I am working near this dunkin donut. Crew member john always make me my order when i reach the dunkin donuts. Nice place to sit and eat. All the employee are friendly.

For some reason their coolatta today tasted abit off but maybe it was just how they made it.... Overall they are always good. We need that especially in times like these.

Regular customer here they have my coffee ready for me in the morning..... The ladies working here are so customer friendly,,, always with a smile on there faces.. food and donuts are always fresh... the seating area is always clean. NEVER a long wait the line moves quickly. Cashier is very much experienced and does so while making coffee for customers just ordering beverages... will continue to go to this dunkin because they are the only ones I have no complaints with about my coffee

This place is good, I always used to come here as a kid and the food was trash but now it seems like they switched it up because the donuts are fresh and everything is not alll rusty or anything. This place is just great I love coming here now and eating donuts and enjoying some non achoholic beverages

Staff was very professional and helpful in my time of need. I had a flat and pulled into the parking lot. One of the most spacious and clean Dunkin I have ever been to.

Good food , only had one guy taking orders and doing take out orders. Need to hire more people. But the coffee and coffee roll were great.

Love this location. The worker who made my iced chai latte did a marvelous job. Can't remember her name (I have a bad memory) but she's the best. *Edit on 7/31* Went in again, another delicious drink made by Samantha.

We ordered grilled cheese with pesto and roasted tomatoes extra crispy and that's what we received. Iced coffee with caramel was perfect, too. The place was clean and well supplied.

Pretty big place and the young lady being trained was extremely nice. I will definitely go back. I did spill my coffees and had to buy 2 cups ago but that's on me.

Very clean facility, but I have to say that one of my favorite things about this specific location is the beautiful fall decorations. Every year it seems people are getting more and more aggressive with the spooky decor to the point that my young kids are scared to go to certain places. I absolutely love the beautiful artwork that this Dunkin has painted on their windows! Absolutely beautiful and something that will last through the whole autumn, not just Halloween, and something that is not scaring my four year old when we decide to go out for a treat.

I’ve only been to this location in the evenings after 8 PM. The service is always very prompt. Sometimes the donuts were a bit stale. The coffee is freshly made and nice and hot and they fill it to the top so there’s plenty to drink.

My first time here and Odud welcomed me with a smile and filled my order perfectly. The cafe is clean and neat. A nice selection of donuts and baked goods.

Great that its open 24 hours. Sad part is you'll have to wait for what you want or they wont have it. Pretty muxh empty at night and giys wont make anything that isnt ready.

The 3 guys working there were a lil spacey, while noone there but us, they were all the there working a single smoothie🤣🤣🤣

This is an ok D&D, seemed to be a hangout at 10:30pm on a Saturday! Not my preference of a coffee shop, although all people were respectable and staff pleasant as well as store being clean.

It’s Dunkin Donuts. I wont go into great detail as its a national chain. I will say the staff was friendly, the donuts were fresh and “Oh that Coffee”.

I suggest using the order on the go in the app. But be sure to check your order. Half the time they give me the wrong tea if I don't double check. Manager is kinda rude but the ladies are great. Don't forget with on the go when they aren't there because your order will NEVER be done until you get there. No matter how far in advance you say your ready to pick up.

A lot better then last time I was there. The inside is completely renovated. Completely open now. Service was quick. All the Dunkin donuts should renovate like this.

Donuts are over priced and full of air. By late afternoon, the freshness us gone. By 6 PM, the donut is stale.

While we all know that Dunkin Donuts keep 'America runnin' I am disgusted about visiting this location. PLEASE employ someone to clean up the front of the store or pay the employees extra to do so. Garbage FLYING everywhere, WTH!

The usual fare, semi-friendly staff but the same ol dirty restrooms. So, yeah, your usual Dunkin Donuts- can't go wrong but can't go too right either.

The women employees at this Dunkin are very nice and make coffee great! However the men at this location will consistently serve you a cup of cream and a splash of coffee and be mad at you for asking for an actual coffee. Do you know how many coffees I just had to throw away... Not drinkable and not fixable.

Very sloooooow. Not enough help. I only go here if when driving by I don't see any customers inside. Even then very slow service. Other than that it's a typical Dunkin complete with over priced coffee. It's open 24/7 so if you're out and about late at night and have time on your hands, it's OK.

What you expect of DnD, the staff was friendly but could be more aware of what you say. Say how you want your beverage prepared twice, to get it clear and right. The iced coffee was strong, that was a great.

decent place to get your drink and leave. You can't really hang around as the parking sucks. Those kids that were mentioned with the Cars was a car meet. They do it every Thursday night for the past 10+ years. It use to be at the Nathans parking lot but the cops started writing too many tickets so they moved to Do.

Their refreshers left a lot to be desired. If you used to the Starbucks or Chessescake counterparts, you'll be sorely disappointed. Maybe its specific to this location or an optional ingredient that wasn't offered but it's a no for me. Also they didn't have the croissant snacker that was advertised on the menu.

The staff is friendly, efficient and keep the place clean. Other than this, the food and drink are what you expect from any other Dunkin' Donuts.

This is my least favorite dunkin for sure. The guys working at night they have done my order wrong twice and it is just not nice.

Small place but long waiting time with a long line. Slow services and out of place customer support. I had to physically leave the room and wait outside, while my friend stayed desperately to get us two cups of coffee and two doughnuts

Better than other businesses I have reviewed lately, but that's not saying much. The food was cold & stale, at least what they did have. The some of them were out of stock, or loaded with bacon. The atmosphere was dull & lifeless. The prices for the Iced Energy drinks were a bit high at $6. The artic cherry flavor tasted revolting! 😤 I had to pour half of a diet Pepsi, just to stomach it!! The worst part of this place, were the bathrooms. As there are only 2 of them, next to the maintenance closet. But 1 of them was recently re-designated for employees only!!! While the customers' bathroom is so disgusting! 🫣 It looks like it was rented out, by the local barber shop!! There was large strands of recently cut hair, dust, trash, & human waste all over the medium sized space!! It made me sick, just to be in there. I was feeling buyer's remorse, after being in this store. As for staff interactions, average at best. Better than other places nearby, for sure. One thing more, is that kids tend to mess around with the doors. Or cause a ruckus at the Register, but that's more a problem with the parents.

The girl at the front taking my order this morning is so rude. No smile, just plain attitude all over her face along with her work colleague. Made my wake up wrap with one piece of bacon broken up and gave me 4 Out 6 hash browns. Quantity of food and customer service is is terrible. Never coming back here. It used to be better before they made the upgrade.

Five stars because I like Dunkin Donuts coffee... However, the small, little man that is always at this particular Dunkin is the reason I wouldn't give it any stars. He doesn't like to fix something if it is not made to your liking. At times necessity and convenience prevail over preference...

Cashier wore gloves he handled the money with then made my food without changing the gloves. He then went outside dragging the garbage pail out with the same dirty gloves and came in and made an egg sandwich picking up the egg with those dirty gloves touched the counters and never wiped anything off. I should have known the place was filth by the dirty parking lot with garbage strewn all over and the windows of the place and doors were dirty as well. Find another dunkin cause you may get sick with your breakfast. Will never go there again.

This place is right up the street from my house and I like the convenience of the location because i can run in for a coffee before work. BUT, THEIR COFFEE SUCKS, THEIR BAGELS SUCK, ETC! i am tired of spending money and the coffee tastes like rotten/spoiled milk and the bagels are always hard to chew, almost stale. Get it together dunkin donuts!

Im not one to leave reviews, and the staff was very kind. But, there was a piece of plastic embedded in my bagel and I only noticed when I had taken a bite and the plastic was sticking out. At first I thought maybe it was in the cream cheese but I pulled and it was IN the bagel - instantly the whole bagel went in the garbage. I just want to leave this as a heads up to others, please look carefully and idk if Dunkin is making their own bagels but still !

I popped in to order a wake up wrap. The two people working were moving slower than at a snails pace. The man who took my order, proceeded to prepare a couple of drinks before working on my order. I literally watched him wait five minutes before starting my order. Lousy customer service

Why do you say you’re open until 10:00pm but actually close at 9:40!!! Ridiculous

They are always closing before 10:00 PM. The doors are already closed around 9:30/9:40 PM when closing hours are 10:00 PM. I placed an order today and I got there at 9:40 PM and there was no taste to my coffee because they were busy wanting to close! HORRIBLE!

Ordered online. Went for pickup. Thought I will check the doughnuts and come to find out they didn’t pack the correct doughnuts as they ran out of the ones I ordered. And they were not going to tell me unless I opened the box. Lastly the bagels I got from this place were stale / hard as rock. They said they can’t refund the order and I have to come in morning For that. Think about it, you have a 24 hour Dunkin and you get all bad food from them and they will not refund. Sounds like a trap. I do not recommend this place.

Every time I go to this Dunkin My ice coffee is never extra sweet like I ask & paid for, I always have to go back inside to tell them it’s not sweet enough! Today my son went there & they didn’t give him extra sweet coffee I didn’t even taste the Carmel in my Carmel craze! If someone is paying for something why can’t we get it done the way we asked for it! Why do they ask the customer how would you like it if they not going to make it the way you asked them to!

I've been to this location twice and twice let down. To start off both times I went I ordered the same breakfast sandwich. The first visit I bit into a cold sandwich and the second visit the same thing only it was accompanied by a stale croissant that the birds in the parking lot wouldn't even snack on. On top of the most recent visit I ordered a nitro brew and was given a cold brew. When I questioned the lady working behind the counter she told me that they were the same things. Knowing that they are not the same things I then questioned her as to why one would be called a nitro brew and the other a cold brew? She responded again with they are the same but because I ordered a large size it was poured as a cold brew because nitro brew can only be a small or medium. Regardless of the size you're allowed to order a nitro brew please inform your employees the differences between the two selections and start taking your time to make an easy reheat sandwich, it needs to be heated more than 5 seconds before being pulled. I will not be going back to this location, no love, not fresh, not informed.

Came here to get a coffee asked for a medium with 3 sugars and 7 cream coffee was too dark and I asked them to make it a little lighter and still wasn’t made right so asked again for 7 cream and the guy here was very argumentative with me! First of all you don’t argue with a customer that’s poor customer service! When a customer asked for their coffee or anything to be made a certain way do it right! Very rude and ignorant people here!

Dude at register was rude af! I’m not even a mean person but the way he was talking to me just because I asked him to give me a fresh donut from the rack he was he was rotating with. Like it’s my money if I want a fresh one then I should get a fresh one!!

Please dont waste your time going to this Dunkin' Donuts! Worst place and food does not seem fresh at all. I live close this to this Dunkin and it seems like every encounter I've had with them is not too pleasant. I really don't deal with the employees there because I generally place my orders on the app and keep it moving. I'm not talking about Dunkin as a company just to this SPECIFIC location. My last encounter they gave me the wrong order and I was infuriated becuase I was up early and was long gone on the taconic and when I tried calling them they're phones have been out of order that I had to result to the customer service #. I'm grateful that the district operation manager called me and was able to handle it! I promise never will I step in that location again.

Horrible service. Take forever to order, takes forever to get your food, ice coffee taste horrible, and try to short you on hash browns!! Like seriously. Employee asked me multiple times (6x) to repeat my order which was very simple and still got it wrong.

They serve fresh food and coffee no doubt. BUT I went 1st to get some food cashier charged me for Donut, I went again after 30 minutes ordered coffee, she again charged me for Donut, When I asked about it she became rude. Imagine how many donuts she had charged all morning to all customers? Please check your receipt. Other than that employees who are serving drinks and food are very nice and polite. He was real slow to acknowledge me )there was only one other customer) and he didn't understand what I was asking me. Would have made a purchase but I just left.
