I dined at this restaurant with my partner for my birthday a few nights ago. We tried the new tasting menu with wine pairings: - Pappa al pomodoro, stracchino cream, and fava beans (amuse-bouche) - Fassona beef tartare, date cream, tartlet, passion fruit, walnuts - Onion tatin with liver - Carmagnola grey rabbit tajarin, mint and elderflower reduction - Cinta Senese pork, 3 leek textures, mustard and yogurt sauce - Acai sauce on mango parfait (pre-dessert) - Pear ice cream, coconut mousse, corn biscuit - Chocolate, porcini mushrooms, beetroot, Moscato zabaglione A successful combination of dishes and wine pairings. Attentive and attentive service. The candle on the dessert was much appreciated, after knowing it was my birthday. Kudos to Chef Paolo and his team!

Excellent fine dining in a very small and quite unique place. Welcomes you in a “living room” setting. The Menu Degustation was fantastic. As they are small, they don’t offer wine pairing. Excellent restaurant, the service is welcoming, attentive, and kind. The food is excellent: the Cinta Senese is spectacular, and the mushroom and beetroot dessert is amazing. Even the bathroom offers a pampering treat with hand cream. If I really had to find a small flaw, it's a bit warm in the dining room. I'd say we can easily remove a few layers and enjoy the excellent food. We'll definitely be back.

I really enjoyed eating at Connubio. The restaurant is small and cozy and the food was delicious - it tasted fresh and home made. The service was amazing - even though we came in toward closing time and were the last table, we were treated with extreme care and kindness. I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

A fabulous dinner for two. A small and quiet restaurant, very intimate even if the tables are a bit close to each other. We had a dinner with a tasting menu by the chef, a gastronomic journey with simple flavors but where you could notice a particular attention. The best dish of all... the dessert. After weeks if you close your eyes I still remember the taste. The waiters were good and prepared as a colleague I would just like to make a comment on the uniform. (Tennis shoes, and a dog that doesn't iron much) these details are out of place in an environment like that. For the rest, excellent, definitely worth returning to

I was treated to an experience for my birthday: dinner for two with a wine tasting shared with my girlfriend. The menu consisted of two appetizers, a first course, a second course, and a dessert, plus a surprise welcome appetizer and pre-dessert. I preferred to use the term "experience" because, from the welcome from the staff to the farewell, it was truly a blend of kindness, friendliness, professionalism, and passion. Special dinners at Connubio For a special occasion, we chose the five-course contrast menu, selected by the chef for the entire table. An intimate venue, meticulously curated inside and out. Very welcoming, with a young, professional, and friendly staff. The cuisine is meticulously crafted, showcasing a unique blend of contrasting flavors. A little gourmet gem worth trying if you're near Turin.

I found this place through TripAdvisor. It's a bit hidden but very beautiful (it's a hidden gem, you could say) with high-quality, original, and tasty dishes. The Piedmontese menu is also quite varied. Prices are fair and not too high. The service is impeccable and the staff are very friendly. The atmosphere is very romantic and peaceful, with candlelight. I would gladly return. (They should improve and keep the restaurant's main entrance a little cleaner, especially in the winter.)

The restaurant is small, and the internal courtyard where we ate is also intimate. The tables are unique and very beautiful. We chose the five-course tasting menu with five wine pairings. The food was very good, although it could have used a touch more creativity. The dishes were very well-prepared, however. The recommended wines paired well with the dishes, and the hostess was very knowledgeable in explaining them. The service was youthful and attentive to timing. The value for money was more than fair! We were also happy to chat with the chef at the end of the evening. Definitely a place worth trying!

The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, and the à la carte menu offered excellent selection. We tried the chef's surprise menu and were not disappointed. The only flaw was that we had very high expectations for a Michelin-starred restaurant. Unfortunately, not all the dishes were up to par; some were certainly interesting, others more mediocre. A special mention goes to the fillet steak with carbonara mousse, which is definitely worth a try.

I made a reservation via the Fork, for which I got confirmation (for April 1st), my partner's birthday. We were staying in town center so the walk was long and built us an appetite. Of course, no one answered the phone. There are very few other options around there. We had to go back to the town center. Good luck my partner takes things lightly for we had a blast anyway.
