I had a great experience at this KFC today thanks to Mya. She was incredibly professional, handled my order with care, and made sure everything was hot and fresh. It’s rare to get such high-quality service at a fast-food spot. Mya is a total asset to the team!

I ordered chicken tender meal. My service was fast and most importantly everything was delicious. Customer service was great. The young man went above and beyond suggesting different sauces to go perfectly with my tenders.

The cleanliness of the restaurant was great and the food was great but the customer service was even better! The team member that helped me was Ofelia and she made sure I had everything I needed! Great experience! Definitely recommend!

The new twister big box combo is a steal! Fatima was very helpful at the counter!

Got the standard 12pc family bucket with sides. Ordered additional sides as my family loves them, besides just the chicken. Did the drive thru that was quick.

We ordered two number 1 combos wich came with 2 pieces of chicken a biscuit a side n a minimum drink. Chicken was tasty, but small real small, sides mashed potatoes and gravy a small portion like for a 5yr old same with my coleslaw. Taist great but portion siE would be great for a 5yr old. Now the potatoe wedges were thin rough like potato jeeky. The cost $31 and change.

I’ve been to this KFC on Golden State several times, and I’m sharing this because I don’t want to see this location fail. The customer service is consistently poor, and the restaurant seems to be run very unprofessionally. The staff are often sarcastic, talk so fast that it’s hard to understand them, and come across as over‑caffeinated and uninterested in the customer. This makes me feel like I can’t trust this KFC and I’m hesitant to return. If the owner chooses not to pay attention to the reviews and ratings on Google, it’s unfortunate, because it seems many other customers are having similar experiences. I am directly challenging the owner and management to do something about it. Please take this feedback seriously, provide better training and supervision, and focus on basic customer service: speaking clearly, being respectful, and making customers feel welcome. I genuinely want this store to succeed, but the service and overall professionalism need to improve.

Do not spend your money here! I don’t like to post reviews unless I have a really bad experience. However, I ordered the $5 tender box that is supposed to come with 2 sauces. Guess what I didn’t get?!?! ANY SAUCE!!! Not even one!!! How hard is it to include what I paid for?? I didn’t even ask for extra sauce, just wanted the ones that should have come with the meal.
