Came in for lunch. Definitely what I needed, service was fast and the counter people were friendly. There was Christian music playing, not sure if they normal do but it was playing for me.

Sweet kids! What a pleasant experience after being in the city too long. I had forgotten to eat all day, had a long, family emergency drive, and blood pressure was through the roof,with a monster headache so, I was becoming desperate to stay away from a fast food drive thru. The sweet onion, teriyaki chicken protein bowl was delicious and just what I needed! I thank you for being so nice and patient with my order cuz a chic was on the precipice of being hangry or just passing smooth out at the wheel.

I ordered 6 catering trays less than 24 hours for pickup. Enough to feed 90 people at the TDCJ Ellis unit. It was for the officers working in the heat in the buildings. I don’t know how they do it. I explained that to the subway staff. Not only was the order ready early. It was beautiful! Plenty of extras, plus I got the veggies on the side. Amazing job Subway! You’re the best franchise in the Huntsville area!

Went in there for the first time & the staff was very friendly! I asked them to lightly toast my bread, the staff wasn’t sure if she could do it & behold; she did it perfectly! My sandwich was very low cost! I highly recommend this Subway!

The Infamous Subway of Trinity, TX I’ve been waiting months to experience this legendary establishment, and let me tell you—it did not disappoint. The sandwich? Elite. The lady who made it? An artist. Michelangelo had the Sistine Chapel; she has the footlong BMT. But the manager? Whew. She was out there running the place like a boot camp, snapping at employees and trainees like they were trying to launch a rocket instead of making sandwiches. Ma’am, it’s just lettuce, not national security. Would I come back? Absolutely. Great food, top-tier drama, and a live-action episode of Kitchen Nightmares. 10/10 experience.

I asked an employee what was up with that and she said that I have to hand the tip directly to her otherwise the owner takes the money. For shame on you owners, come on!

The food was ok but The manager was very rude to her employees in front of customers. It made me feel very uncomfortable. She is a middle age Hispanic woman. She should be nicer to them.

Picked up order and got home with no chips or drink called to let them know and was told that I had to get my own drink.. ok but what about the chips 🤷🏼‍♀️. Lady was to busy talking to me like I’m an idiot. Will not go back to this location again who wants to drive 15 more minutes because they didn’t complete the order.

Owner would not give me my food or my money back. Crazy that I have beena resident of this town and never have had the service as I did at this subway. I will never go back and will never recommend a company of thieves.

Onalaska subway has better service and nicer.

He stated we will be with you shortly. My wife and I waited for over 10 minutes with no no one even acknowledging us be the only ones in the shop. At the 15 minute mark a young female came out of the office and further ignored us. Then an older male followed shortly behind. Still no service so we left. I feel that as a small town store they should be more observant of the only customers in the shop. But it is not my business. However as a local I will never be back. Short drive to riverside. Much better service now.

Today I was eating there and someone brought in a medium sized dog, and she was holding it in her arms at the counter ordering her food. The Dog had no service dog markings. I have a granddaughter that has a service dog, so I understand service dogs. While I'm sure the owner thought it was OK, myself and several other customers didn't. I will never go back to that location, ever. I can't believe as a food service company you think this is acceptable. I would love to get your feedback on this.

I made an online order and it literally says everything I want in my order. But I come home I have no meat or cheese in my salad. They had 25 min to make my online order. How do miss up order when everything is right there. 12/30/22 I gave this place another chance and placed an online order. Yet again they missed it up. Bought two footlong pro which I got one and one six inch sub. Called the owner basically blaming me for the order and wanted me to come back with the food and her employee even said she made a 6 inch. Just waste of time. Onalaska subway has better service and nicer.
