Just OK. Cheese sticks were sub. They didn't cut our Taco pizza. The one I paid $30 for. No place to sit whole you wait + 30 minutes. Worst offense? You can't tip on a card? HOW are you gonna do your employees like that in this economy? I left cash but they didn't have change. Got the feeling the employees needed the boost. Yikes! I hate leaving reviews like this.

Gino’s used to be my favorite pizza place. The service used to be great, key word USED to be. I called my order into Remy. I ordered a large garden salad, and a small cheese stick. I arrived at the restaurant, they hadn’t even started my order. The cook in the back said “I thought that bread was canceled “ by whom is still a mystery! Okay, scratch the cheese sticks, I’ll just take my salad. Remy gives me ONE FRENCH DRESSING FOR A LARGE SALAD. REMY CAN I GET ANOTHER DRESSING PLEASE? Ma’am, that’s going to be .69 cents. Are you kidding me? You messed up my order, and now I gotta pay more money for what should be free? I swipe my card for 69 more cents. I ended up having to get a “hot and ready” that was 11 bucks. It was not hot however, it was ready alright. What happened to this place? Bring the old Gino’s back where the lines were out the door and the pizza was good, and service was excellent. Honestly, the work crew was poorly groomed and looked unkept. Please get it together! Correction, the workers name was RAINY 😡

I normally have all great things to say about Gino's but not today. Long story short ordered a semi big order for my job. The pizza was very crisp/burnt to some, the cheese bread was raw I pulled it and it was DOUGH not cheese. The chicken was raw not done. Some of my coworkers got sick. Oh and it was over a $100 order. Made with No Love 👎🏾

Ordered cheesebread with pizza and the shit was raw. Also pizza seemed raw doughy too and not like the other times I got a pizza here.

I ordered a pizza on Saturday night. When I went to pick it up, they charged my card for the wrong order. Once this was figured out, they refunded my card immediately, which then sent the money I had for the pizza to refund limbo. I could no longer pay for my order. The cashier told me, well, at least you got your refund. Gino's used to be a wonderful restaurant, but their customer service has been sliding downhill for several years now. Last night, it finally hit rock bottom. What kind of place screws up your bank card so that you can't pay for your order? The answer is, the kind of place that you don't come back to. Garbage business

Manny had me waiting 30 minutes on a pizza that I paid for that he decided to give to someone else. Then when he realized my order was wrong, he laughed in my face. He ended up giving me some random person‘s order and now someone else is probably waiting because of mayonnaise mistakes. If Manny is gonna be the only person at the front counter, then Manny needs to know how to re-order numbers out loud to customers and make sure he’s handing out the right orders. And maybe Sophia should probably step up and help in the front counter, especially when she’s standing in front of the window and knows that Manny can’t read numbers and needs help. I won’t be coming back!

My daughter picked up 2 small pizzas. Worst pizzas I have EVER had. The one was over baked. The cheese was actually brown. Sauce is way too sweet. Never again. DONT waste your money

Got a pizza carryout, I ordered extra cheese, sauce, and pepperoni. What I got was cool to the touch and the toppings were as minimal as I've ever seen on a pizza. I was a big fan of Gino's and would tell everyone it's the best in town, however because of the employees who are taking orders and making the pies it's gone down hill quickly.

Was told my pizza would be ready in 20 minutes for pick up at 3:50pm get there at 4:15pm and pay for my pizza only to be told it's not ready so I sit here until 4:35 waiting for my pizza only to find out it's been sitting out for the last 20 minutes and had been done. The service here was absolutely terrible and the worst I've ever experienced in any ginos. This used to be a great tasteful place with great service. So IDK what has happened in the last year. I then asked for a refund after seeing my pizza cold and thrown together like a 4 year old did it. And was told they didn't care as the woman manager at the time ignored me and stayed texting away on her phone. Would never recommend going to this place anymore. 10/29/2025

We ordered two pizzas for dinner. A blt and a pepperoni. The blt came with just crust. Literally no toppings or anything. The pepperoni came uncooked and with no cheese on it. When we called to see if we could bring the pizzas in to be remade, we were told no, because it was a doordash order. That's just bad business all around. Good places of business fix their mistakes.

We ordered our Pizza on DoorDash. And we ordered a BLT through their app. And when we got the Pizza, it was crust, we were told from the lady that answered the phone that it sents. It was through DoorDash it's not their fault. So to anyone that orders any Pizza from Gino's on Monroe street through DoorDash, don't expect your Pizza to come with the toppings even though you ordered it through the app.. 0/10

I will NEVER come here again. I wait a minimum of 15 min every time I come in. And their pizza is NOT worth it. Save yourself a headache and find a better place.
