Every In-N-Out has the same problem, not really a problem just the facts I guess. In-N-Out is a very popular restaurant! And when you’re a very popular restaurant with a drive-through, your drive-through is very strongly going to be utilized. I don’t think there’s been a single time when I’ve been at this In-N-Out that the drive-through line wasn’t almost stretching to or past the McDonald’s right next-door. With that said they move extremely quickly! The max I’ve ever been in the drive-through line has hit about 20 minutes. But the food is always worth it.

I swear, you can't go wrong with in and out. Even during a time of extreme inflation, In-N-Out Burger is still the best deal you're going to find. The french fries are great and you can't go wrong with a 4x4 monkey style or getting your french fries surf cut. Also, they have some pretty amazing milkshakes made with real milk or pistachio milk if you ask for it

The place is really fast and clean. Really appreciate all they do to keep clients safe during these times of covid-19.

The Tracy In n Out has the most attentive, kind employees I've ever interacted with in an In n Out, or most other restaurants anywhere. I was there with four tween boys and the service was fast and amazing. They helped bring food to our table and double checked out order, then made us an extra burger even though it was probably our ordering mistake. They forgot my coffee at first but then brought it out to me at the table instead of the usual counter pickup. Thank you!

This is place is a machine - no matter when I go I have to wait and they move you through fast. The people that work here are awesome - they are always on point. They always get the order right, the food is always great. This is the model of how all fast food chains should work! Simple menu - high quality - great service. I drive past 3 McDonald's, Burger King, Carl's Jr, Jack in the Box to get to this location and never have once regretted it. The only dream I have is that they start making a chicken sandwich at the quality of the rest of the food they offer. The potatoes are real - meat real - buns seem very real so unlike McDonald's. If you have to eat fast food this is the only choice!

In N Out. It speaks for itself. Jokes aside, you can never go wrong with the classic In N Out menu. It's iconic crossed palm trees invite you to the highest of quality fast food, OG american burgers and fries. You can never get tired of their food, ironically having the least amount of options on their menu. Classic cheeseburger is good, double double is great. The fries with spread is best with the shakes. 13/15 stars.

This is one of the best In-N-Out locations I have ever been (literally every single In-N-Out burger restaurants are the best compared to other hamburger restaurants). Not only are the employees friendly, but the food here tastes the absolute best, and everything seems to be clean. However the only significant downside is that the drive-through can be pretty packed at this location compared to the ones in Lathrop and Livermore, however, it’s quite faster than I thought compared to many of it’s competitors. But other than that, it’s an amazing location. I highly recommend this location, even though I slightly prefer going to the one in Lathrop or Livermore.

My 1st experience here as I'm visiting family in Mountain House. I ordered the double double, mustard-grilled and Animal-Style fries well done and I was not disappointed. Fries were crispy, burger looked picture-perfect and they even have touchless soda dispensers now. 5/5 would go again next time I visit!

Located in the Fontaine Plaza in Tracy, Ca. This location is usually always busy, the staff are all very courteous. So far regardless of the line, I was able to get my order very quick and correct. They are generous with the condiments. If you visit this location enter thru the Giants burger lot it will make it easier to get in line. Line will zig-zag when its busy.

I was very impressed by the service. Aside from every table being cleaned quickly. I saw one of the workers help a customer carry thier extra tray of food to thier table. I don't really get the hype, but the burger admittedly is quite good for fast food. Not sold on the idea of the twice-baked/"extra crispy" fries that the locals apparently swear by, but they're all right for milkshake dipping. Staff here were lovely, helpful and fast.

Just what I expect from an In-N-Out. We went around 3:00 or 3:30 in the afternoon and the lines were shorter. This location is right off a freeway on our way to Mantica. We plan to stop when we are passing through. I used the restroom and it was fine.

It’s my first time to go to a Texas roadhouse steakhouse the food that I ordered received was fantastic. Steak was nice and hot. This is a 50s-style hamburger joint. So the atmosphere is perfect for that. The menu is simple. It's a surprisingly quick turnaround. Everyone is eating or dreaming of eating. NO ONE is on the internet for hours or just hanging out. Everyone is focused on the routine. Lol, it's the very best chain I've ever witnessed. Prices are still stellar! Family friendly. Food is phenominal, fresh veg, and meat is so tasty. Service is superb because if they do make a mistake... they are all over that and replace it with like the very next burger off the grill. I finally had a mistake 2 times in a row and was given a gift card for a free meal. But they are pretty good at what they do. Highly suggested to travelers. Much loved here in California! Make sure and use the special sauce on the burger and check out the secret menu. Ask the staff about "animal style" or the letece wrap in place of the bun!

Drive thru very busy it can be faster to go inside. Food delicious and service was very professional. I gave the atmosphere 3 stars because of how busy it was, which just goes to show how amazing the burgers are. I ordered a 4x4 animal protein style with animal style fries and a strawberry shake.

I was just passing through and I seen in-n-out so I wanted to stop in and get a bite to eat. There was a little crowd there and i felt it was going to be a little bit until I got my order, but I was surprised how fast they got through the order line. The burger was great, and the prices are reasonable, comparable to other fast food burger places that aren't anywhere near as good. But the French fries were a disappointment, undercooked and rather soggy.

I've been into this place about three times, and I can finally say that this place is what I would call, "very decent". Obviously, before visiting this chain, I've got recommendation from friends and people on the Internet claiming that out of all fast food chain, this is the best and the go to. While it's true that comparing my experience here to those in Burger King and McDonald's, it's also true that the hype brought to me was over the top making me to have very high expectation. One thing I particularly dislike is that the patty is a little bit on the thin side. Being a burger that cost approximately $5, I somewhat expect it to pack a bit more meat. Other than this, I must admit the experience is very nice. The jalapeno pepper pairs so well with the burger in giving it a acidic punch and a little heat.

Didn't think I'd ever be leaving in n out a bad review but this location earned it. It's been over 5 times I go to this location through the drive through and I go home and realize they forgot to give me either a order of fries or they don't put onions in my burgers. In the 20 years I've been going to in n out this is the first location ever to make a mistake on my order and it didn't stop they've made so many mistakes no I always have to check all my bags and it makes it awkward when I have to check all my bags and the employees stare at me like if I don't trust them but I've lost all trust now and will always check all my order even if I'm in a hurry.

Here's my complaint; normally the food is super consistent even across state lines but this in-n-out was far from my normal experince.
