Personally, I do not recommend this place AT ALL. I took my dog ​​to the emergency room because he had an accident. First, they took him to another room where I couldn't see anything they did to him. Then, the "doctor" came out to tell me they had to leave him overnight (now I assume it was just to make the bill go up). I didn't agree to leave him because my dog ​​is very dependent on me for security. Immediately after I said I wouldn't leave him, the woman quickly left, never to return. That was the only thing she told me (that he was very sick and I had to leave him to recover). Then someone else brought my dog ​​to me so I could leave. Once outside, I had to tell the receptionist to please come out and explain to me what they had given me, at the very least the medications and what I had, since they DIDN'T TELL ME ANYTHING. The receptionist didn't know anything either. They only gave me a sheet with a supposed diagnosis that I could have filled out myself with what I observed that he had, IT WAS NOT AN ACCURATE MEDICAL DIAGNOSIS much less adequate care, they did not give me an explanation of what he had, NOTHING. Later when paying I realized that they had charged me for a “medical consultation” of eight hundred pesos which is fine IF THEY HAD GIVEN ME ONE… the truth is I felt that they took advantage of me, of the urgent situation with which one goes, paying everything to save their pet and in places like this they only took advantage of the same, (I paid around 3 thousand pesos in 40 minutes) they only told me that they had to perform MORE studies that are not cheap at all to see what I had to get more money out of me, the truth seemed silly to me. I left with the bandages that had been done and I had to go to ANOTHER vet where they DID check my dog’s bones, his spine and his injuries in my presence to tell me with this that he had a fracture in one of his paws, a diagnosis that they did not tell me before, they only performed a bad bandage, literally the other doctor was surprised and asked me where I had taken him to have “that mess” done, they did not perform the bandage as they should have, they only made my dog ​​suffer, they did not give him anything for an infection, they only gave him pain relief so he could “endure”. It was very sad and I do not think it is fair that despite their high prices they have unqualified people, only practitioners or people who are not capable of dealing with the life of your pet, LESS than giving you good, kind and decent treatment.
