There's a lack of friendliness, but the staff is generally polite. The place isn't spotless, but it does look clean and fresh; it gives you confidence that a cockroach won't crawl out or something bad will appear in the snow. The bathrooms are clean and don't smell bad, but the men's restroom needs a hand dryer (it doesn't work). The M&M's Blizzard, as always, was delicious. 10/10

The service has gone downhill. On my last visit, I waited over 20 minutes for my ice cream. The employees were chatting and playing around. The young woman was on her cell phone. There was no hygiene whatsoever, even when they were washing the utensils they used.

The ice cream is very good, but it is always served very badly, with very little topping and very little flavoring. I order the red fruit pau de queso and always by half the ice cream it only tastes like vanilla and there is no pie left. Some of the employees serve you so-so, others no longer have the desire to work, but none of them serve you well.

I had a bad experience with the cashier at the Drive-Thru. I paid 200.00, and he insisted I pay 100.00. The cashier, named Juan, insisted I was mistaken. I've attached the payment slip, and you can see I was trying to be surprised, since it doesn't indicate I paid 100.00 or 200.00. Be careful when paying in cash and check your receipt.
