Very nice, clean facilities, well-equipped for your studies, excellent staff, everything is wonderful, a good institution, everything is truly great, and plenty of parking, very close to downtown Toluca and Metepec.

It's a good place for studying English.
It's now called CILC and offers in-person courses for children and adolescents. They also offer courses for the general public throughout the year.

Just because teachers know English doesn't mean they know how to teach. They should be given teaching techniques and then let them teach.
