This McDonald's has kept the quality up and customer service 5 stars. I have had breakfast and lunch there during the course of the years. They so fast food right and they have a great staff.

I don't love McDonald's - or fast food in general, but was REALLY happy to find this branch open and the dining room open too, at 10:30 pm. I was on a road trip and just needed something to eat. I was pleasantly surprised with the clean atmosphere and very quick service. Even the food was a bit better than expected. This McDonald's branch has, I think, improved my opinion of the chain in general.

I am giving this 4-stars for fast food. You can’t really compare fast food to “real food” (well I can’t, at least). I started to use the app for discounts and special deals. It make it more affordable and is easy to use. Wait times are reduced because I order ahead. This location is a little wonky since there is construction going on at Route 31, so be careful. Overall, it is a good place for fast food.

Quick stop while traveling back home. Facilities were clean, bathrooms were pretty nice. Our order was missing a happy meal and a blizzard, so definitely check your order before you leave. Dining room was clean, a few tv's with sports and the news on. There are no drink/utensil/condiment stations. If you need anything, you have to ask at the counter.

Newly renovated Mc Donald’s with an updated feel. Orders are brought to the table. Drive thru is usually packed and usually a long wait. Has a dual ordering lanes in the drive thru. Inside has electronic ordering as well as a human ordering. Place has an upbeat feel. Same old menu found at other McDonald’s- nothing much to comment about the food.

Well the food is very good(like every McDonald’s), the service is not the best at this location. It is very slow often times, and cramped, with a clear shortage of staff here. They are also almost consistently playing some horrible music(like jazz or bad Christmas music), and the location is very dirty. When I went to the bathroom, it smells quite literally like a sewage pipe exploded, one of the soap despensers is broken and looks as if it is about to fall off the wall, one of the hand dryers was very low power, and it was just extremely messy.

I’ve eaten here before with no problems, I have a severe dairy allergy and specifically asked for no cheese. Normally I would just pull it off and continue with my day but two slices of cheese are on my burger, more than the regular amount. It clearly says no cheese on the box and on my receipt. Looks like no dinner for me tonight which really isn’t fair

No sauce, no nothing, no drink. How can you forget something so simple at 10 PM with no other customers. Useless. Imbeciles.

We ordered our food at the driverthru and with a Diet Coke and a doctor pepper for my daughter. When we got home we couldn’t tell which was which but the doctor pepper expert of my family was able to tell they were both Diet Coke and not doctor pepper. We tried calling to tell them but they hung up on us before we could speak

I came to this McDonald's after calling ahead to confirm they had a specific happy meal toy in stock. The woman I spoke to on the phone assured me that they had it and that I could drive on over to purchase it. When I arrived I was told that I had to purchase a happy meal to get the toy, but that I would still be able to get the specific toy. My little cousin is 7 and the toy is her favorite character and she's been trying to find it for weeks. I had purchased toys alone before but had no problem purchasing the meal. When I got to the first window a woman in blue lipstick quickly caught an attitude and told me that she would not ensure I received the specific toy. I had done this numerous times in the past and never had a problem. Each McDonalds location only has one or two of each toy at a time, so it's not hard to dig through the pile to make a kids day. The woman with blue lipstick was incredibly rude and refused to help me make my cousins day. Will not be returning.

I couldn’t believe what I experienced today at this McDonalds. Never in my life has something so strange and preposterous happened at a fast food restaurant. I’m a very reasonable person when it comes to any service industry as I’ve worked in it for many years. Today I pulled up to the drive through speaker in a fairly long line around dinner time. I was greeted and started to take my order - when suddenly after taking my first item I was told “can you hold on a second” and I said sure no problem. A minute or two goes by and then I see them start taking the next lanes order. Okay? Maybe they skipped that side and wanted to go back and make it right. Then I proceeded to see the next person go in that lane… and then another… still without any returning communication. That’s when I decided to just drive out of the line and take my business elsewhere. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s again. Absolutely mind blowing.
