Easy access. Lots of automobile and/or bicycle parking and many Taxi and Buses. Near central and lots of shops and restaurants. The train station isn’t too crowded BUT there are lazy travelers that sit on stairways.

Architecturally the station itself is a little gem of Turin. It is efficient, it is connected to many means of transport (subway, bus, tramway) and it has several shops and places where you can eat (like Mcdonald's). A very positive aspect is that there are displays on each platform, so you can easily check any delays or platform changes

A recently rebuilt train station in the center of Turin. The trains are passing, not stopping. This is helpful to manage the flow of passengers. From here, you can catch a lot of trains to Milan, without having to go to Porta Nuova which is, in my opinion, more crowded. The metro station is just inside. In summer, a microclimate control system sprays water under the glass dome, in order to lower the temperature and provide a comfortable environment for the passengers

I were really amazed by the architecture of this place. It’s located near the center of Torino so you could go to another part of the city quickly by bus, train or metro which are 1.7euro within 100 minutes.

Clean and well-organised with plenty of ticket machines. It's easy to find your platform. It could do with some more places to sit down while waiting for trains though.

The Torino Porta Susa train station is the second busiest in the city after the older and more central Porta Nuova. The design is quite contemporary and distinctive. Its location is just outside the historical center, but the station is still within easy reach.

It's an okay station, but it lacks shops, cafés, and restaurants. There's nothing to do if you have to wait.

Even though seems to be a new station it's pretty empty and no shops or restaurants. What it really miss are place to sit. The few benches always are taken because the offer is pretty limited

Modern station but with no door and glass ceiling. Scorching hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Be advised to baggage holding room, you must go to Porta Nuova where it cost 6 Euro for 5 hours

The station appears large and modern at first glance, but in reality it offers rather limited services. Not least, the restrooms are very basic, and subject to a rather steep €1 fee.

There are very limited spots here — only one coffee place open, the others are always closed. No mini market available. The space gets extremely hot 🔥 because of the glass roof. Easily accessible on foot from Porta Nuova or by bus.

An extremely limited station that is reachable mostly through public transportation only as walking to this area is not that pleasant considering how most of the hotels and attractions are closer to Porta Nuova. Desolate and could use more indications when arriving from the Metro. Trains were tardy very often although that could just be because of Italy. Needs more seating and places to relax while waiting. Just use Porta Nuova Train Station if that is possible, it is way better.

You’ll find good connections here, as well as a bright and airy station. However, unlike much of Torino which is generally lovely, this station is already a bit run down. It often has a very large military and police presence, almost all the toilets are closed and there is in no way enough seating. It’s a shame, considering how lovely Porto Novo is in comparison.

Very limited services. Paid toilets, few food options (there’s 2 or 3 cafes, they do what they can), no place to buy face masks even when they were mandatory on all trains. Limited seating, no luggage storage service as far as I know. Basically a large, empty space to hop on and off a train. If you’re a tourist and you have time to spare between connections, I’d advise you go outside to corso Inghilterra or via Cernaia to find shops and food.

no shop in the gare to buy gift or souvenirs from Turin. Must buy from porta nova station

I am absolutely shocked. This station is empty and abandoned. It’s seems new could have been pretty , but it’s ghost town. And it’s important station many trains but absolutely unwelcoming.

The station was new and beautiful, sustainable but it now seems to be abandoned, I'm on a wheelchair and two elevators to and from the platforms are out of service so that I had to find the way in and out. Are those plastic trees... Are they really necessary?

It is a nice station . You can get cafeteria, ticket office, free toilets and other services inside the station.

Should be illegal to repeat the same TV commercials at a train station over and over again with a loud speaker. Needs more seats too. Vip lounge takes up a whole floor of the station. Selfish. Also they have tourist signs stating "Italian train experience stops here" all over the platforms whilst your waiting for your delayed train to arrive...

This buiding is huge and stunning, it's very easy to get lost. I appreciate the ecologic thinking behind the project (the roof is photovoltaic). But some essential services are missing and the building looks more like a commercial center than a train station: - first of all is not so convenient to reach bus station (nearby, but not well indicated nor connected easily) - the station is missing a luggage storage, then in case of waiting for few hours, tourist is discouraged to sightseeing (when I asked about this issue the guy at the train.helpdesk replied that if I wanted I could reach Porta Nuova (!) - there is possible to store luggage for the very reasonable price of 6euro each(!!) - and that no luggage storage for "security reasons" (ridiculous considering that the station is new and they could build immediately outside!!!)) - during sunday no informations about public transportations (office is closed) and no tourist office - too few indications/trains timetables on railway floor; easy to miss change of track - too few places where to rest (for free, but even to have a drink or eat something): looks like they did not cosider tourists waiting for trains
