Este fue el primer lugar vegano donde comí cuando viajé a Tulum, iba sin grandes expectativas pero me sorprendieron muy positivamente. El huarache de "bistec" sin duda es una de las cosas más deliciosas que he probado, de inicio me pareció caro pagar más de 100 pesos por un huarache, pero después de probarlo, ya no me pareció tan costoso. Lo mismo con las tostadas, como originaria de la CDMX donde la comida es muy accesible de precio y hay muchísima variedad, puedo decir que esas tostadas son de lo más rico que he probado. También el postre de mango fue realmente una absoluta delicia. Las bebidas en sí fueron lo que sí me pareció costoso, el lugar tiene una temática muy punk anti sistema y entiendo que el costo de las cosas tiene una razón de ser, pero pagar 50 pesos por un mini boing, es como estar en Europa y eso no es muy punk que digamos. Aún así recomendaría muchísimo que coman en este lugar, de verdad es DELICIOSO. El servicio estuvo muy bien también.

I loved this cafe! It's a small place with 5 or 6 tables, serving vegan-ised traditional mexican food. The walls are covered in pro-vegan artwork, posters and stickers. It was a really quirky, cool place for lunch. I ordered a torta and the fruit juice of the day (which I'm not 100% sure what it was, but it tasted good). The waiter asked if I only wanted 1 tirta and I wish I had ordered a 2nd as it was delicious!

The food at El Bajón was very good overall. The spicy salsa had excellent flavor, though it was milder than expected and could have been spicier. We ordered a chorizo rojo taco, a torta with chorizo verde, a tostada with carnitas, and a huarache with chorizo rojo. All the dishes were flavorful and well prepared, with the chorizo rojo clearly standing out as the best.

Without a doubt — the best vegan tacos in Tulum, and we’ve already tried every vegan place here ;) You get a tortilla with the filling you ordered, and then you add your own toppings and sauces from the counter. They sometimes also have vegan muffins available. We come here regularly! Next door there is a real cacao bar, which we also highly recommend.

This place is epic! I’ve never had them be rude to me before and I’ve come here like 10 times. The food is amazing. Unlike most Vegan places, they actually have about 10 different types of tacos. Most only have 1-3. They have something I’ve never even seen before called a huarache! It’s sooo amazing, must try! Also, they have very affordable prices compared to the rest of Tulum. Lastly, they make delectable cupcakes. Chocolate, Dulce De Leche, and carrot. All FIRE! P.s. they have the most authentic Cacao shop in Tulum next door to them too!!! Best Vegan place in TULUM!!! Unfortunately we found them on our last day in town and decided on having seconds that night, they are SOO good. We found out by the owner there’s another in PDC we will go for lunch and dinner💚 We started with a Huarache with Chorizo, and 4 tacos one of Milanesa, Pastor, Chorizo and Carnitas. Every single one of them delicious! So much so there was no pause for pictures. On the second order we got Milanesa tacos and a Carnitas tacos, if we could fit it we’d order the same thing it was so good. Make a point to visit and also try their guava dessert, a true delicacy. Below is the only pic we had enough thought to take, full joying the meal and flavors. Many thanks and blessings to the owner for sharing their gift with us!

Muy buena comida vegana. Recomiendo la milanesa, el suadero, el chorizo verde y los chicharrones. No venden alcohol. Suele hacer bastante calor dentro, y si no funciona el wifi, no podrás pagar con tarjeta. Pero el sabor y las texturas de la comida están riquísimas. Los días que tienen agua del día de jengibre, está muy buena.

Después de un atento fallido de probarlos regresé y que ricos son los tacos. Cuatro estrellas porque la comisión por pagar con tarjeta la debería de absorber el establecimiento.
