Muy lindo lugar y excelente servicio el mesero Josué nos trató muy bien, y el mixólogo Félix nos dio una explicación integral sobre el proyecto orchid house, el gerente Adán se acercó y nos trató como en casa, les recomiendo mucho la quesadilla de arrachera y el ceviche de pescado muy buenas recomendaciones gracias a todo el staff.

Fui con mi familia y la pasamos súper bien, es un lugar bonito y tranquilo en donde relajarte y pasar un día agradable en la playa , el staff es súper amable y el precio me pareció bien, nada caro, sin duda volvería a ir !

Llegamos sin conocer el lugar y cansados de que nos atendieran mal en otros lugares. Llegar a Orchid Beach Club fue una maravilla, y Josué nos atendió de maravilla y nos hizo sentir muy bienvenidos. Nos quitó el mal sabor de boca que teníamos. 😊

Un beach club que tienes que visitar 👏🏼 Roger y Josué fueron increíbles, nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones de comida : ceviche mixto y unas margaritas increíbles 🍹además que nos atendieron de maravilla. La entrada son 25 usd que se usan en bebida y comida. El lugar es muy bonito y realmente cómodo, buena música, regaderas, baños y un segundo piso 🤩 Un lugar que debes visitar en tulum 🌊

Muy buen nivel para beach club, si queres comer bien pero a la vez disfrutar de estar en un beach club este es el lugar. La atención también es muy buen, nos atendió Roger, muy amable. La comida es deliciosa. Recomiendo la tostada de atún y el pulpo.

Booked a last minute trip to the orchid beach house and I’ve been very satisfied so far. The staff is very attentive and polite, the food is incredible, the drinks are fresh, the beach is quiet. This place is not cheap but is worth it.

A beautiful place! We stayed for a night at the boutique hotel, and we had evening drinks and breakfast in the morning. The view and dining location were absolutely stunning. The food was good too, but what really stood out was the experience — being so close to the beach with a private and relaxing atmosphere. It felt peaceful and beautiful. I’d love to come back again!

This is our favorite beach club because of the amazing atmosphere and delicious food. The prices are very reasonable. They had a 700 pesos minimum spend that goes towards food and drinks at the time of our visit. The service was good and the music was mild and relaxing.

Here’s perfectly ecofriendly with jungle motivated interiors. Everything is so organic and harmless. If you are into slow-city vibe of Tulum, here will be your best choice!

We had an amazing stay at Orchid Beach House! The beach and the property are gorgeous! Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with amazing views! The best part was the service. Roger, Joswé and all of the bar and kitchen staff were outstanding! We felt very spoiled by the personal attention and service they provided. The food and drinks they served were made with fresh, quality ingredients and so tasty! One afternoon Roger suggested a special fish and shrimp meal that he served us on the beach. It was delicious and a very memorable experience. We loved our time at Orchid Beach House, and can't wait to return and see the Orchid Beach family again someday. ❤️☀️🌴

Orchid is our go to beach club in Tulum! It is so relaxing and chill, comfy loungers and enough space for everyone to enjoy the beautiful beach. Josue, our server, was the best! So welcoming and fun to chat to. He recommended the best drinks and food. Our favs were the mezcalitas and the shrimp & fish tacos, tuna tostados and coconut shrimp — wow!! The food was some of our fav in our trip here to Mexico, with one of the best views. The minimum spend was 800 pesos per person… SO worth it!!

We had an incredible sunset dinner at the Orchid Beach Club Restaurant. The cocktails were incredible - also food wise I can recommend the Maracuja Caribbean Ceviche and the Huitlacoche Quesadilla. We ordered 3 dishes and 2 cocktails and did spend around 800 pesos per Person excl. tip but felt that it was fair given that we were seated in front of the beach, the portions were big and both food and service were top notch quality. Our waiter Roger was amazing and made us feel very welcome - had we stayed another day in Tulum we would have definitely come back. Overall a positive experience, can totally recommend!

This beach bar is a hidden gem, offering a much more relaxed and peaceful vibe compared to the crowded, touristy spots in the area. It’s the perfect place to unwind without loud music or a hectic atmosphere. The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The drinks are well-made and refreshing, and the food is mostly delicious. I tried the shrimp tacos, which were just okay – they could use a bit more seasoning. However, the fish tacos were a standout and absolutely worth ordering. The guacamole is fresh and flavorful, while the burger and quesadilla are both excellent choices if you’re looking for something hearty and satisfying. One thing to keep in mind is that there’s a minimum spend of 1500 pesos per person, but honestly, with the quality of the food, drinks, and relaxed atmosphere, it feels like money well spent. If you’re looking for a quieter beach bar experience with good food and great service, this is definitely the place to be!

I’m really picky with food and they really do a great job. Food is excellent, we enjoyed a delicious lunch. The guacamole the best so far during our Mexico trip. The aguachile, sopes, shrimp tacos, everything 10/10. Very friendly staff. We send around 700 pesos per person for lunch.

The beach club here is a great place to simply relax, soak up the sun, swim in the ocean, and be served fantastic food & drink. It is a far cry from the loud, dance music pumping clubs that populate the majority of this stretch of beach. Manuel and Nelson are so friendly and helpful - we loved being greeted and served by them each time we came here. The cocktails are unique, high quality and beautiful - our favorite was the Divino Caribe. The food is also delicious and beautifully presented. We particularly enjoyed the octopus ceviche, avocado toast, smoothie bowls and guacamole served with chips AND veggies! It was such a treat to decompress here. There’s also a massage place right next door that offers fantastic massages. If you’re looking for a relaxing, refreshing day at the beach with great service and great food & drink, this is your place.

Un peu déçus pas le lieux qui est bien noté sur internet. Nous n’avons pas pu choisir réellement ce que nous voulions manger car il leur manquait pas mal de chose. Le serveur que nous avions eu à insisté pour un pourboire or cela devrait être au choix du client. Pour information, sachez que le parking est compris dans les 800 pesos minimum de consommation si vous venez dans ce Beach Club Le beach club est sympathique mais il faut venir tôt pour avoir un transat sinon vous aurez des poufs. La nourriture est bonne.

Cadre très agréable en bord de plage. Il y a un parking. Malheureusement nous avons eu des soucis de service et de nourriture. Les pancakes sont très fades et secs et nous avons attendu 45minutes à être servis et ils se sont trompé dans la commande de boisson.

Con prenotazione effettuata da più di 2 mesi e stabilito il prezzo di 400 pesos a testa in consumo nel loro beach club all’entrata ci dicono che non possono rispettare il prezzo, che la persona in entrata non sa nulla e che non poteva confermarci quanto sopra indicato . Voleva farci attendere non si sa quanto - nel frattempo ho scritto una mail all’indirizzo con cui mi ero accordata senza mai ricevere una risposta

El único comentario es con el servicio con los chicos al momento de la cuenta, se enojan porque dejamos 10% de propinas y estaban forzando a que podemos 15%. No saben tratar a los clientes y piden propinas.

Si eres mexicano, evita ir te tratan muy mal

No me gusta que me roben! Por eso odio Tulum, te quieren cobrar precios de Estados Unidos pero sin darte el producto correspondiente a lo que pagas. Estamos hablando de unas papas fritas, no cocina Gourmet. Un clamato en 450 pesos?? Una agua en 160 pesos?? Para no volver NUNCA! Me da pena con Manuel quien nos atendió, pues el chavo hace su mejor esfuerzo, pero no le queda mucho margen de maniobra para cambiar este tipo de cosas. He ido por ejemplo a Ana y José, que no es barato, pero la comida es muy buena, la infraestructura mucho mejor, si, el “cover” de consumo mínimo es el doble, pero al final te lo vas a gastar con comida y tragos de calidad.

Pésima comida y tardan mucho, los meseros clasistas, lo único bonito es la vista
