Buen lugar, sabores buenos, le daría 5 estrellas solo que no tienen menú infantil, ni area infantil, además es muy caro y el precio debería justificarse con servicios de valor agregado como los mencionados.

The orange juice from Oxxo (Vallefrut) was five times more expensive; their payment terminal wasn't working, and the waiter wasn't paying attention to the service, glued to his cell phone. The food was unremarkable.

The quality is adequate for the price; pasta, a steak, and a glass of wine cost approximately 400 per person. The service leaves much to be desired, and parking is very limited and unassisted despite being on a hill and in a gated area. The atmosphere is quiet.

Nice place. Very good service. The beef steak was overcooked; the meat was tough and burnt at the edges, even though the menu advertised it as tender. I had to leave more than half of the steak.

They take way too long to deliver the food; I was seriously considering going to a taco place. They didn't even put sweetener in the coffee, and the place was practically empty. 🫠

Terrible service. The service is always poor, they don't have enough food, and the waiters have preferences and serve only whoever they want. The food quality has declined. We need a new option in Teziutlan.

The waiters never return to your table after you order, they don't respect the cooking time you request for the cut of meat, they don't have a card reader for electronic payments, and they give you dirty looks when you ask for anything extra (coffee, more drinks). Oh, but they bring the bill in a flash! I expected at least a complimentary coffee for their mistake with the doneness of the meat, which was ordered medium-well but arrived well-done. Of the four cuts of meat ordered, two were cooked correctly and two were incorrect. They have a serious lack of customer service skills, friendliness, and the ability to ask if you need anything else.

If I'd wanted to be discriminated against, I'd have gone to the Sonora Grill instead. Terrible service. The food is good, but the service is deplorable.

The spaghetti with chiltepin was extremely spicy, with cream, onion, and ham. The Aztec soup also had ham, and the pear salad had cream and pineapple in syrup. The gizzards were cut into tiny pieces, almost burnt and dry. It's no surprise it's so empty.

Terrible service. One dish mentions guacamole, but it didn't. When we asked for it, they brought green salsa. The tableware (napkins and cutlery) wasn't set; they were set after the first course was brought. Another dish I ordered didn't come with what was listed on the menu. One of the servers had a terrible attitude, and the waiter brought everything except wine. I don't recommend this place at all.

They didn't bring the table service (napkins and cutlery) upon arrival; I had to ask for it after they brought me the cheese. The clericot is more of a scam than anything else, pure mineral water and a splash of wine. The attitude of a mustachioed waiter is annoying. I would give it 0 stars, but I need at least one to rate it.
