Food was phenomenal and the portion was large. I see some other reviewers complaining about the staff but the staff I dealt with was just fine. You'll notice no negative reviews are really about the food and that's for good reason it's fresh and as customizable as you make it. Definitely the best in the food court.

You are able to create a bowl of Mongolian noodles. I would come here perhaps everyday if I live near here. The food was super yummy. I love this place!

Why a 5 star review? Everyone expects to get decent service. Everyone expects decent food Everyone expects to have a "good" experience. But every time I come here I have an EXCEPTIONAL experience! The food is ALWAYS fresh. The place is ALWAYS CLEAN! There staff is always SUPER friendly and helpful! Bryan was friendly at the register. Marcial cooked our plate to perfection. And Antonio was fabulous! I'm vegetarian, but my daughter is not. They kindly and happily cooked the meat separately. Antonio smiled the whole time and went out of his way to be extra awesome! We ALWAYS eat here when visiting The Oaks Mall in Thousand Oaks ❤️ Definitely and highly recommend!

Always eat here when in the area. Good food for being inside a mall. The amount of food you get is generous so you never leave hungry. I recommend trying this out if you get the chance. You can watch them cook your food right in front of you as well.

Best food in the mall hands down. The open grill area is fantastic, after you have selected all your fixings and mix’ins you get to watch it being prepared. It does not get much simpler than this. Food is always fresh, does not weigh you down and the portions are quite big. Pro Tip: Go all vegetarian and enjoy the fresh vegetables.

The food is good, but beware when you buy a beverage. The drinks here have always been refillable, but suddenly they are not. They charged $2.79 for a small drink and never mentioned that I couldn’t refill it. Drinks are cheaper and refillable elsewhere nearby so it would be prudent to take your business elsewhere.

Came here to try the all u can eat and when I went to counter for 2nd serving he started to ring me up again. I asked "I thought it was all you can eat" like is says he said no. Feel ripped off- not happy. I could have went to 2 other Mongolian BBQ places that are all u can eat in TO and Simi.

Terrible service this people won't pay attention to you and a plus they open 10:30 I went around 11 and they didn't pay attention until I ask they said still close with a terrible actitud terrible Service terrible

They say on the google website that it is ALL YOU EAT. It is not. I even ask the guy taking the money and he said yes. After I finished the first round I went up to get round 2 and was told No. it was not all you can eat. I even had a chat on the phone with the owner. He would not honor it. Won’t be coming again then.

Service was terrible, no one at the register to take our order for a while then all the employees except for one basically looked and acted like they didn't want to be there. Once our food was done we asked the cook for napkins and he told me I need to go back to the register, so I did waited behind two people to order once he took care of them and it was my turn he turned away and started wiping off trays completely ignoring me. After a minute I called back to him excuse me trying to get his attention still being ignored the cook came all the way over hearing me to hand me some napkins. Food wasn't too bad but did have way too much of the liquid they put on while cooking ended up almost soup like once I got to the bottom of the container.

The manger here has 0 customer service skills. 1st time I ever went and didn’t explain anything. He threw away perfectly good meats. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone! I’ll never eat here ever again! If I could I’d give this place a 0/10 on friendly service!!! And he refused to give my money back because the bowl was “already made” yet didn’t explain how it works at all!!!

selection area was extreamely messy..needed attention..almost walked away. out of selections ..pork meat,pinealple bits and celanto. workers not too concermed about conditions... not recommending this place since I've eaten this food in Taiwan.
