kid, and it’s just as incredible now as an adult. There soup Is also just incredible. By far, it’s the best of the best. I highly recommend grabbing a table and experiencing it for yourself!

We have been going here since I was a little kid, which was probably the ice age LOL. Never have they disappointed! Their menu is easy, the quality of the food and the quantity of the food you're not going to find anywhere else. Always served with a smile and quickly. You may panic by the parking lot. Crowd or the line inside but they get it together. Pretty damn good. I was just there last night and they had pages of catering orders last night and the girls at the takeout counter were busting their butts to get everything done. Plus all the phone calls coming in right at dinner time to find out about jobs or change their order, which they should all know not to call at 5:30 and they never stopped smiling and never broke a sweat and the order is always right.

I have been eating Vince’s Spaghetti for 30 years. Stopped by the Temecula location and it tastes the same. Delicious, Hearty, HOT, portions. Everything came out PERFECT. Christine was a delight her hospitality is OUT THE ROOF. She has a heart of Gold. Made my family and I feel like family. Our server was FABULOUS she never let our drinks get low. She didn’t skip a beat. Just an overall great experience. The whole experience was WONDERFUL. You have to try out this great Restaurant. You won’t be disappointed at all. Thank you again.

Let's start out by saying, what a sweet and wonderful staff! Now for the food; WOW !! MY wife's Lasagna pleased her beyond measure. Tasty, and the lunch size was perfect. I had the lunch size meat sauce spaghetti. We both had the garlic bread; it was the bomb. Now I know why people enjoy everything about this place.

Vince’s spaghetti sauce tastes slow-cooked and homemade. It’s been consistently perfect every time I’ve ordered it over the last 10 years. For the portion size and the amazing taste, you really can’t beat the price. I highly recommend it!

Spaghetti Meat Sauce Half Order with Topped Provolone Melted Cheese. I battled him for a few hours. The flavor of the sauce had me in deep hypnosis. I can say that the Half Order is big enough for two. I can only imagine the Full Order. Take it from me there is plenty of free parking. There is also a drive thru. If you like sauce then this place has a nice tasty full of flavor Sauce worth trying. PS. Can you say spummoniieeee ?

Service was great and definitely not as crowded as the restaurants up in Ontario or Rancho Cucamonga. Didn't have to wait for a seat. Back again for another lunch while I was in town for a night. Great great spaghetti with meat sauce that includes soup and salad and bread.

Oh My Gosh!!!! This is the ABSOLUTE best tasting Spaghetti on planet earth. For those of you who have not had the wonderful gastronomic pleasure of indulging in Vince's.... well I encourage you and the family to come down to one of their 3 locations. I have been faithful to this family owned chain since the early 90's and don't pay for Spaghetti anywhere else because it has never nor will it ever compare! The portions are large and the dinner comes with soup/salad and chese or garlic bread. My 4 boys devour their food every time. When you are cruzin by the Temecula area and desire an Amazing meal, stop by Vince's and I Guarantee that you will not be disappointed!! Cheers!! GOD Bless!!!

Hot & Ready Spaghetti. Staff was young but we got there early and got our food quick. Seemed like the bigger parties had a longer service time. Overall, I'd recommend if you're in the area. Get the bread =p & Split the spaghetti plate, unless you want leftovers but it reheats so well.

We had my daughters bridal shower here. The menu was perfect! The service was excellent and a cozy spot that brought many smiles. We had plenty of food, and left overs too. The food was great. My son dropped in for the food, he was so jealous his sister had her celebration here! Thank you for providing a great space for family, friends and great food! Vince's is our go to place for good, soul satisfying, stomach popping spaghetti or lasagna. Their spaghetti is amazing beyond description and their full size portion is good for one or two more meals the following day even after eating a good share at the restaurant. Don't get me started on the lasagna. It's just so good. Vince's has never disappointed us and I know that winning streak will continue on the visits to come.

Love this place over the Ontario one. Bread was very fresh, the sauce was thick and meaty, and they serve the antipasta salad at lunch. Ate here again and it was consistently good

Never had Italian fast food before but this was brilliant. The portions are insane! But tasty and so cheap it seems criminal haha! If you are in need of all the carbs you can handle in a great atmosphere with a friendly staff then this is the place to go! The meatballs are also fist sized! Don't get too many.

The only complaint is the very young server wasn't friendly and never came back to see if we wanted drinks refilled. She completely forgot our soup and salad. To the waitress - smile and be friendly. Your tip would be more. Service with a smile goes a long way. Food was great -always has been. We had lunch size spaghetti with meat sauce and an order of lasagna with salad and garlic bread. Perfect portions. Raspberry ice tea tasted watered down, no true raspberry flavor.

I want to give this a 4 1/2 but I can't so it gets a 4. This place is awesome. So good and there is a drive thru, although I haven't used it, I always go in. Food is amazing, the only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because when I took my Mom for Mothers Day after Wine Tasting my Lasagna had a burnt side and the noodles were burnt brown on most of the layers. It didn't hurt the taste a whole lot but it was noticeable and I would have loved it , if it was perfect. My mouth is watering writing this review.

Good food. Family owned and operated. Morgan was a true sweetheart. My daughters spaghetti was amazingly full of melted chease. My small antipasta salad was tasty as well. It is a little more expensive than your chains; but you are getting quality family Italian food.

Picked up a tasty Meatball Sandwich on a garlic roll with Provolone Cheese last night. It was good, not great. OK, I'm from New York and am spoiled. The meatballs were slightly dry but had good flavor, including a nice touch of fennel. Not much red sauce, which all soaked in to the roll, but enough. The roll was very nice. Fresh and garlicky. I was surprised that cheese isn't included when you have a garlic roll so I added Provolone for a little extra money. You could order a cheese roll instead. I thought the sandwich was on the small side for the price but did enjoy it. Since the place is clean and pleasant I may stop in again and try something else.

Generally quick service but not always. $10-$18pp. Decent food, nothing special but really big portions. Really good blue cheese. Italian dressing is vinegar and oil, which isn't my favorite but theirs is solid.

I went through the drive through today. I always pass by but never stop for food. I have only tried the food once about 4 years ago. So decided to give it a go today. I think you get a decent amount of food for the price. The soup was good and so was the garlic bread. My only issue was with the meat sauce on the spaghetti. It was extremely salty and acidic. I couldn’t eat it. I brought it home and told my family they could try it if they wanted but everyone said the same thing. It was just too salty so we threw it out. I’d say lower the salt and add a bit of sugar to balance the acidity.

Mediocre and forgettable.. Meatball sand was decent and but very small and not hot. I was also charged for mozzarella without being told it was extra. Also has the meat sauce mostaccoli, again served lukewarm, some noodles even cold... . My ice tea was tasteless, almost ckear and had no tea at all, rip off for $3.50. Over $40 with tip, will not be back.

I have been dying to try this place every time I've driven by and I finally went with my family... Let me tell you it's not convenient. It's delicious food, but nothing spectacular. I honestly do not think they will make it in this economy. For starters upon arriving they did not have many people inside the restaurant and I can clearly see why now.. We tried their famous spaghetti dinner (family of 3), 2 adults & 1 tiny senior citizen, but they charged us extra $4 to add cheese on top of spaghetti as well as a whopping $2 per extra empty plate provided so that we can split our family meal. Ridiculous. We will not be coming here again, and I highly recommend if you are looking for a good family deal in Temecula/Murrieta area go check out Filippis Pizza Grotto Italian Food, they are a much nicer deal. Vince's needs to fix their up charged policies if they want to stay in business selling the cheapest thing you can make at an Italian restaurant. You can literally make that same meal at home for $12... Aside from the extra charges, the service was decent. If anything I felt bad for the waitress having to implement the ridiculous upcharges cause I could tell she knew it's what affects her tip the most, and that falls completely on the restaurant owner. If Vince's wants more business they need to fix those upcharges or they'll continue to have nothing but crickets for customers..

Food is delicious but always something is missing when you take out dinner. I'm always buy full orders and a side order, today soup was missing and my extra garlic roll, 3 weeks ago I ask for a meatball and only half of it came in the little box, last month ask for an Italian sausage and a meatball and guess what..... meatball was missing again. I'm a returning customer and not planning to stop eating dinner there... food is delicious but always something missing remind me to McDonald's. Need a little effort to customer satisfaction thanks

Horrible service today, never had it this bad before. Food was good, but service was horrible. Don't know if there has been a management change or a lack of training. Only 1 person serving all the tables with no help and the rest of the staff standing around with no clue on what to do with the restaurant at near full capacity indoors. There was an older lady who we believe was the manager and she would just walk out, look around, then go back behind the counter and didn't seem to care or help the staff. Nobody cleaned up the tables after people finished and left. We were only served drinks once and never got asked if we wanted refills. Nobody checked on our table while we were eating and we had to go ask for some of our food that was missed. When it came time to pay for our food we had to go up to the counter to have our checks processed and get our own to go bags. The service was just horrible today.

I made a buying decision based on information available online. When i arrived to place the order i was informed the price was higher. (9.95 online and 13.95 when i got there.). The representative tried to blame it on another location being different but it was the Temecula location i was looking at. I realize things fall through the cracks and dont get updated but if you use google maps to draw people into your place you should prioritize keeping the information current. The 2 star rating is based on the lack of understanding or sincerity from the representative and the spaghetti is only slightly better than ragu.

We were dining on a weekday, no lunch menu offered. We ordered dinners, but the portions were lunch sized. No portion consistency between visits. The meat sauce was not very meaty. Not sure we can afford the price for pasta.

The food and both the server girl and greeter were fantastic. The problem is whoever the manager is in the white jeep cherokee decided to fire one of the servers during my meal. She took the girl out to the patio to do this, in front of everyone in the dining room. That poor girl was so embarrassed, and she knew everyone could see her while this was going on. Very very unprofessional. I worked managing folks for years, that's a conversation you have in private. Not in front of all the customers. Sadly due to that fact I won't be coming back.

My 4 year old accurately described the food when she said "it tastes like its been on the floor." Its bad, the sauce is bad, the pasta is bad.

We came into the doors looks and smelled wonderful. They had a sign that said, "Please seat yourself" and. They had a counter, so we assumed it was like yellow basket or farmer boys style where you order at the counter and then sit down. But I was told after I ordered that you had to only order counter If you want to dine- in, you sit and wait for a waiter. They had no signs or anything to tell you that which put us in a weird position

We came here on Sunday, March 30th at noon. There was only one person waiting on about 5 tables, including ours. He was doing his best, but he needed more help. It took quite awhile to get our drinks, salad and soup. The soup was watered down, compared to the soup that is consistently good at the Ontario location. The spaghetti was at least good, however. Our server never cleared away our used bowls and plates, and never asked if we needed refills on our beverages (which we did). The napkins were a joke - those real thin, crappy ones that taco shops give you. Needless to say, we needed more, so I had to go to the front counter to ask for it. We tried the new,"Lemoncillo" dessert, but it was brought to us in a pkadtic container with a lid on it. Very odd, like right out of the freezer from the ice cream truck. Afterwards, 2 people in our party had to use the restroom, but couldn't due to a horrible smell. They mentioned it to the staff and they said that something was wrong with the pipes. I believe the Cuccia family could do bettet at this location.

This was the first time trying Vinces spaghetti. Everything is separate when you order spaghetti. That's all you get. I actually ordered spaghetti with tomato sauce. And they brought me the meat sauce one. You get 2 whole meatballs in the sandwich. everything else tasted like a microwave TV dinner. The sauces just had no good flavor. I only enjoyed the garlic cheese toast.The waitress didn't ask us for refills on our drinks, she pretty much was just sitting there on her phone. I wouldn't recommend this place

I have ordered a takeout from Vince’s Spaghetti twice using Grubhub. Both times my order was incorrect. Today I placed an order for 3 lasagna dinners with extra meat sauce. When the delivery driver arrived, there was only 1 order of lasagna. The last time the order was incorrect, I let it go. But this time I called to tell them about the error. When I called a young lady answered the phone, told me to hold on and she would check to see what happened. Then the phone went dead. I called back and a young man answered the call and told me that he was going to get the manager. When the Manager came to the phone, I tried to explain that this was the second time that I had an issue with an order at Vince’s. She became irritated and very angry and started accusing me of screaming at her; which I did not. She never apologized not one time during the conversation, but told me that she would refund the part of the order that I didn’t receive. She totally missed the point! The issue was not the refund, but the fact that this was the second incorrect order! She told me that she was NOT a delivery person and that was All that she would do. She then hung up the phone! Still no apology. This is the last time that I will ever place an order from Vince’s Spaghetti. While the food is okay, customer service is terrible; if you ever have an issue. Buyer beware!

Hair in my salad. And then they wouldn’t honor our gift card because “it wasn’t issued from their specific location.” The gift card has all the locations, their addresses, and business hours on it. No disclaimer saying it’s only valid at a certain location. What they’re doing is illegal.

Recently went to get spaghetti and they definitely slacked! Spaghetti has hardly any sauce and my ranch for the salad had salad chunk in it. Not a good experience, will not be returning.

Close to closing we were told they were sold out of food on a Wednesday. Pretty bad. Place wont survive turning people away because you dont wanna re wipe a counter down when you try to get out of work early. Its not made to order. You aren't slaving over a grill.

Been a customer of Vince's for 40 years and of the Temecula locations for 20 years. I called and tried to place an order and the "GM" Angel would not take it and told me to drive through. This is the first time I have ever had Vince's decline a $100 phone order. I guess they don't want our business. This "GM" need to go to school for customer service. I guess we will be skipping Vince's Temecula from here on out.

I used to eat at the Vince's restaurants growing up and loved the food always. Just got some spaghetti here and there was hair in my food. Extremely disappointed as I was starving and very excited to eat here. Ended up going to Taco Bell. please have your food employees wear hair nets. It's not anything but hygienic and standard.

The girl at the window on March 2 at 445 wouldn't give me one extra tiny little cup of ranch for my salad but threw 4 big bags of parm in there that I didn't ask for. That's some backwards customer service 😒Pretty sure that much parm cost more than an inch high serving of ranch. Petty isn't really a good strategy to keep customers

Ordered spaghetti w/meat sauce 2 meatballs were extra $4 each I thought they'd be extra lg size! No a surprise to see 2 reg sized meatballs so don't order meatballs with spaghetti & meatsauce!!!

I ordered through Grub Hub and took my order! I paid full price and later told the driver they didn’t have what I ordered because they ran out of meatball and sausage?? OK so I wanted to cancel and couldn’t because order was placed. Then they said I was going to get refund that didn’t happen. So I got No silverware napkins only spaghetti and they charged me for salad, roll, and extra meatball!! So don’t trust a restaurant who doesn’t have food!!

Horrible food and excessive salt, flavorless and not worth a $60 sit down. A $4 per meatball that smelled like dog food. Worst eating experience in Temecula in four years. The hostesses were nice, but the owner should be ashamed of serving disgusting food at that price!
