So I have never been here before this was my first time coming in today and OMG. It was not only beautiful inside from the decor to the employees but the food is delicious. I order the 5 wing and 3 tender combo and it was delicious made. The toast was great I did speak to the manager Valerie who I told that my wings were a bit hard at the bottom. Not only did she apologize but she said that she will make me a fresh order which was great it was an awesome experience. If you're looking for a great place to eat wings and tenders this will be the place for you!! Love the cleanest of the place & the professionalism of the place.

Food is good & the timing was amazing. unfortunately i paid for 2 5 finger meals & it came out to almost $30 even with small drinks, & yet both meals only had 4 very small tenders. we also got extra fries & honestly got kind of skimped on the portions for those too.

I had never eaten Zaxby's before, but my husband has. We ordered through Door dash. I ordered the "fried white cheddar bites" and they were delicious! I did try the famous Zax sauce, but it's not for me. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was pretty delicious as well. Their fries are the bomb! They definitely have my vote!

Nice place but lets face it. Its brand new and its chicken. Anyway staff was very friendly. Service was fast and eveyone was busy doing something. My wifes chicken tenders were not over cooked like most places and very juicy and flavorable. Crinkel cut fries were kind of soft. My cob salad was off the chain. It was large and filling for a salad. Had more stuff than a tru cob salad. I chose grilled chicken. Guess what? Yep military and veteran discount so they get 5 patriotic american stars! Definatly on the do again list.

This Zaxby’s location was very clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Zaxby’s is like a Raising Canes but with more food and sauce options. The chicken tenders at Raising Canes are better tasting in my opinion. But again you have more options at Zaxby’s. We went during lunchtime. Service was very fast and the food was hot and fresh. They have gluten free options and the manager was very knowledgeable about them.

Ordered traditional wings combo meal. Not impressed . Wings looked and tasted unappetizing, chicken tasted old. Fries tasted better than wings. Wife ordered nibblerz which turned out better for her. But as far as wings go, thumbs down

Today was not a good day. I ordered a Cobb salad, and the veggies were not fresh at all. Lettuce was withered, French onions were soggy, cucumbers were wet looking, and tomatoes were not fresh. I paid for extra cucumbers and tomatoes for this. The Pic is from me starting to trash the bad stuff.

The chicken is raw and bloody. The manager that refused to give her name several times when I called them was laughing about the situation, being belligerent, lying on me about asking for my entire order to be replaced when she heard me ask my daughter was her meal ok and she said yes so I told her to continue eating and telling the Zaxbys employee it was only my 10 pc wings that were not cooked. She said she would check the cameras to see if the timer was set correctly. I told her there’s no need she can see the rawness and blood with her own eyes if she liked. She was very unprofessional, childish, uneducated, had difficulty comprehending simply sentences and a disgrace to the restaurant industry. I can’t get over how childish and her inability to comprehend about their having my daughter to drive forward in drive thru and making her and her fiancé wait a really long time claiming to be cooking the chicken fresh and I still received raw bloody wings to the bone with rubber skin. My dinner tonight was the condiment sized Cole Slaw and a fruit punch drink. I’m shocked and saddened by her being able to collect a paycheck from any food place. The only cohesive thing she said was she took the order herself. She was not apologetic about serving food poisoning products. Yes I am negatively affected with nausea, a headache and stomach bubbling. I’m hoping it will be flushed without me having to go to the ER tonight. Chicken wings were so over cooked they were inedible. 10 wings and they send one packet of sauce. Not acceptable and will not be back.

Overall the attitudes and unprofessional service is top tier in this area. Staff members watch you and look you in your eyes and refuse to take your order. Multiple cares came and left and got their food before me because I asked if someone could take my order. I will never come back

This place went downhill quick. Keeps getting worse. Dinning Room is filthy. Soda Spilled all over the place soda machine is nasty. Half the tables are nasty. Wiped it myself. Bathroom (Men's) is absolutely disgusting. Water or god knows what is all over the floor. They did put a Wet floor sign instead of cleaning the mess. Waited for 15min for food and counting.
