First time at 92. GREAT PLACE. Did not wait long for a table. The Servicer who helped us out the most was EJ. He was friendly explained how the Buffet and meat works work. The food was fresh and delicious. The music is at a good level you can hear it and still the person you are speaking with. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience 😀

Great place! When we arrived on Sunday at 5:30pm, there was a huge line, and we joined the waiting list . It said it would be about an hour's wait, and it ended up being a little less waiting. Most of the items are self-serve, excluding some options needing to be ordered through the server. The server was very sweet and remembered I mentioned it was my husband's birthday and at the end of our meals, their cute service robots brought him a desert with a candle and playing "happy birthday". I highly recommend this place just be prepared to wait.

This place is amazing!!! I love the fact that they have a salad bar/ sides buffet!! It’s exceptionally convenient to be able to get your own sides and the amount instead of having to wait on your waiter. The food is top notch delicious, though the wait time can vary from 5-20mins, it’s worth the wait!!

Huge selection of meats and salad bar options! Very busy restaurant but we got there early and was able to sit without a wait! There is free valet parking but also very busy parking situation.

My favorite AYCE KBBQ in the Southbay period. The meat here is fresh, well marinated, and readily available with many food items found at the buffet. The kimchi is my favorite and ALWAYS fresh. I also like the radish. And did I mention they have bacon AND butter? Free valet. Dude, seriously, just go. One of our go to spots in the South Bay for delicious kbbq! It’s definitely great because it’s buffet style and you can grab and eat as much as you want. The meat quality is also super good! Would definitely recommend The jowl, filet mignon and brisket for meats. Plenty of assortment for veggies!

This spot is the best! The salad bar is huge! They play good music and a little robot brings the meat! Me and my wife met Lucy the manager and she was really bubbly and nice! Loved it, went with a friend and the food was great! There's a buffet where you can get all your sides and some meats, no need to wait for the waiter. The premium meats you do have to order from the waiter and they have robots deliver them to your table which was very cool. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was very large and clean. Between me and my friend we spent $86 for dinner with a drink each not including the tip. I would definitely come back again and bring my family, I'll know they'll love it.

This establishment is amazing, they have a great atmosphere and delicious food. The go to dish here for me is L.A Galbi. Gets packed on weekends and there is a waitlist when you enter. I finally got a chance to slip in and enjoy this Korean BBQ. Honestly, it did not disappoint. The service was exceptional, the servers were very prompt whith bringing meats to the the table and changing our grill plate frequently, she made sure that everything was good and we were being taken care of. The most important aspect of this visit to me was being served by a robot... 🤖. Yes, at times, a robot will bring out your meats, soups, and birthday cake while bumping music and / or a happy birthday song while rolling down the aisle with a big computer smile on the screen. The restaurant is pretty big, so seating large parties is easily achieved. Their salad bar is filled with a variety of delicious choices of vegetables and meats that you can cook at your table. We all tried the Asahi beer, and we weren't disappointed with its lightness and its mild taste. We ordered a variety of meats, and honestly, I can't remember what cuts were ordered, but they were all thinly sliced cuts that cook pretty fast and you can cook all your meats to your liking. You can add mushrooms, garlic, and other sauces that are at the salad bar. They also change your grilling plate, so you'll have a nice clean grilling plate when you order more meats. Cooking meats and vegetables at your table is an experience that is really unique and is well worth it, so plan on enjoying an evening here with your loved ones and enjoy this amazing place.

Love the vibes of this place, the food is so yummy and I adore a self serve bar for the side dishes. Usually I feel bad having to constantly ask for more cucumber or rice paper. Love that I can get what I like and as much as I like. The price is better then most other kbbq places. 10/10 recommended to other to try if you are in the area.

By far my favorite kbbq All you can eat. Love how easy it is to park here and how easy it is too add yourself to the waitlist through yelp. The quality of there meat is great and that buffet table!!! I love being able to grab my own rice paper and potato salad because they never give you enough at places. Definitely will come back for great vibes and eats

It’s my first time here and this place is easily my new favorite AYCE KBBQ spot ❤️ They have free valet parking, open buffet style banchans, and cute kitty robots that deliver your meat 😆 The wait time on a Saturday afternoon was under 15 mins. That’s pretty impressive. I love the interior decor here.. the lighting sets the mood, the booths are pretty private, and everything is clean. The meat is very fresh and of good quality. My new favorite Korean bbq spot!!! $35 includes ayce filet mignon!!!! The meats have very flavorful marinades! The only down side was the service was alittle slow and had to ask multiple times for steamed rice. They have robots who bring your meats! Our robot kept bringing someone else's order. Wow is this place good! My husband and I went to lunch around 12:30 and already packed! They have free valet parking. The small wait was totally worth it! Very fast service and they check on you often. The salad bar has so many items to choose from from salad, pot stickers, cheese corn, pork katsu. Also they offer a variety of dipping sauces that are self serve. We tried spicy pork bugolgi, beef bugolgi, brisket, pork sausage and everything was delicious. This is definitely our new go to kbbq spot. We used to go to Gen in Torrance, but we loved this place more! ACE for $35. Must try! We will be coming back for sure!😋

A great new gem found in Torrance! This place used to be a all-you-can-eat sushi place. This is the first time I visited the place and giving you some tips! Visiting dates - I highly recommend to visit here during weekday lunch or dinner time. The whole area is simply too packed to even find a street parking spot during weekends. Parking - they do have open public parking right next to the restaurant. However, it will quickly fill up because it is shared by other restaurants and bars around. Waiting - although the place is always full, the rotation is quick. We were 8th in line but was able to sit within 15 minutes. Food refills - they have amazing veggies and other side dishes that you can grab any time. This was a big plus points for my family as we LOVE veggies to eat with meat. Any veggies there was very fresh. I wouldn’t recommend any “food” from the refill stand such as fried rice, dumplings, and etc. they weren’t that good. You can also find meat there. I highly recommend Bulgogi. All others were “meh…” Meat selections - they have ton of meat here. But we recommend below on the menu: #2, 4, 7, 8, 16. All other ones were “okay” level. Don’t eat LA Galbi. It’s so tough that I thought I was chewing a rubber duck. Service - you know how you have to wait forever for them to change grills? This place, they will change grill so fast and so often that I swear they are watching you eat constantly haha in other words, GREAT service!!! Cool stuff - in any Korean BBQ place, you will find one of those hanging fan right on top of every table. This place installed fan right around the grill, which will suck in all of smoke as the meat is cooking. Also, almost all food is served via cute kitty robots. If you have a child or children, they will love this place haha Down side - because of the fan, the grill fire is way too hot. Make sure you put the fire strength to “1 fire.” Otherwise, you’ll end up eating charcoals. Overall rating - if I have to put in order of restaurant in terms of all you can eat k-bbq, it would be the 2nd place, the 1st being ko-ryu-jung. It put it second because of meat quality, although better than most places. The 3rd rank would be Bull BBQ in Gardena.

Best kbbq around. Self service salads and meats is a great feature of this place. Only complaint is the building is super loud when staff throws dishes in bins and causes the noise level to really escalate.

Grand Opening! First off, there wasn't much communication with the host at first on where to go and what to do so I just sort of stood around and eventually someone came by and asked for my party size. I waited for about 5-10 minutes and once at the table, everything went smoothly. They have a salad bar with so many options; truly one of my favorite things about the restaurant. The meat gets delivered by the ai bot which I think is so cool. The food was all a 10/10 for me. I will go back in the future. 😋

The food was okay, nothing amazing but not bad either. However, I did notice that the utensils weren’t cleaned properly, I found a dirty spoon, which was a bit off-putting. I really think they should pay more attention to that. The service was decent, and the atmosphere was nice, but cleanliness is important. Hope they improve on that!

Meat quality is good. There are many other variety of food that you can get by yourself - cooked and raw (ready for BBQ). Love the steam egg and the salad sauce. Very happy about the experience.

This place is good for families as they have a variety of side items and you dont have to wait to order them. Some of the non marinated meats are dry if you cook them at well done. The service was good. We got there around 545 and we did Yelp wait list and the 9 of us sat within 30 mins. If you need your BBQ fix locally this is a good spot.

Went on a Sunday night before 5pm and the wait was less than 5 min. The line was crazy when we finished 2 hours later. They have green items (have to order with server) and red items (get it yourself at the buffet). We had the brisket 4/5, tongue 1/5 ( thinly cut but too tough/chewy), filet mignon 4/5, and kalbi 4/5. There were banchan (pickled radish 3/5, beansprouts 3/5, cucumber 3/5, kimchi), sliced king oyster and button mushrooms, kabocha, squash, onion, rice sheets 4/5, perilla leaves 4/5, radish wrap 4/5, different lettuce, gyoza, chicken wing, potato salad 1/5, japchae 3/5. You'd get your own dipping sauces (all the typical ones from any korean bbq place). Meat came at reasonable time and you can ask for double the portion. Many soju/sake to choose from. We enjoyed the green apple soju. They have free valet if you don't want to find street parking. They had a long list of meat that we didn't try, such as the intestine, various cuts of beef like top blade, finger meat, thin pork belly, thick pork belly, chicken, and bugolgi. They changed our grill 3 times without us asking. Not smokey/stuffy inside.

Very good stop for bbq. I really like how the salad bar offer so many variety

I strongly dislike writing reviews that are not positive or 5 stars, so by me giving it 4 stars, thats to be fair to the business. As the decline of 92ayce BBQ is so apparent, and I have praised about this place to everyone I know, I am compelled to write this review. I suggest to strongly consider if spending $50 (tip included) is worth the experience I had. My wife and I visited this week to celebrate finishing a major deadline at work. We love this restaurant & we were so excited to visit. Upon arrival, I immediately noticed they have a B rating from the health department. As someone who has worked in a restaurant and dealt with the inspector on numerous occasions, I know first hand it is very difficult to get a rating below A. Inspectors have always allowed us to fix any issue before providing the grading. Any rating below an A is very concerning, but the restaurant could have been in a unique situation, or the self-serve food bar they have can easily be the cause (hard to keep sanitary, but lets be honest, its the highlight of 92ayce BBQ), so I decided to give it a shot. The real issue started when we sat down. The server was not friendly & very rude when I ordered meat to the table. Next, the self serve food bar was beyond unhygienic. Plates were dirty, tongs were disgusting to touch, but the food looked fresh & clean. It was so busy, it took 5-10 minutes to return to our table. Our server came up and I asked where our meat was, & he said its coming & that it takes time which is fair. Note, the entire time he was dismissive & showed complete lack of respect or care to my wife and I. Time continued to pass, where I watched the server walk around checking in on people, & our order still had not come. He finally came by & said “dang, still not out, my bad, ill go check” in the most careless way possible. I then witnessed him turn around & walk in the complete opposite direction of the kitchen & lethargically stopped by tables asking if they were okay & do the complete opposite of what he just told me he would do. We’re now at 15-20 minutes from ordering 3 plates of beef. The server finally appeared again with nothing & completely ignored us. At this point I was ready to walk out where I flagged down another server who I unfortunately had to unpleasantly inform her of the situation. Within 1 minute, she brought 2/3 items & apologized. Then returned 2 minutes later offering free drinks on the house which we refused as we just wanted to be served. I strongly dislike being rude, mean or entitled to my server in anyway, but after I made a comment to the female server who helped me, our original server all of the sudden was showing us respect & care for our experience. This is the first time my wife and I have experienced bad service at any restaurant since we have met & having to become angry at the server was an embarrassing, but my wife & I agreed afterward it was necessary as his demeanor changed no only for us, but all other patrons. The server did not care about us, showed zero respect to us, did not value us as customers & proved to us that after making a complaint, he is capable of providing good service. Service at this place has never been great as I understand its busy & hard to make everyone happy, but our experience was unacceptable & we will probably never return. I am not mentioning any names as the real issue is management and the owners. They have a B rating from the health department, the cleanliness of the self serve food is concerning, & they are allowing their staff to be rude & careless. The restaurant is no longer new and clean, its dusty & slimy everywhere. Concern of food poisoning was felt during our entire meal. Or that anything we ordered after our complaint was going to make us sick. Its unfortunate the original standards upon opening are no longer kept. This place was great, but its going to be very difficult for my wife and I to decide to spend $100 on dinner at a place like this.

I heard a lot about 92k bbq. Atmosphere was different, we enjoyed the music, the buffet set up and the mobile carts that brought our food. We have been to 10+ kbbq spots we enjoyed it and would go back. The strawberry sale was pretty good.

It's a nice place with good ambiance. Standard Korean BBQ as far as the meat variety goes. They have a self-serve salad bar which is pretty new in Korean BBQ restaurants. I wish they had a larger variety of different foods. Not everything being seafood based. They had waffle fries and onion rings which were the only two things that are not seafood based. They have a little robot that brings you things to your table. That was pretty cute. The two gentlemen that helped us. We're awesome. Now unto the negative. If you do not finish all your food they will charge you. Meaning if you order one too many meats to your table or get too many things at the salad bar at the end of your meal. If you have left the equivalent of a pound of food, they will charge you whatever their pound of food price is.

For a Korean bbq the taste is soso, but the Choice of food and the price makes it great. Kimchi tasted very good, we liked the steak and brisket a as well. huge salat bar and fruits as well, also quite some choise of Mexican food and sauces. extremely busy place with lots and lots of tables evenings mostly waiting time between 20 -45 mins. cool little robots drive around and help to deliver the food. We will Be back soon for another round.

We had an enjoyable time. I do recommend reservations, but still be prepared to wait. Robot servers were interesting and the food was good. Decent conversation starter was cooking our meats and veggies. I had to hold back a star, as the floors were slippery and the bathroom really smelled bad. Additionally, they are not good at picking dirty plates or trash from your table. Experience 5, balance 3-4 stars. I might try coming mid afternoon, before the dinner crowd.

Went here on Saturday evening and was seated within ten minutes. As soon as we were seated, our waiter came and explained the menu since it was our 1st time being there. My little one was excited because they have a robot that brings out some of the meat to your table. We did like that the salad bar had like bulgogi that you can just grab. The meat looked fresh. There was a spicy meat that we ordered and that one was my favorite (I think number 6) in the dinner menu. There was a hiccup where we ordered an extra drink and we did not get it so we needed to ask our waiter a second time. I also liked that the dining tables are spread out. I will definitely be going back

Came here because I saw a video on TikTok about the little robot that brings you your meats. It is a pretty cute concept but it would be better if you could order your meats off the robot too. You still have to have to order meats not in salad bar area with server. Salad bar area was convenient, being able to go go get some sides and sauces was something I kinda liked. Meats were good though. Fountain drinks get refills, which is something I also liked. We came early so we were able to to find parking easily. I think later on during evening valet parking is available. It's one of those KBBQ spots that if I'm in the area I would hit up again. Total I paid for 3 people with tip is $140 in case you're wondering about pricing.

The place was generally clean and offered a lot of food options (even had some basic cuts of meat at the food bar so you could get as much as you want) ! However, I was displeased by some of the meats we ordered from our server. Some meats that came to us from the menu were completely frozen and we were also given the wrong meats that we initially ordered. The attentiveness of the servers was nice but I would say that the quality of meat was subpar. Come for the experience but don’t go if you’re expecting excellent quality of meat.

After coming here last time, it was packed and service was absolutely terrible and the food was okay. Figured maybe it was just a bad night due to high volume of people. Came back again, we didn't notice until afterwards that the restaurant received a B rating instead of an A which is not good. Plus the fact on where it was placed which was kind of hidden vs when they had the A before is a bit concerning. The service was still bad and the food was alright until the next day we felt kind of sick. Also the parking structure they have with the valet only is pretty ridiculous, but it is free so if you don't want to tip then you can find street parking but all I have to say is good luck on that one. Unfortunately not going back until things get resolved more properly.

For the price I was expecting higher quality cuts. Beef tongue and brisket was so chewy I thought I was chewing gum. The LAgalbi was just all fat. Not worth the price. Steamed egg was decent. SoftTofu soup was way too sweet and lacked flavor. Salad bar was nice tho. Music was way too loud to have a conversation

I really liked this place because you have all kinds of options and adjust perfectly with your diet requirements. If you workout and have a "healthy" lifestyle this is a great place, you just have to be very mindful of the portion size and everything else will be YOUR CHOICE, but they have great protein options, great and clean carbs options and healthy fats as well.

Been to too many Korean bbq places. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place. The whole restaurant reeked of Pine-Sol and bleach – way too strong! It made it hard to even taste the food. The grill was a pain because it wasn't non-stick and they swapped it out with another gross one that smelled awful. The meat was just okay, nothing special, and the "all-you-can-eat" was a joke because drinks and dessert weren't included. The only decent thing was the salad bar. Oh, and get ready to smell like a campfire because the ventilation was terrible. Totally not worth the price.

multiple times i have come here with large parties and it is consistently mid when it comes to service. expect a long long long wait time to even get your table, expect an almost mandatory valet service, and expect a MINIMUM of 10-15 minutes of waiting between placing an order to receiving it. not quite worth the high prices but the food is good quality. the unlimited salad bar is nice, yet ridden with their many tricks to get you to eat less meat and more filler

We kept smelling strong smells of burnt food and chemicals. Some tables don’t have ventilation and that left us smelling after we left the restaurant. I didn’t have an appetite while I was there even though I got there so hungry. Salad bar was great tho! Also their website said $35.95 for dinner but when we got there it was $40 PP

Tables and utensils were not clean to start off with Food was terribly nasty and meat isn’t fresh salad bar items are not good at all save yourself the headache it’s definitely overhyped and not worth it they charged me 92$ and we took 2 bites and was completely turned off from there food and most of all had very high expectations for my first time here it was no way I could walk out and pay full price for something I didn’t even eat it was that disgusting and disappointing

I wanted to love it but I've been here 2x and their is always dead flies on their Lettuce and the meat disengrates when ur cooking it like groud beef :(

Giving 1 star because I got diarrhea/food poisoning(sorry for the TMI) from eating here, visited yesterday 7/14/24 This was my first and only time I will visit here. Right off the bat, the tables nor seats were clean they had previous customers grease/food still on there. It got wiped but not very well. Who wants to sit on grease?? Our waiter did come and wipe it after we asked. Our grill had food substance onn it inside the holes. Not sanitary!!! Food was mediocre. I think the buffet is a cool idea but some of the food sitting out is questionionable. I'm pretty sure the potato salad was spoiled because that's the only thing i had different than the rest of my group. Within 15-20 minutes after eating it my stomach was hurting. On the way home i was in PAIN for hours. Areas of the restaurant were also very squishy. Kept having to move out of the way for staff & vice versa. Bathrooms were gross. No toilet paper. Water every where. The only thing I liked there was the cat robot waitress.

So three adults and two kids and a baby came to sit down here. My son refused to eat here because he wasn’t feeling well and fell asleep. We got the first bill for 5 adults and 1 kid ( seen in the first picture). I called the server to correct the bill for three adults and one kid ( baby was free). I let her know my son didn’t eat. Manager comes to the table and said she seen my son eating when we first came ( LIE) and she said he woke up and started eating ( EVEN BIGGER LIE). Now that’s fine, I would’ve paid the bill the way she was in my face smiling and disregarding what I had explained to her like she was trying to little girl me, I told her just take off the 5th adult because there was no 5th adult. She then proceeded to say that next time I should be careful and ask how they charge because it’s price per head regardless if you eat or not, while still in my face checking my understanding as if I was a kindergartner and still disregarding what I had to say like I was lying to her. So I told her I’m not paying for him. After being assertive with my explanation she agreed to take him off the bill on the terms we don’t return. Completely fine with me. Food is trash anyway! To top it all off she proceeded to tell me that she seen me there before and everytime I have a problem with my bill ( AGAIN NOT TRUE)! So I asked her do all black people look the same. She smiled and I called her a racist! Never will I ever support your business again!

This place sucks went on sunday super packed and the server rushed by saying ur 2 hrs start now without even turning on the grill and seemed like u had to beg to get more meat. Thats when i realized why they are a score rated “B” the plates are not even washed properly.

Stay away if you believe in everyone being treated fairly! ! I went out of my way to come here, instead of going to my favorite Korean bbq place to support someplace new. I was by myself at 9:30 pm and turned away because i was a single person. So, now restaurants don’t let you eat if you’re alone. I find this highly discriminatory and insulting. They could have sat me if I was 2 people, but because I am 1, I am not allowed to eat. I can’t ever support a place like this. Everyone deserves their chance to be seated. And their ‘single person’ policy is not listed on Google, so if you go alone, be prepared to be turned away. This a disgusting way to treat people. And their hostess was so pleased to deliver this news to me with a huge smile on her face. The whole place is trash.

Horrible experience at 92KBBQ & Prime Parking Service. The valet lost my car key and refused to admit it at the beginning, making us wait in the cold. When I mentioned my health condition, Jose from Prime Parking Service dismissed and minimized my concerns instead of apologizing. He even tried to justify their poor service by saying, “Other companies take weeks to reimburse.” Meanwhile, 92KBBQ’s manager, Lucy, ignored all emails for days and refused to help, despite admitting this wasn’t the first time this happened. We were eventually reimbursed for the key, but it doesn’t cover the stress, wasted time, and mistreatment we endured. Worst of all, the valet company never gave us a real apology. Zero accountability.

Don’t come here and park your car in valet. The people working in valet STEAL. I had a couple of items STOLEN from my vehicle. I called the store & spoke to valet the store did nothing about it. I only came here because a friend recommended it. Not only that but I came back to tell valet stuff was missing from my car and if I can speak with a manager, he came back and started eating a plate of food in my face. Totally unacceptable. This was on nov 6. Upon entering the valet the guys were so rude. All they said was keys, get out. Seriously need to get valet in check. I’m not the only one who experienced this.

We had a horrible experience here yesterday afternoon, after driving 25 mins in the rain just to eat. The grill was way too hot, and burned all of our food. We literally had to have them change it 5 times, before just giving up and asking for the check after eating charred meat that still was raw inside. Worst Korean BBQ experience we’ve ever had, and the staff couldn’t care less / did nothing to remedy the situation after seeing we literally had 2 orders, both unfinished and burnt to a crisp. We left nauseous with stomach aches that carried into the next morning. Will never be back and will ensure none of our friends or colleagues go as well.
