Had a magnificent experience, food options were plentiful and our server Moises was professional, courteous, and very helpful with questions about the resort. Would gladly return here at this buffet if for nothing else than the vast knowledge of the resort, it's amenities, and the country overall that Moises possessed.

Good selection of food. Not enough water service. Constantly having to find a server to ask for more water. They also embarrassed my 13 year old daughter when they told her she needed to put a shirt on over her bathing suit top, that was NOT revealing. As I stood in front of the server with no shirt to go over my swimsuit top. Saw sooo many other customers wearing revealing swimsuit tops. I was incredibly annoyed as my daughter then felt very self conscious. Rules need to be applied to everyone, not just a 13 year-old girl. Won't be back to that buffet. The server was very rude about it. I didn't appreciate it at all.

Food selection compared to Riu Emerald Bay is much less. Service is OK but still compared to Riu it's noticeably not on our. Trying to take bread with you to have something to eat on a day tour failed - they don't let you take anything out.

Our family of eight was staying at the Palace and wanted to have dinner here for a change. The manager refused to give us a single table, explaining that if they allowed it, other families would request the same, which would be inconvenient for their service. When I mentioned that we always get a single table elsewhere, he replied that he didn’t believe that. I found the experience unpleasant. We went back to Palace.
