Everything had so much flavor. Even my kids were loving every bite! Definitely will go again. Did call ahead on website at 5pm. Gave a 1 hr window and sat exactly in 1 hr. Fast and friendly service. Sadly only picture I took was my amazing margarita!

Always a great experience _ appetizer was rattlesnake bites- cheese and jalapeños in a crisp breaded deep fried ball. ~6oz sirloin wd, corn and broccoli, all the buns you can eat, and of course my strawberry blended margarita with salt rim no kicker today I usually get the patron extra kicker😁☺️

Been to the new Turlock one a few times now. Twice celebrating life events and we thoroughly enjoy it. We love the fried pickle chips! We always split the full slab of ribs meal and we still take home left overs! You get 2 sides. I get baked potato my other half gets mashed. That drink had a creamy coconut rum and it was perfect. Not too strong.

Well, I dropped off two of my bulls, Pikachu and All Balls to my pal Hobiscus Hobbinstickler at his spread the Backwards H-H Ranch right betwixt Merced and the Texas Roadhouse. Those two fellers are going to have about 1500 acres, and about 300 cows to bump heads over in a few months once the cows are done weening off the little ones. But for now...It's time for the Texas Roadhouse, because nobody does beef better than the Texas Roadhouse! 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

I have been coming with my daughter for the last ten years to celebrate our birthday and not only. Always coming back with pleasure!

Every time I go it seems like the food and service gets better and better. We did a call ahead in the app and we did not have to wait too long after arriving. I usually pick out my ribeye steak at the front. The portions are great for the prices and there is a variety of options other than steak 🥩 They also have good kid-friendly options on the kids menu. We also will definitely be back.

Today my family and I had the best service we’ve ever had at a restaurant. Wow Vicky (Disney girl) by far best waitress I’ve ever had. Not to mention the food was amazing but it’s always good there thank you Texas Roadhouse. See you soon

We were waiting for food for about 30 mins it felt longer because they brought us more bread to cover the time. I probably waited like an hour to eat. We were in the waiting area for about 15 mins, then seated and were not acknowledged for about another 15-20 mins. Following that another 10 mins to order and then 10 to get just our beverages. We also placed our order of food at the same time due to the wait time being so long. We waited exactly 28 mins to get our food. Overall a 2 and a half hour experience and the food was cold and we couldn't get our servers attention to let her know. At that point we just ate, paid and left.

Our waitress and busboy were both very attentive to our needs while maintaining a positive attitude. The environment was inviting and welcoming with great decoration on display. Texas Roadhouse never disappoints! My husband and I had an amazing dinner here. I ordered the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My husband had the ribeye, and he loved that he got to choose his own steak! It was grilled just right, with that perfect char on the outside and incredible flavor inside. Our server was so nice and GREAT! I wish I had caught her name, but she had a pink notebook with Hello Kitty stickers all over it, which was such a fun and personal touch. She was super friendly, attentive, and made our experience even better. The rolls with cinnamon butter were as addictive as ever, and the overall atmosphere was lively and fun. We’ll definitely be back!

This is my very first time going to a Texas Roadhouse and cake here for lunch with my friends. The food was good. I got the 12 oz. Ribeye (well-done), Cesar Salad, and a loaded mashed potato. The bread with butter was yummy and I sure ate well😊 I wasn’t able to finish my food but ended up taking it home so I could finish the rest. Service was wonderful and I love the atmosphere. Amazing RIBS..! I had the Ribs & Fries basket from the Appetizer selection. The meat literally fell off the bone. Succulent, juicy and the flavor left my mouth watering. My griends had the bone in Ribeye that barely fit on the plate with a huge baked potatoe with ALL THE TOPPINGS !! The other friend had a HUGE Salad and the basket of homemade rolls with cinnamon butter were warm, crusty and delicious!The portions were large and we all had to get take home boxes. Price was great due to meal size and YUMMINESS quality. Recommend...

Refreshing change for a Turlock restaurant! This place has one wait staff per three tables! Peanuts are free and get throw them on the ground. You get seated. You're bound to get served. I was very impressed with the number of people working and the demeanor of all the people working. Everybody was happy everybody wanted to be there- and they even do a cool line dance every hour or so. Go there on your birthday, and you get to write a horse or at least saddle on a children's chair! But you can pretend it's a horse and buck all you want! The portions are healthy. The food is great. To be honest with you. I've been there three times and I loved every single time. The one thing you'll notice is the drinks are very, very inexpensive. In fact, every time I've been there I've had at least three margaritas or mixed drinks and with about five people or so the bill is under $300! Come here with a thirst and with an appetite and you won't be disappointed.

This is kind of a strange review because well I really like the food. It wasn't hot. Everything was at best lukewarm but the flavor was insanely good. This is my second time at a Texas Roadhouse and my first visit was certainly not as good as this one. I mentioned about the temperature of the food and received a discount which I am more than happy with because I wasn't planning on sending it back. Anyway. In my opinion, Texas Roadhouse has redeemed itself with me and I will definitely be giving it another try or two Update. Service went up because it was better than normal. Food stayed the same even though they didn't have the ribs I wanted. Maybe next time

Classic Texas Roadhouse! Loved the bread. Steaks were massive. Pick your own up front to make sure you have one way too big! It was everything I wanted it to be and then some! Really enjoyed a trip down memory lane!

I've had mediocre visits here before but this visit was excellent start to finish! We joined the wait-list by phone as we left home in Ceres and our table was ready by the time we got to Turlock 10 minutes later. Walked directly to the table and things moved in a timely manner from there. We ordered off the early dine menu AND used a birthday coupon without issue. The rolls were hot, fresh, and plentiful. The loaded potato skins were at our table quickly after we order and tasted fresh. My country fried steak was small and chewy. Not sure if I would order that again but everything else was top notch and our waiter was very attentive.

Texas Roadhouse is not usually a place I think I need to review, but since this is a new location, I'll leave this here. Atmosphere- The atmosphere is typical for Texas Roadhouse. It can be loud with music and sometimes yelling and singing. If you're not interested in loud music and other noises, I've found that it is less intense early in the afternoon. Service - I thought the service could have been better. It felt like it took a bit longer to get our food after ordering. It could be because they were out of bread and we had nothing to do while we waited for a fresh batch. It took a bit of time for refills although our server did check in often during our visit. Food - Rolls, Prime rib, filet medallions, new york steak, ribs, chili, house salad, baked potato, kids mac and cheese. (Don't mind the extra onions) - Most of our food was good as expected for Texas Roadhouse. The majority of our food was hot, seasoned well, made as ordered (medium rare, etc). The kids mac and cheese was nothing spectacular but my daughter enjoyed it. It appeared to be premade and served to order. The new york looked small for 8 oz. For those who enjoy filet mignon, I recommend the filet medallions. While they are smaller cuts, you'll receive 9oz instead of the typical 8. In addition, it is served on a bed of rice with two other sides. You get more food for a lower price. I ordered the prime rib cooked to medium (I normally get medium rare), which may have been a mistake. It was a bit dry but still delicious. - My only complaint were the salad dressing, ribs and chili. The ranch dressing was thick and tasted a bit off (not spoiled but maybe too much or too little of an ingredient), the ribs were dry, old, and leathery. The chili was barely warm. Overall, our experience was good and we would visit again. Just avoid the ribs if you don't want to be disappointed.

Word of advice when ordering how cooked you like the steaks I would suggest more that what you usually choose i usually do med and should have done med well either than that the food was great first time trying texas roadhouse went in just as they opened and it was fast to get in and out

Overall, the dining experience was great. Waiting for seating is the only complaint I would have. If you come in and you're waiting for others in your party to arrive, they will not seat you till the others arrive. I got called for my table, went up to the hostess booth and because my friend had not arrived, I was put back in the que to wait till she got there. Then we were seated...The bartender Gabe is amazing, very attentive to your needs, and very personable. Every time I've been in there, he has been the same. Amazing. Prices are fairly reasonable, portions of food are good, and overall the staff is very polite. Definitely a good place to dine!

Very good portion sizes. Very outgoing, nice staff. Food is very good. Tonight I had an appetizer as a meal and it was still too much food. The green beans here are phenomenal! My party of 5 loved their food, and all of us had leftovers except one, and that wasn't for trying. Variety of options! Will definitely go back to try other things. The service from staff was excellent! Our server Mathias gave exceptional service and the rest of the staff was very welcoming. It was a short 20 min wait on a Friday evening. Loved the fresh warm bread with butter. Enjoyed the BBQ chicken sandwich as well as the steak! Fries are delicious as is the mashed potatoes. Definitely on the pricier side bit eas worth experiencing once. Would recommend!

Ordered a medium rare got a well-done ribeye. I didn't want to sound like a complainer in front of my coworkers, so I took it and gave it to the dog. I visited last night again. I got a well-done steak when I ordered a medium rare steak. This time, the manger made his wrong right and was much more impressed. Thank you, Jeff.

This was our first time trying Texas Roadhouse ever. The food was amazing! Despite it being a busy night, we didn’t have to wait too long for our food to be brought out to us. However, the waitress we had was horrible. I sat halfway through my dinner with no refill as many waitresses including ours walked by never checking in. Additionally, when our buns were brought she dropped the butter and never gave us a replacement. We were never checked on and felt as if we were forgot. I was eating ice to get some liquid down my throat to wash my food down. The food though? Delicious 10/10 everything was so yummy. Sad we have a bad customer service experience :/ probably won’t go to this one again. I recommend skipping out on Turlock’s chain.

Just read a review about a server rushing the guests. Mine was very similar!! Went last night and the waiter was not great. Her name is Liz. And my husband still tipped her because he's not greedy! The food was great! I just can't stand a moody waiter made me even more upset I asked her if she could do the birthday shout out because we were there celebrating our sons birthday ! Well she of course forgot. Just wished we had better service.

I’ve came to this place twice and the first was very good service. The 2nd time I went and took my family for a bday dinner our waiter was rushing us to eat and leave. She lied to us that there was no bread available and backed up when we literally saw other waiters bring out the bread and butter to their guests. The food came out and it was delicious. The thing was every-time we were eating our waiter kept looking back at us and asking if we needed anything else like 5x which we didn’t we were just trying to enjoy our dinner. Then she brought out our check and said if we needed to go boxes. Usually as a customer we ask for the check when we are ready to pay and leave. She didn’t give us that option or chance to do so. She was just rude and in such a rush to leave. As soon as we paid she took off never saw her again. We weren’t even taking our time we were in there probably like an hour. I just felt like her service could have been better but she chose to make haste for some reason.

My only complaint...Had 3 legend margaritas and not one buzz. Sat at the bar and the tequila that they put in there is under the shot limit. Weak and watered down drinks. They were tasty but not a top shelf. Services were great. Food was great.

We waited for seats and food longer than the time it took to actually eat. I think we got full on the bread. It was delicious but I got there hungry and I packed all my food to go i got full on bread and water. The food was delicious but we hardly seen our server vanessa. But Darius was quick, ready and willing to help. I got there at 3:15 got seated at 4 and we left by 5:30 we told the waitress we were ready to order when she seated us. However she said she would take our order when she brought the drinks. However she had come to our table three times before she took our order. I feel like a place is only as good as their service. And even though the food is delicious it was horrible to have to wait so long for the attention.

Kitchen was overwhelmed. Server did not get the order correct. Food came out sub-par. Bread was raw, steaks not cooked properly, mushrooms burnt, and missing items. They seem to make sure their lousy dance moves are on point rather than guests' food.

3rd time here thinking it would be better, but it's about the same. Inconsistency with the steak. Order medium rare and got more of a medium well steak. My wife had the prime rib and she said it was good.

It's strange because usually we get exceptional service here , first off our cheese wasn't melted on our food all the way, my steamed veggies were still raw under cooked the crushed chicken had way too much salt , I don't understand what happened to the quality here , sucks because we loved this place, the good thing was our bread was good as always ,I dont know maybe they got a new cook but unfortunately we ended up returning the food we couldn't eat the manager was kind enough to remove it.

2 months ago we went, and the wait was much longer than we were told. Just be honest! Our waitress was very nice and the food was good. The kitchen made a mistake and gave my husband two more shrimp than he had ordered. There is choice to get an extra order or part of a meal. We were stunned when the MANAGER came over with an empty plate and asked my husband to remove 2 shrimp on the skewer and put it on the empty plate, and he took it away. NOT a good look for your manager. All of this over two shrimp. It will be a while if we ever come back. Small kindnesses mean a lot.

Usually have a great time here, every time, but one time can ruin a person’s whole perspective on this location. Got drinks one night and they were super watery, and tasted like they had no alcohol. When I explained this to the manager he said it was “policy” to use predetermined amounts of each ingredient. I agreed that’s fine if that’s the policy but this drink specifically has no alcohol, and I didn’t want to pay extra for watered down juice. Manger argued with me and tied to say he couldn’t remove it from my tab since it was “half empty.” It was half empty because I had everyone at my table try it and thy all agreed there was no alcohol. Manager eventually removed it off my tab, but not my husband’s also watered down drink. The service was absurd for a Texas Roadhouse. I expected better from this manager in particular. The only good thing about this experience was our second server Marc. He saved the experience and is the only person we decided to tip for his outstanding service.

I have been here several times, every time it gets worse, service is going, food is going. This place has lost its touch. It’s dinner rush, 530pm waited 30 minutes (not bad) but in that time they didn’t put one steak over 14oz. Poor selection, asked if they could put more out and was told that’s what they had. Just not as impressive as in the past, if you have to go, go, but going back to other options

The last time I'll ever come here. Our waitress was nice, the rolls were good. My wife liked her food but they hated me. Asked for steak medium well. It was between rare and medium rare. Texas roadhouse has yet to get a steak right for me. Here's the kicker, the mac n cheese came out in sandwich bag with no cheese! My long Island iced tea didn't have enough coca cola, so that tasted off. It was 80 minutes and a meal I can't get back. I really don't understand how this place does so well, when they can't do anything right.

Have had bad experience before but thought maybe it would change. Went for me and my sons birthdays. Wrong choice. Server was good but food was bad. I asked for a hamburger well done but it was medium rare. My son wanted a medium steak but got a well done steak. Took 30 minutes to get him another steak so he was eating it while everyone else was already done eating. I did not get anything else because the night was completely ruined by bad cooks. Never again will I return to Texas roadhouse. Happy birthdays to us.

Never cared to ever leave a review for anything because this is for old people but I am. We went in at 9pm on 5/20 usually always receive amazing service here. Saw our server a total of 2times also never offered a refill. I don’t know her name because she didn’t even speak to us. She was wearing a hat. Never thought I’d ever leave a 0$ tip in my life but for her we made an exception.

Made reservations that said an hour wait. We had put down 4 people and a high chair. After 2 hour wait they call our names. When we’re about to be seated they said adding a high chair didn’t mean adding a person. Hostess was very rude and refused to accommodate. Two other hostesses gave her an option which she refused and told us we would have to wait another 30 minutes! Her response was it’s not my fault you didn’t check in right! As we were about to leave I asked for the manager. He spoke to the hostess and she completely lied saying she gave us other options and that we refused! He did sit us down without a wait or a problem. Having to ask for management when clearly she could’ve accommodate is unacceptable. If you don’t like your job or helping people? You shouldn’t work in customer service. It was my first time at this location. I’ve never had a problem at the Modesto restaurant. Will not be returning or recommend anyone here.

It’s was a terrible experience the wait was terrible and the food was just as bad…. it was my husband’s birthday and I asked them to sign to him. They forgot even after I reminded them about it. Avoid this location unfortunately it was not the first time they disappointed us. We won’t be back here.

Ordered to go and it wasn't ready at the time given. We had to wait 10 more minutes and we ended up sitting in the car to eat and the steaks were the first thing we took a bite of and each one of them were cold. Our steaks were all well done when we asked for medium well. Flavorless steaks and so dry. Couldnt even eat the mac and cheese it was awful no flavor. And they forsure skimped on my Ceasar salad. Maybe eating in the restaurant would be different but ordering to go was a horrible experience for us.

My husband & I went there tonight for our anniversary. We both had the sirloin steak my husbands steak was tender but mine was very tough so tough I could get my fork in it. I couldn't eat it. I told the server he apologized. That's it an apology no offer to replace it. I find that unacceptable honestly. Not sure I'll go back.

I went to place an order Togo, and 2 workers hustled past by me and ignored me, I then requested to place an order and was told to wait(mins u there was no costumes waiting at all) place my order, almost $60 and portions were super small. Looked like what a kid would eat, even the salads. Really disappointed i should have went to apple bees or else where and would have spent less and not still be hungry, we didn’t order drinks. And it came with 3 small shrimps!!!

Super excited to eat here heard about it for years ordered a steak from the window asked if there's any more steaks because there's only a few in it the girl that helped me said she didn't know as I sat there near it I saw them refill it. My steak was Bland had no seasoning. I had to send it back they overseasoned it and brought it back charred. My ribs without sauce were overcooked and crispy the bad kind of crispy. 253 dollar bill and I'll never go to that bunk place again so many better places to have a steak in Turlock. Center Street Bar and Grill, Bistro 234, even Cuts is better than that place. The pictures are what we didnt eat . Not because we were full it just wasnt Good . Went in at 9 pm store slow, 3 very pathetic steaks in the counter. Was told to stand over by the meat counter, about 10 minutes later i got taken to a table. I told the kid the steaks do not look good he goes well you can order off the menu. Get seated with old over cook biscuit’s very hard. The butter I normally love, tasted horrible. Asked for the Managing Partner. He apparently hides in the kitchen. This store should have a complete overhaul! Fire the managing partner. He is obviously incompetent and can not run a store. Was put at a dirty table with food on the floor. I pray that corporate takes head secret shop this store then fire the whole mess. Maybe Jon Taffet can come and scream at all of them. They are totally useless!

New place,Wait was long service was OK but they need more training hosted was on her phone a lot little rude. Loud in the sitting area but give it some time before going it could get better.. Update 4/16/25 Okay after two years of not eating here. We decided to try this one more time and as to know surprise it still a Disappointment our food was not cooked fully our chicken was still with a little blood on both dishes. So at this point I'm done with this place...

Waitress didn't bring us any bread until we were almost done with dinner already, horrible service

Steak was over cooked, waitress had to be hunted down. So my bf steak was extremely over cooked, my food got cold waiting for them to redo his streak. This was his birthday dinner. It was a disaster.

I ordered a bone in ribeye and I got something else. I did not even enjoy it. I gave it to my kid and I paid a good $40 dollars.

The food was terrible. It's unbelievable that someone can actually cook a steak and it not have any flavor at all. We didn't even finish the food. It looked great, but it had zero flavor. For $100 bill, I expected something at least decent. Just because it's big, doesn't mean it's worth it. Don't bother with the Turlock location. Hopefully, other locations are better. It smelled good outside, but none of that smokey smell was inside. None. It must've been Applebee's. I was excites to try this place. I will not be going back. It was such a disappointment.

Our entire meal was salty. My kids food, the blooming onion, the baked potatoes are completely covered in salt on the outside now. I even asked the waitress she said "they come like that now". I will never never eat at a Texas roadhouse again. Even for the bread ...

Husband ordered their steak with sides of mashed potatoes and green beans. He said for his steak to be extra well done…with NO PINK. Steak came back pink. Also ordered boneless wings hot and they literally took forever (more than 30 minutes) just to get em out….we arrived around 2ish and it was pretty empty so not sure why they took so long to get them out. If it hadnt been for the server to come check on us they wouldnt have brought my wings out. After I brought it to his attention that we still needed my wings they took maybe another 15-20 minutes. Also our server was kinda sleepin on us 🫠total lack of attention here. I loved texasroadhouse but I think Ill skip it for now ✌🏻not like its cheap its expensive as heck. Least give me my food how I WANT IT.

We got seated at 5:15 and our table was assigned to a waiter who wasn’t even on shift until 6pm. They apologized for the mistake and offered free appetizer. After a hour and a half we finally got our food and also ended up getting charged for the free appetizer, didn’t feel like bringing it up I just wanted to get out of there at this point.

We did not make a reservation but we were told it would be an hour wait. After several people where called before us (they also didn’t have a reservation) I asked how much longer. They forgot about us and we had to wait more. By the time we where able to order it had been nearly 2 hours. Once we got our food not only was it cold and salty but they also got the orders wrong. They burned my daughter’s burger and it was un eatable. Last time we come to this place. Every one failed except the server. I left a tip because he did seemed to be the only one who was helpful.
