I had the jalapeno burger and every time I would fart it burnt my buttlhole. I ended up going to the doctor and they saw a jalepeno stuck there and my butthole got infected in the end it was totally worth my hospital bill

They finally have Vegan options which is truly convenient for all of us who have a hard time finding a place where they serve Vegan food. I would also like to point out that out of the three times that I've gone, they always get my order correct which is something I truly value.

Love this place when we have to eat fast food. Although more expensive then other fast food they are always polite and always make my milkshakes no matter how busy they are or how late it is there milkshake machine is never "down for cleaning" like other places

Had the breakfast sandwich with bacon . Good size and very filling . Quick service was amazing , they usually take longer since they cook when ordered and the food does not sit around under heatlamps.

The Turlock Carl's jr. On Geer road is never empty but never quite too busy. The American burgers and the delicious Mexican food are always top notch. But don't go into Carl's Jr expecting any discounts on food. Two adults with combo meals can easily cost $27. But when you got to have your Santa Fe chicken sandwich, the service is quite fast and the Criss cut fries are delicious!

This is by far one of the best Carl's JR we've ever visited👍🏼, Letty and her manager treated us like family🙂❤, and the food was excellent👍🏼😋

Since Covid, fast food or food in general has been quite disappointing. This Carl’s Jr. on West Main in Turlock California served me a famous star with cheese that looked like the picture and tasted like it did when I was a kid. It was a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly. The building was clean. Excellent job!!!

Whenever I visit this location, I'm helped by Diana (at least that's the name on the receipts). She is consistently pleasant and personable in our interactions. Diana always greets me warmly, asking how I'm doing and wishing me safety as I head to work. On cold days, she'll even remind me to bundle up and stay warm. I'm so glad they have the beyond patties. They're filling because they have a good size. I order it vegan, with no special sauce, no mayo and no cheese. It's very good as a double and get it with pickles, lettuce and tomatoes. So damn good, oh and eat it with ketchup. It's REALLY GOOD!

Do not usually stop at Carl’s Jr. however, everyone in the car wanted to so I tried for the first time the green burrito to tell you the truth I was darn good and very feeling.

Gotta tend to the soft drink dispenser. They were flat. Counter staff. Extremely friendly and pleasant.

Went through drive through. They had me park out front and wait for my food. The food was actually not that warm so not sure what I was waiting for since it didn't appears to be freshly made. But at least I got all my food!

Solid drive thru service. Food has always been good here. Even though Carl's is pricey I still come back. Good customer service is worth the extra couple of bucks.

A nice pit stop for our local truckers (always parked out back) taking a well needed break from the daily grind. The burgers are good. They do a good job on getting your order correct. This review would have been a 5 star, if they could get their soda mix right.

Staff is always nice and eager to serve. Food comes out hot and fresh and cooked perfectly. Burgers are on the higher end price wise but can definitely be worth the wait and money.

Stopped by early in the morning for a breakfast burrito. The woman working was wonderful and extremely helpful. I like Carl's juniors breakfast because it seems fresh. However they didn't have enough help and so it was longer than expected.

We both had a number 1 just burger, they were made well! The staff is friendly and professional. Prices are getting high, but that's everywhere! It would be nice to see specials, again, like Friday, half priced fry day! Just so people on fixed incomes can have something to look forward to! Good food but a lil overpriced. Havent seen any kids use the playground so food is more geered to adults. Its okay when you want something different once in awhile but not a go to place.

3 stars because Carl's Jr. is Carl's Jr. You go there and get a decent burger. These days they sell "Mexican food" as well; if they share space with a Green Burrito establishment... BEWARE. Their signature "Green Burrito" and a large coke is $14. They only have about 8 items total on the menu. My suggestion? Support your local taco truck and eat local and independently. Taco truck burritos are usually $5 and some taco trucks offer you a variety of fillings and garnishes! You really need to be adventurous and find your AMAZING local taco truck and keep it secret; only let all your cool friends know. Green Burritto is too damn expensive. Honestly? They cook their beef to well done/slightly charred. I didn't mind it, but I definately didn't enjoy it. Ultimately; your choice, it's about the difference of a $10 bill you could save in your wallet. BUYERS REMORSE.

Carl's Jr. has some pretty tasty burgers. I feel that their a la carte options are not very competitive. For a family of 6, it cost us approximately $65, and we all did not get combo meals. For about the same price we could've had a meal at a sit down full service restaurant. The customer service was pretty spot on, and they even apologized for our incorrect order (something you rarely get anymore). Really my only complaint would be with the cleanliness of the restroom. There was nasty used toilet paper on the ground. The rest of the restaurant was pretty well maintained, including the drink station.

Of the four times I have been to this location the service has declined, getting worse each visit. The times I have visited there has been no line and no hustle from the employees at all. The product produced is what I am used to from Carl's Jr. The company does serve a quality burger and other fixins. My orders have been nothing out of the ordinary and nothing fancy; products off the menu, unchanged. I even purchased the 2 fer special on the sausage and egg biscuits, this was the longest wait to date 20m. Be prepared to wait a bit when you visit.

I usually don't go to carl's jr, but I wanted to try the new prime rib breakfast biscuit. So, here it is... With all of the new breakfast sandwiches, and gimmicks out there, how do you choose? One at a time. The prime rib breakfast biscuit is not worth the money. It's a small piece of meat, that is tasty, but missed the mark as breakfast. At well over$5 each, they offer a dry biscuit with little egg and cheese. Very disappointed, but the chicken strips were a surprise. Honestly I didn't even know they made them, but some of the better strips I've had....(that why they got two stars) But since I only ordered strips and my breakfast sandwich, and my bill was over $18. Sorry Carl, that's just not reasonable.. I will not be going back

Unfortunately this isn't an isolated issue of one restaurant. Carl's Jr has been going down hill for a few years now. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger and fries the new "Western Fries". The burger was so dry it was hard to eat. It comes with BBQ sauce, but over the last few years it's seems that they just wipe a butter knife clean on the bun instead of actually putting sauce on it. The "Western seasoning" was overpowering and added to old cold fries. Definitely not worth the extra buck. All in all the original Coke was the only enjoyable part of my dinner. Very disappointed ☹️

Waited in a (seriously no exaggeration) line for almost 15 mins this was at 9:45pm for them to tell me the fryers are off they're not doing anymore chicken for the night. Mind you this location is 24 hours i believe.. so why in the world would the fryers be off. Simply irritation. No one wants to work anymore...

For spending 85$ and it not being busy at all I was sure we would get fresh french fries and warm burgers but that was not the case at all not only were fries cold the boxes were half filled.

Ordered chicken strips and fries. Chicken was crispy however our fries were soaked in oil and limp. We couldn't do anything about it because we hopped back on the freeway.

The old lady with short hair, that works the Night Shift always messes up my order. I was in the drive-thru so she claimed that she could not understand what I was saying !! It happened more than once! So annoying!

I have not been to a Carl's Jr restaurant in some time we eat out alot and I wanted something different when I went through the drive thru they could not hear me so I had to pull to the second window so I was unable to look at the menu at the time of ordering I ordered two meals witch came out to over $26 I was shocked I pulled away not even thinking that the lady just shut the window on me without giving me my drinks and I had asked for curly fries and I received regular fries I had to drive back thru and get my drinks and then I told them about the curly fries they seemed irritated and handed me a bag with a small curly fry I was supposed to get two large fries I was so irritated by this time I just said forget it the food was poor and the service was even worse the total bill does not add up I will not be doing that again

So I brought my pregnant girlfriend who was lactose intollerant here and told them at least 4 times we wanted a hamburger with no cheese and they still put it on the hamburger. This was at 930 at night and we were the only ones there so i dont understand how hard this was to accomplish. I ordered a quesadilla for myself along with fries, both of these items were cold. Ive been here a few times before and it always seems they get something wrong. I strongly suspect this will be my final visit to this location and recommend others do the same for their own good. Great way to lose 18 dollars.

Just got ripped off $10. I Ordered the grilled steak Burrito. 2 very small slivers of meat the size of 2inch green bean. My first and last time ever to try that item. What I did get was a bean n rice with pico salsa. SO! disappointed. I was already driving to my appt so I didn't turn back

Oil was in serious need of changing, my chicken strips tasted a little fishy. The hamburger patties on my sister's sandwich looked like they had sat to long. Sub par food, the only thing good was the music.

Better off asking for at least 3 packets of cetchup because the burgers are dry and bland the old when it drips on you is no longer. Ever burger there is the same cooked to there is no wetness left. Save money and go to chicks.

Was going to use drive thru but decided to go inside. So glad we did. There were a whole lot of flies inside. We ended up walking out after seeing the swarm of flies. So gross.

Ordered food for the family. Nobody in line at the drive through and a near empty restaurant. Despite nobody being behind us we were told to park in front and wait because the “manager wanted the timer on our order to stop”. Left sitting in front of the restaurant for over 15 minute. I eventually went in and found our food sitting in the counter. The manager Loris didn’t apologize or seem to care that they gave horrible service with an empty restaurant.

I just place an order for one of my favorite hamburgers to eat and I cannot belive how horrible the hamburger was made, not a single item was done correctly, extremely disappointed!!! And the service was horrific 😢 I am in extreme disbelief not to mention frustrated that after spending $30+ dollars I received what I can only describe as the worst meal with TERRIBLE customer service. I can only hope that someone (anyone...) in management will read this and train the employees better.

This location is where my family first started with our love for Carl’s Jr but as of recently it has gone downhill. They are terrible when it comes to redeeming rewards and coupons. Also spotted roaches crawling out the drive through window. Because so frustrated I didn’t even place an order. Last time I come!!!

On 12-7-2024, I ordered a Famous star combo with cheese and asked for no mayo, and no ketchup. When I got home the burger had no cheese, even though I paid the additional charge, and it had mayo on it which I had ordered it without mayo. I tried calling the store and no answer. The app as well would not work even though I do have an account. It's really not that hard to provide an accurate order especially when it's your most basic and popular burger. Even the tomato put in the burger was going bad. What kind of standards are being maintained at this location. This is very upsetting. My order number was 227050 and my cashier was Karla per the information provided on the receipt.

We ordered 2 meals (spent over $30). When we got home to eat, our bag was wet. Opened our meal the buns were all wet, the meat was definitely not charbroiled, it was all mush. The fries were cold and drenched from the soggy food. We called to let the manager know and their supervisor Claudia was so rude then offered to make us a fresh meal. After her being so rude about the situation we were not going to risk eating there again. We asked for our money back and she refused. Asked for a manager and she lied about him being available then he got on the phone and pretended he didn't know what we we were calling about and he tried to refuse giving us our money back. At the end we finally got our money back, it was like pulling teeth.
