Let's you order ahead using the app, so it helps a little with the long wait times. But taking that extra ten minutes for good quality coffee made how I like it is well worth it. Friendly baristas. If you have a dog, ask for a puppacinno.

Love there Iced Drinks. So tasty and was on point today! The worker accidentally added whipped cream and instead of trying to pass it off he realized and quickly made a NEW drink! Love expresso in my Iced drinks. Thank you so much for the awesome go to drink in the a.m.

Very fast, friendly, helpful, and an overall great experience. The person who took our order over the intercom was both very helpful and witty with her responses, while still being very efficient. The gentleman who helped us at the window was quick to explain what was going on and made sure we were happy with the outcome. One of the best experiences I've had with Starbucks

Although there is typically a long line here, it goes very quickly. This Starbucks has never messed up my order, and the one time that I had someone else take my mobile order, they made me a brand new one and refunded my money, even though it was not their fault that it happened.

I visit Troy Starbucks atleast once a week. On today's visit I decided I wanted to try a different drink. Aubrey was so sweet and helpful; I felt like I made a new friend. She had a huge smile on her face when I got to the drive thru window to pay and was just a fun person in general! My drink was also so delicious; I plan to get it again 😋

I must say that the staff at this location are absolutely incredible! They go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied, and even if they don't always have my Spinach Feta wrap, they always make it up to me with their smiling faces! :) Jae is one of my favorite employee, she has outstanding customer service and always ensures that I am satisfied no matter what!

Wonderful staff at this location! My husband is new to drinking coffee and the barista took the time to break down the information he could provide her to help him find a drink to try that matched his likes the best. She even followed up as we were leaving to see if he enjoyed it and to offer further suggestions for the future! Very clean looking environment with a little nook in the corner that would be great for study groups as well. Probably sits about 6 people.

Took my daughter to an appointment and of course we need our coffee. Got my daughter a kid size hot chocolate and she was able to drink it right away. I had my peppermint mocha and I'm never disappointed! I love Starbucks!

I go to the Starbucks by Meijer every morning. Normally I use the drive through. The service is great and the baristas are extremely nice. They know me by name and my usual order, as seasonal drinks come out they are good at suggesting which ones I should try. I only go in the mornings so I don't know how well service is later in the day.

My go to coffee place when I'm in Troy. The staff are always kind and helpful they always try their best to get any order out as quickly as possible. Sometimes the Drive thru lane is packed but what can you say? People love this place!

I had great service and very friendly faces behind the counter. A big highlight was Mac making my drink with very light ice and remaking it for me when I forgot to ask for it decaf. It was a very fun atmosphere that made it enjoyable to do computer work for hours!

My family and I were traveling from Toledo, OH to tennesse and decided to stop at the Starbucks in Troy, OH. The first Starbucks we stopped at was on Ash road, the coffee we ordered from that location was horrible, we had to have our drink remade twice. The first cup of coffee was burnt and the second cup tasted just as horrific as the first. So we decided to stop at another Starbucks, we stopped at the Starbucks on Main Street in Troy, OH. Let me start by saying OMG the manager was super nice there, we had told her what happened and she gladly remade our drink and it was AMAZING!!!! JUST SUPERB. THANK YOU SOO MUCH

They got rid of the OLEATO!! I love Starbucks, and while travelling I stop at a minimum, 3 times A DAY. Since they got rid of that drink I visit maybe once a whole trip. Very sad.

The kindness & friendliness in this location is off the charts! My coffee was accidentally made wrong (hot instead of iced) on a busy morning. I walked back up to the counter & before I could say anything and employee asked “oh no what’s wrong?!” I explained, she had my drink remade. To my surprise she then asked if I was going to be visiting anyone, when I said yes, she said perfect! took the hot coffee, gave it a sleeve, stopper, put it in a drink carrier, and handed it back. She said now you can give this one to your mom & surprise her with coffee. While waiting every was very willing to chat and smile at each other. Just a very friendly location all the employees are so sweet!

I came through your location 3/13/25 about 645pm, they were busy but the wonderful lady taking orders was SO kind and polite. There was an apparent system errror where my order didn’t come through to the line. She was very apologetic, her and the gentleman making the drinks communicated professionally to correct it. I wish I caught her name, but I hope she gets recognized for her warm light and fantastic customer service!🖤thank you , ma’am!

The staff is great!! The refreshers are my favorite. I really enjoy the dragon fruit mango one. The pineapple refresher is good as well!! This is one of those places that I go to and really enjoy maybe twice week

Overall this is exactly what you expect from a Starbucks. This is one with a drive through which is always a plus, especially because this is a route I travel quite often, which makes it easy for a quick stop. The drinks are always consistent and the staff is always friendly. If I stop at a Starbucks north of Dayton this is usually the place.

They have a changing table! However, I've visited maybe 3 or 4 times now, and EVERY time is a 30-45min wait. Most places are usually 5 to 10. I think maybe corporate should send help.. ?

The location is always very clean and the staff quite warm and welcoming. Parking is limited in their lot, but additional parking is available at Meijer. This location features a large patio and a tucked away nook which is perfect for studying or working.

Last night, Dec 27th, I left work at 8:30pm from across the street & stopped at Starbucks. I was in the drive through line from around 8:40pm. I finally get to the speaker to order and the person says, sorry were now closed. It was 9:02. I said, you aren't going to finish taking the orders of those still in line, I can't get out of the drive through line. Really rudely he says.. uh, you weren't in line! I said.. uh, yes I was! I've been in line for 20 mins. He says, again very rudely and sternly... NO YOU WEREN'T! I didn't get a ding. I said well then something is wrong with that because I've been in line for 20mins. He said fine, what do you want? I get to the window with my phone out to a show him my time stamped text messages to my daughter talking about being in line at SB at 8:46. He again tried to argue with me that he always gets a ding so I must have been really far back from the car in front of me...I was not! Whoever closed your store last night, is the guy I am talking about. He did apologize for the "confusion" but still rude.

I ordered a gingerbread oatmeal chai. They said they were out of oatmeal milk and would sub almond milk and it would taste the same. It did not! It was pretty bland. I visited a different Starbucks and received the oatmeal milk a few days later and it was great!

We stopped on a road trip and needed to stretch our legs. Very friendly staff. We were greeted promptly. Order was fast and just as ordered. The facilities were clean and well kept. Overall just what you expect from a Starbucks!

***Update*** When the store first opened up they were extremely slow, however, the last few times I was there I didn't have to wait in line long at all. The staff is still extremely friendly. Changing my star rating! ******************************************* The staff seems friendly, however, the service is ridiculously slow! Every time I have went though the drive-thru I have waited atleast 20 mins. The last time I was here I decided to go inside and there were 5 people working but only one girl making drinks. This is probably why the drive through line was not making much progress in shortening. I understand this starbucks just opened but there should probably be more than one person making drinks!

It's a standard Starbucks, but the employees here make the difference. I'm used to getting pretty casual service at most Starbucks - efficient but not spectacular - but the baristas here go the extra mile. I was really happy to have stopped here off the highway on my way south, and would do so again in a heartbeat.

This Starbucks represents any other typical Starbucks that I’ve been to. My order is almost always correct and fresh but the service can be slow at times. If you’re just getting a drip coffee it’s definitely faster to order it at the store versus ordering ahead.

Typically I love this location. But today when I was going to the drive-thru, it was a totally different experience. The person on the speaker was so rude that I had decided to just go without today and left. Maybe they were just having a bad day. And if that is the case I hope things get better for them. And hope to have better experiences in the future!

The last review that I left here was on the low side; however, that was several months ago, and I am updating it because of my experience today. It would have been a standard experience at any Starbucks that I visit--which is usually pretty good; however, Indigo made this experience stand out in an extremely positive way. In addition to her friendly smile and positive attitude, she came around while I was working and offered to refresh my beverage! I did not know that was a thing, but she was very gracious to do so. I am wondering if management has taken a step up to improve quality. Thanks for the above and beyond excellence in customer service. Bumping up my previous review to make this four stars. I will be back, if this continues, we will get you to five!

Drink was okay but the staff sucked and took forever and the person that was rude to my wife was lucky I was not in their presence because I would have told them off. Recommend going to a different location 👎 or preferably anywhere other than Starbucks

Always great service and great drinks, however the hours say that the drive thru is open until 9:00 but it never is when I go to get it and arrive at 8:10. This is sort of ridiculous and I simply wish for the online hours to be fixed so people wouldn't be let down so often.

It is ok. It's a Starbucks. As usual they are out of stock on the food we wanted but I have come to expect that from them at any Starbucks we go to. The company has a lot to learn about displaying food in their locations . Things wrapped in cling wrap and when you are sold out no one thinks to remove the display? But it was a fine experience over all. It was a Starbucks experience.

It was very crowded with short staff. Wait time was 30 minutes. Trash were over flooded as they were so busy that no one has time to do any cleaning. They should hire more people or stop the drive thru for safety of the customer and employees

7/14/25: The weirdness at this location continues. Thankfully, the random closures are much less frequent. The new oddity is the way they handle the drive thru. They have cars wait at the "ordering area" for a long time, frequently 5-10 minutes, before taking the order. Once you order, you then proceed directly to the pickup window, almost always without any cars in front of you. I have to assume that they are trying to game a metric related to the time it takes between when someone orders and when the order is completed. In effect, they serve one car at a time, and consistently have the longest wait times I've ever experienced at any Starbucks. 2024: While I appreciate the friendliness of the team at this location, their store hours are very inconsistent. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or what, but they close this location on a regular basis. It's to the point that I've started to call to confirm they are really open before driving over.

They seemed very disorganized and it wasn't busy AT ALL. Had to remind them about our food order. Drinks taste watered down. Had to remind them that I wanted extra crunchy crumble stuff on top of my drink. It was also super hot in there!

My drink and food were accurate and tasted great, however, the environment from the employees is FAR too loud. I was tucked away in a corner around a wall and was unable to hear my work cal at all even while using headphones. I had to mute my microphone several times while trying to speak because of the obnoxious yelling coming from the employees.

Our drinks were great! However our service was not so great. We have used our Starbucks card reloaded several times before and never had an issue. Today when our payment was taken, the barista said we owed an additional amount, we-thinking our money hadn't loaded onto the card, paid the remainder said amount with our debit. Our bank transaction shows the $25 had loaded onto the Starbucks card, the full $25 was taken from the Starbucks card, and we paid an additional $6 on our debit, our total had been $16 something. *Be aware!!!! We were just traveling through, otherwise we would go back to the location!

This place is normally crazy busy, and I get it it’s not on them. But usually it’s an excessive wait time. However I gave them three stars due to their inconsistency, I’ll order my drink one day and it’s perfect, the next day it has no taste and I have to ask for them to add syrup or doctor it up myself. Additionally, there are few workers that come off as kind and “happy”. Meanwhile, some of them just have a backwards attitude that makes me uncomfortable. Lastly, the parking and traffic surrounding the store is insane most of the time.

This Starbucks isn't like any other. I have found myself standing in front of the register while the lady who seems to be a manager was standing on the other side and was playing with her phone. I was able to download Starbucks app and do order thru it, and she never realized I was standing there. Let's just say, that this place doesn't get much traffic in and out. However today I did a mobile order. Went to pick it up, and they didn't even realize the order was in. They were chatting in the corner as it was slow I guess. When I followed up on my order, a guy turned and said we are working on it. On top of that, both orders where done incorrectly.

This Starbucks is never even open half the time and if they actually are open, they are always sold out of everything making it pointless to even go. If there are more than 2 cars in the drive thru, you can just forget about being on time to wherever you have to go, they take forever. I like the drinks but it’s not worth the frustration anymore.

We primarily order on the app and pick up when it's ready but this store cannot seem to meet an eta. They run 20 mins behind the eta provided regularly which makes picking up rather frustrating. None of the workers seem happy to be there either, which i get, but working customer service you should at least try. Seems like they may not have enough workers to cover the flow of customers and they tend to forget things in your order a lot. We just moved here so maybe I've been spoiled with how amazing our previous starbucks location was but it's really disappointing dealing with the Troy location.

For every 5 times I go when in town- there is 1 trip that compares to other stores in regard to the drinks being correct and the food tasting good. The wait is always excessive, even when not busy. I will order online 30 minutes sooner than I plan on getting there and my drinks still won’t be ready. I do feel bad because the workers I’m sure get all sorts of complaints- but they are always rude and slow moving. I hope they can either open another location to serve Troy or get the current staff some training so that they feel better supported. It’s a bad combo to have an unpleasant interaction and then the drink taste bad. 🥴

I’ve gotten the lavendar matcha 3 times, the first time was delicious. The 2nd time it didn’t taste like anything and barely any foam, so i went for a 3rd time and this is what is looked like. I asked if they even put foam in there and she said yeah it’s heavy and it all goes down… well this isn’t it. I asked for more foam and she kind of sighed and said they didn’t have anymore. Either way it just didn’t taste like lavendar and my sandwich was cold :(

Drive through line was closed it's a very small parking lot very difficult for trucks and larger vehicles to have to make a turn around. Staff doesn't even greet guests when entering. Stood at register for ten minutes gave up.

Every time I order the vanilla sweet cream cold brew they don’t use sweet cream. Instead they use regular cream and add pumps of sugar to make it taste like the thick sweet cream they are suppose to use. I have wasted so much money there.

I frequent Starbucks often, and typically go to the ones located in the Kroger stores. Today I decided to go to the one by Meijer (I hadn't been to it since they opened). Service was slow (3 workers standing around, and no customers at the counter or drive thru), and I was very disappointed in my drink. I always get a Venti caramel macchiato with whole milk and whip cream. I've never head any issues with it tasting bad until now. It didn't taste like caramel at all!!! It tasted like watered down milk. That's it. Very unhappy, and will not visit this location again.

I have gone here and gotten a medicine ball tea several times. Which has the mint and peach tea in it with lemonade. The past two times I have gone I’ve been given black tea and the woman at the window argued with me instead of fixing it. I can easily tell the difference between mint tea and plain black tea.

I’m currently sitting in this Starbucks and I placed a mobile order 35 minutes ago. We went up and asked where the drinks were and they said they would make them soon. There is no cars in the drive through and it is not busy in here. There is five other people who have been waiting the same amount of time as me. Ridiculous

Stopped here on a road trip for a quick coffee. Ordered a black coffee and a vanilla latte. It took 35 mins for our drinks to be ready. Horrible service.

The worst Starbucks in the history of Starbucks never open during their supposedly hours till 9pm been there at 5 already closed and 6 and everyday of the week they close early. They never have anything in stock and it’s ran very poorly. Whoever is running this store needs replaced immediately I’ve never been to a bad Starbucks.

Food and drinks are mid, IF You're lucky enough to catch them open. Always closed before their posted times, sometimes they dont even open. I don't know if it might be that they're short staffed or what but they need to either pay their employees better or shutdown forever. Whoever owns this place clearly doesn't care or is too stupid to solve their problems.

The quality of the drink that you ask for, is not what you get. The workers are rude and don’t give you what you ask for. Even if you go in and say what you ordered and how they didn’t make it right. The drink did not taste good at all.

I enjoyed going to a Starbucks after their release of their gluten free breakfast sandwich but they have not had the sandwich the last 4 times I've visited. I will NOT be returning. Someone needs to figure how to order on a regular basis so they don't run out this shouldn't be that hard. I have Celiac disease and can't just order something else.

The drive thru barista was rude. Our drinks had stuff all over it. Then the lid wasn’t on tight enough on my coffee and spilled all over me. Gave us napkins that were crumbled up.

Don’t even bother with this location on the weekend unless after 12-12:30pm. Also do not trust the estimated time when ordering ahead. This store consistently has the worst service I have ever experienced at any coffee shop-drive thru/fast food in my life. *and it’s not the fault of any of the staff* This is a high-volume location and especially on weekends the order-ahead option is incredibly busy. So far I have had to repeatedly 45 min to 1 hour for cold brew coffees and for refresher beverages (both cold and pre-made options requiring 0 prep). This is after I have ordered ahead and given them an extra 15 min from what the estimated time was. It has not mattered if I ordered ahead or not, ordered ahead in-store OR drive-thru although drive thru does seem to be *slightly* faster. (I still had to wait 20 minutes on a Thursday in a line of 4 cars w/ single coffees….) This store is well staffed and all members are very friendly, they just physically can’t keep up with the demand. I have reached out to Starbucks customer service regarding this issue, as like I said this is an issue every single week.

Had to change my review. Since Danielle left, this place has gone to crap. Service is lacking and no one gets to know you since they turnover quickly. I waited 40 minutes INSIDE the restaurant after ordering one day. They ended up closing the store because the asst manager had to come in on her day off. Seriously!?

Unfortunately, my most recent visit to Starbucks here in Troy was not good. The manager of this store was currently running the drive thru, probably because of being short staffed or something. As a manager though, I would hope you have the best customer service skills considering you’re running a team that should be exhibiting these same skills. This was not the case during my visit, the manager had a bad attitude and barely spoke to me during our interaction. From the speaker to the window, she was rude and short with me. I usually don’t have this issue with the baristas, they’re all usually pretty nice!

Unbelievable! It took 55 minutes for my online order to be ready. It said it was going to be 20 minutes before I clicked to place my order, which I thought was bad enough. But I went ahead and placed my order. As soon as I placed it, the time changed to 45 - 47 minutes!!!!!!!!!! Are you kidding me? I don't want to wait 45 minutes to get coffee and a sandwich. But the order had been placed, so I decided rather than try to cancel somehow, I'd run my errands and then get my breakfast. When I got the store 50 minutes later, there sat my sandwich but no coffee. I had to ask several times about it before finally getting the coffee 55 minutes after having placed the order. By then my sandwich was cold and for whatever reason, the iced coffee seemed to taste odd. It almost had a chocolate flavor. Anyway, what a huge disappointment and not at all what I expect from Starbucks.

They refused me a water and pup cups which are free. Told me I could only get them if I ordered something when I asked to speak to the manager of the teenager behind the other girl said she was the manager and they weren't going to do it very rude staff they said they had a policy change but when I called corporate they had no policy change and the one in Kroger's gave me my free items.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was there this morning February 6th went inside to order I was the only customer inside. I waited 10 minutes and not 1 worker acknowledged I was even there. I finally said forget this and left. I could understand if they were busy but they were not. Please teach your employees about how to provide good customer service. I mean at least say welcome to Starbucks or something.

Walked in, ignored for minutes, then told there is a 45 minute wait for a brewed coffee. Obviously mismanaged, the staff was overwhelmed with routine Saturday morning Starbucks traffic, do not recommend going to this location.

Very slow. Been there three days in a row at different times and there was a long wait each time. The longest wait time I actually ordered ahead with the app. Had to get my $ back for my heated food item today. After I got my first drink I asked if they could heat my food item. They said yes but when I got my second drink they hadn’t even pulled my food out of the package to start heating it. There weren’t that many people in lobby this time - not sure if the issue is understaffing or disorganization. End result is the same.

I stopped in about 10 minutes before noon on a Saturday. I went inside because the drive thru wrapped around the building. I was able to order right away. 25 minutes later, I had to leave to go pick up my son, without coffee.

Most of the time the staff is pleasant enough but today I had a sour experience. I mostly use the mobile app just because it's convenient for me to pay and get my points all in the same motion, however they double charge me everytime I mobile order and I have to wait upwards of a week to get my money back. Today I had went to the Chick-fil-A next door and intended to use the Starbucks app to order while I was in line so they had time enough to make the order (which I very well understand this concept, working at a fast food restaurant myself.) Unexpectedly though, the CFA had quick service so I didn't have the chance to order in line. Instead, I ordered right as I was pulling out of CFA and into Starbucks. Another unexpected event occurred in which there was no cars at all in the drive through at 1 pm. So, I unfortunately had to just tell them that I had just placed the order and was very apologetic about the lack of time given to make my order. And as stated before, I work in fast food, the concept of having to wait for your food is not an issue for me whatsoever. Whoever was taking my order got very angry with me for absolutely no reason. Yelling at me that I should've placed my order sooner, etc. And as mentioned before, I really use the app so I can pay and get my rewards all in the same click of a button, no swiping and scanning, or cash. I just want to know, would she have been just as upset if a regular customer had just rolled up to the speaker to order their drink on the spot? Because that's just about the equivalent of what happened. I understand not wanting your times to be up and that you have goals to make but there is no reason to catch an attitude with me when I was nothing but apologetic and understanding. Not to mention she wouldn't even give me the time of day to explain myself and the situation. Anyways, I get to the window and like she explained I did have to sit for a second for my drink to be ready, which I understood and was not upset about. What I was upset about though, is that the drink was not made right at all. It's one thing to be rude to customers that are paying for your wage, but it's a completely different thing to then take that anger out on them and purposefully make the drink wrong and further escalate the situation. I used to be a fan of the Pink Drink but I realized that at least at this store, they have no idea how to make it correctly. Over 50% of the time I was getting sour and separated milk so I just learned my lesson to not get it anymore, even though I loved the drink when it was made correctly. What they handed me today (not a pink drink) looked like a pink drink that had sat and separated and molded over. I get that not every drink is going to come out perfect every time but maybe we shouldn't be handing customers unappetizing drinks that look like throw up in a cup. I ended up just taking the drink and leaving because I was in no mood to try to explain myself and fight for the outcome that all customers should be receiving, their drink or food made correctly and a happy experience. I'm not sure if she was just having a bad shift or day, but now you've made it a bigger problem than it should have ever been and I will not be supporting this location any longer. Thanks.

We were in the drive thru. We were waiting for 20 minutes. I am not mad about the wait. I am more than understanding. What I am mad about, is that I waited 20 minutes for nasty coffee. I ordered 2 Venti white chocolate mochas. 1 hot and 1 kid temp no whip on either. I have had these multiple times at other Starbucks. They were nasty tasting. I am from out of state and didn't have time at all to go back for remakes or refunds. I will not be returning to this starbucks.

I have stopped at this locations many times and I have never had an issue. This morning I stopped to get a pretty big order and the woman working the drive through was extremely rude. She was very soft spoken so I started with the drinks. I had no clue she was asking about food first. When we proceeded to order food she said “we have you order your food first because it takes longer”. My husband than apologized and we went about ordering. She didn’t ring up the coffee and didn’t ask if we needed anything else. She was silent even after we reordered the coffee. We got through our whole order and she proceeded to say “make sure the screen looks right”. She then gave us the total and we drove around. When we were at the window she said barely anything to us but then forcefully and quickly handed the bag of food over and shut the window before we could say anything.

I just went through the Troy Ohio location by speedway. A you g man took my order 🌈. We discussed ordering a hot chocolate for my child and having it KIDS TEMPERATURE. Obviously coffee and hot drinks are gonna be hot… I’m not trying to be a Karen, but please DO NOT TRUST them to make your child’s drink at a safe temperature. I was just scolded by her hot chocolate. It’s hotter than my coffee. It actually hurt me. She’s 6. It would have hurt her bad…. The thing about it is, this drink is so hot that NO ONE COULD EVER DRINK IT and it’s been a while and is still not cooled off enough to drink. Why would they say it’s a safe to drink for a child specifically and then hand me a scolding hot drink for her? That’s weird. They seemed irritated when they were taking our order and it makes me think they did it on purpose. If I knew a drink was for a child and a parent is specifically asking me for safe temperature drink for a child, I’d make sure.

I don’t think you understand how racism still exists go to this store and be fooled by the fake smiles everyday not just on April first. There are 0 workers with color but doesn’t give them the right to mistreat someone coming to pick up an order or be ignored when asked when will the order be ready. The store make sure they do not have my order ready when I come to pick up then act like I am the problem just because the color of my skin multiple times I have been mistreated and I feel bad for anyone else who has had issues with this store I have gladly been banned from this store so I will no longer have any issues with my order being picked up or dropped off late just be the store and workers see who the order is for and do not want to make it. The workers and management know they are wrong if I could speak with someone about the issues that occurred I would love to share my complete experience that I have encountered each time I have tried to pick up an order mind you no other Starbucks in the United States I have had a problem with nor have they had a problem with me

This was the longest we have ever waited at a Starbucks -35 minutes. We ordered inside with about 8 people in the lobby, about 5 waiting for their orders. The drive-thru was wrapped around the building. It was evident they spent more time focusing on the Drive-Thru. We had gotten our food and ate it and waited another 20 minutes. More people came in and ordered and left with drinks. We finally said something and they had to go back through their iPad to find when the order was placed. When the manager or lead whoever went to check on what was going on at the espresso machines, not one Barista looked like they had any remorse that one of them clearly dropped the ball. Our tickets for our coffees had not even been peeled off the counter where the person who took our order put them 35 minutes ago. Starbucks as a whole has allowed so many customizations and broadened the menu so much that it is becoming more like a fast food restaurant without being "fast". Starbucks used to know how to allot time for a normal drip coffee versus a custom drink- those of us who still order simple coffee pay the price for this disorganization.

Bless this locations heart… they tried. They failed. We asked for an iced coffee with milk, 2 pumps of vanilla and 2 pumps of caramel. The kid at the register heard and confirmed yet he didn’t submit the order with the milk or the caramel. I also ordered a matcha latte with almond milk… it came out chunky…. They did nicely make me an iced coffee to replace it but unfortunately it tastes like iced tea…. I frequent Starbucks all over, this is by far the worst I’ve been to. But hey, they tried.

Takes 20-30 minutes to get a mobile order here no matter the time of day. Very frustrating when I’m on my way to work. This is very consistent with this location your drink will not be ready on time.

Have you changed managers here???? Interviews or onboarding new employees should NEVER take place from 7am to 10am. You are causing stress for your customers and employees. I ordered ahead and still had to wait over 30 minutes. Ordered at 9:15am and did not leave until 9:50am. If you’re going to order here, use the drive thru. Ordering ahead is not worth it. The employees are trying their best, work was quality, just not enough support from management. It’s obvious you need to hire. Doing this between 7 and 10am is not the right time. This shows a lack of respect to your candidate, employees and customers. Start your interviews after 10am, when the chaos slows down.

I try to not come here often because every time it’s a minimum of a 30 min wait. I put my order in on the mobile app while I’m at home. It takes me 20 minutes to get there and I still have to wait 20-30 minutes for the drink to be ready. Today I got stuck in the drive thru for 25 minutes. Every time I go I have this experience and I see a lot of other people say the same thing. It’s been like this for at least a few years. Why has nothing changed?

Entered store at 3:43 pm. No one was in line in front of us but about 7 people were standing around in the store waiting on mobile/DoorDash orders. At 3:59, someone took our order of 2 drinks. One drink was handed to us at 4:15. The second drink was handed to us at 4:19. 36 minutes for two drinks…. Ouch.

Every time we stop here there is an excessive wait. A wait of like 20-30 min for 2 drinks. Nobody ever apologizes or say something like “ we will be right with you”. They just ignore lines all the way to the door. Ridiculous. We will never stop here again.

Would rather drive 20 miles out of my way to any other coffee shop than to ever come here again. 20 minutes in a drive through that I couldn't change my mind and leave if I wanted. For a not frozen frapp that tastes like water not like coffee are definitely not caramel. This has happened to me before I dontlike to negative review unless im sure they deserve it. And no my frapp was not ready when I pulled up to the window it was freshly made after I waited at the window a while so not just a melted situation. Not a mobile order either ordered at the speaker.
