Yesterday I visited the place this morning for breakfast, and unfortunately, several points were missing: - Upon arrival, several tables were dirty even though the place was almost empty. - The person who served us didn't know the menu well and had to go confirm everything. - They didn't have orange juice or soft drinks (only water of the day), and several menu items were unavailable. - Less than a minute after ordering, we decided to leave due to the bad impression; they told us they couldn't cancel and charged me $250 even though we didn't consume anything. Suggestions for the owners: - Train the staff on the menu and customer service. - Inform them from the start about which items are unavailable to avoid last-minute changes. - Ensure the dining room is clean upon opening. - Establish a clear and fair cancellation policy. I'm sharing this so you'll take it into account. I'd like to return if you correct these points.
