Ever since the addition of the self kiosk, Taco Bell (as with many chains) has eliminated customer service. There is no longer greeting customers. There is no longer smiling if you do greet a customer. There is no response when a customer tells an employee thank you. They call your name, set your order on the counter and walk away. Heaven forbid if you need anything, now you have to get someone's attention. Their attention has turned to the next order or the music in their earbud. Don't get me wrong, it's not just Taco Bell, it all over. Its sad.

230a 3/21/24 My fiance and I ordered on the app and went to get it about 15 mins later. Whoever the young lady was working the drive thru was extremely rude and the order took way longer than normal, then it takes during their busy hours. She snapped out that they were short staffed and then when my fiance asked for extra sauce ( in a very normal tone) she told him that he didn't need to be rude about it even tho there was nothing rude in his time at all. I don't know whether it but she just hates her job or was tired but that kind of behavior is unacceptable in the service industry regardless. Train your employees better on customer service.

Nothing inside the mini quesadilla melts. I get that they’re only a dollar, but if you’re gonna sell me an empty tortilla for a dollar just say that please. Other locations at least put food in them.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I clearly told the staff 3–4 times that my entire order had to be 100% vegetarian — no chicken, only beans and veggies. I repeated it multiple times to avoid exactly this kind of mistake. Yet I was still given chicken in my chalupas. This is not a “small mix-up.” I follow a strict vegetarian diet for religious reasons, and this completely violated my beliefs. It is extremely disrespectful when customers clearly communicate dietary restrictions and they are ignored. I trusted the staff to get something this basic right, and they failed. This ruined my meal and my experience. Very upset and very disappointed.

A week ago I placed an order for delivery. I ordered the 2 new dipper quesadillas that were disgusting with gristle all thru the chicken. I ordered with no lettuce and extra cheese. I received lettuce on both and hardly any cheese. I was furious because I paid for extra cheese on both!! They were Stone cold. I ordered a Mexican pizza with no tomatoes and extra cheese. I got extra cheese and no tomatoes but also NO SEASONED BEEF!! I threw it all away, it was so disgusting!! I used to get Taco Bell twice a week... NO MORE!!!

I usually go through drive thru but today i decided to go in the diner Briana T was helping a customer before me then she proceeded to help me I pay with my debit card then she left to make my food I notice she didn’t change her gloves. She was using the same gloves since helping the previous customer and not sure how long before that. I let her know she had been using the same gloves when she garb my debit card and that is not sanitary she was not happy with my comment she said that it’s not cash so it’s fine. I said no and I want my money back she ignore me I ask her again and she said someone els will make your order and proceeded to ignore me.

Avoid this location. All 4 cheesy potatoes we ordered were not even half full. Other locations give you good quantity.

HAIR IN MY FOOD! Not only can’t they read basic instructions but they’re dirty. I found a hair in my food and tried to call to get a refund and they actually tried to lie and say no one that works there has blonde hair. Dirty liars. Their nasty attitudes don’t help their case either. Negative star review!

The workers don’t understand a single word you tell them. We ask for a burrito, a five dollar meal, and two soft tacos, with three drinks. With this we got four drinks (charged for the fourth), said we didn’t want the fourth drink, got a different type of burrito, and we didn’t get the five dollar meal at first. We told them what was wrong, and they took it back to give us the five dollar meal, and not the burrito, communicated it again, and she went on to say that its in the five dollar meal, when we wanted it separately (not including in the meal) this came out to thirty-two dollars after all of this which is ridiculous

The so call “manger on duty “ is very unprofessional she needs a lot more training. Her field leader should take there time to see how there mangers run the shifts. As customers we do go and ask for the food for we are paying. I got my order wrong both times in less then 5 minutes what home just to found out again they gave me the wrong order I had to leave my house once again because they gave me the wrong order. The so call Manager didn’t even say we’re sorry at all I spent about $50 to get Manager with personal issues. Taco Bell CEO FIELD LEADER GENERAL MANAGER SHOULD REALLY CHECK THERE ON THERE SO CALL MANAGER ON DUTY A CHECK UP.
