Italamark in Treviglio is convenient and practical: you park and you're right inside, perfect for those short on time like me. The supermarket is a good size, although there are occasionally boxes in the aisles that get in the way. At the deli counter, the staff is always kind and helpful, and special praise goes to Gaia (if I remember correctly), the black-haired sales assistant: welcoming, smiling, and capable of making customers feel at home. A truly invaluable presence!

Nel complesso il supermercato non è male soprattutto per quanto riguarda il banco fresco e anche per il rapporto qualità prezzo, per il resto la distribuzione degli scaffali non è ottimale è piuttosto confusionaria e spesso con spazi poco agevoli dovrebbe essere rivista dal commerciale. Una nota negativa è che più volte mi è capitato di vedere i dipendenti che caricano gli scaffali dei biscotti fette biscottate patatine ecc. tirarsi i cartoni con le mani e/o piedi come fossero palloni. Tenendo presente che la gente passa (non è ottimale ricevere una scatola in testa!) si capisce poi perchè il all'apertura delle confezioni il contenuto si presenti tutto in briciole!!!!

I go there often and since it opened until today it has significantly worsened in various aspects. In the morning for example around 9.00 the fruit and vegetable aisles are literally invaded by the boys who fill the shelves with their pallets, as well as the refrigerator section, making shopping difficult as they have priority. Empty and full boxes everywhere. An obscenity. Yesterday 11th June I was about to go shopping, I took cherry tomatoes, paid and went out and I noticed that the same ones had stained the car seat. I looked and more than half of them were rotten. I went to reception and no one showed up, I asked at the cashier and the young lady, kind I would say, asked me if I wanted a refund or a replacement. I said the replacement, I went to replace the product, I checked and….. they were all in the same condition. I tried to change the type but among the various types there was nothing in good condition, they all contained part of the spoiled product. WITH THIS I DO NOT MEAN TO BLAME THE CLERKS IN ANY WAY (unfortunately they only carry out orders). Probably, those in charge, instead of squawking, should check. Truly a disgrace.

Unfortunately, I'm forced to leave a negative review because the situation has become unacceptable. Every time I visit this supermarket, I encounter problems with the freshness of the products: expired yogurts on the shelves and fruit that, once purchased, lasts a day at most before spoiling. The most serious incident occurred just a few days ago. Yesterday afternoon, I went shopping and bought some meat labeled "pre-packaged on December 12th," intending to eat it this evening, December 13th. When I opened the package, however, the meat was brown and smelled bad, a clear sign that it was no longer fit for consumption. I was forced to throw it all away. Considering the ever-increasing prices, I find it absurd to waste food and money due to a lack of quality control and proper product storage. And unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. I truly hope management takes serious action, because a supermarket should, above all, guarantee the safety and freshness of its food.

I don't have a good enough adjective to describe the pigsty this supermarket is. It's unusable with a basket, you can't even get through the aisles, but above all, how can you present something like this? I'm speechless! I've waited almost a year to write this review, and every time it's the same situation...

Unfortunately I had bad experience today. I bought the meet (beef) 8 March and today in the morning 9 March I noticed that meet was changed completely the color (from red become brown). Meet was super old and price was without discount. Kindly ask administration to check quality of your products better.
