Completely speechless. Absolutely love the change I’ve seen recently! Night and day. The energy and charisma from the staff has dramatically improved. The restaurant is extremely clean now. The food quality is immaculate. Highly recommend checking them out again because we all know in the recent days it’s been a disappointment.

We love the brisket tacos and shredded chicken nachos. The food, atmosphere and overall cleanliness has improved tremendously with the new changes and Ty stepping back in to clean it up! If you ever wanted to give Fuzzys another chance, now is the time! We couldn't be more excited about eating at our favorite place again!

We walked in and the smell of such great food made me want to order the whole menu. We ordered from Dallas and she was so helpful. She told us the exact size of the breakfast burrito and taco. She even eats there which sealed the deal on getting g the great food. Dallas' smile is so inviting. Can't wait to come back.

Fuzzy Taco Shop is the Beeess Kneeesss... 🐝 We stopped here to have breakfast. We were greeted in immediately. Straight way to the counter to order your food and pay, then they call your Order Number at the counter for you to pick up. We order the Huevos Rancheros Plate. Practically one of the few Restrurants in Tyler that serves this plate with papa's (potatoes). Just how we like them!!! Not FRIES, 'NOT' HASHBROWNS... Papas!!!...lol. Sauce is piping hotttt... 🔥 Good but fire in your mouth... 🔥🔥 Next time will order sauce on the side and hold Jalepenos. 🌶 Over-all was a great experience. Food tasted GREAT! We ordered two plates plus bacon of Huevos Rancheros with a coffee and water and paid about $22 and change. Not Bad... pretty reasonable for two people. We will definitely be back to try their bar soon!!

I loved eating Herr it was fantastic. The beer battered cod is the best and the birria queso is so good. I will be back for the happy hour. Ryan is the best bartender the drinks were so good.

The surprise of the night wasn’t the food, though—it was the full-on DJ party vibes. The music was so loud that ordering turned into a game of charades. The sweet girl at the counter had to flash the total on her hands because none of us could hear a thing. Fun atmosphere if you’re in the mood for a taco rave, but maybe not the best if you’re trying to have a conversation over dinner.

Been a while since I've been to Fuzzy's and it was my husband's first time. We took our time with looking at the menu and deciding what to order, partially because the cashier was busy having a conversation with her friend and didn't pay us any attention. We were some of the last customers dining in so I guess there wasn't any need to call out the order number, but there were still a couple of other people and they just left our food on the counter and we had to to ask them if it was ours. Not much customer service, basically. Also while we were eating, we saw the kitchen staff drink with the bar staff and other customers. I know it's pretty chill, but as someone in the food industry, I'd be on my staff to not drink on the clock. Food was alright. Fish tacos hit the spot, but hoped for a spicier green sauce with the enchiladas. Bowl was also okay

This place was awesome when they opened and for a few years after. They used to have a surf vibe to them and the food was consistent and high-quality, the service was always awesome. The manager they used to have, I don’t remember his name, was always running around the joint serving people and talking to them. He was great, the vibe was great, everything about Fuzzy’s was great. After moving away and being gone for about a decade, i’ve moved back to find that Fuzzy’s has poorly remodeled, plays garbage pop-country over the speakers, serves awful quality food, and is never busy even during peak hours. It just sucks now. The folks working here have (usually, not always) poor attitudes. I ordered chips and guacamole today and the guacamole was literally 70% lettuce… How? Guacamole isn’t even supposed to have lettuce it in, is it? Huge bummer, but I’ve given them a few chances this year and it’s been consistently disappointing. I won’t ever come back.

I paid $8 for two fried tacos and received the smallest smidgen of chicken in them. The sopapilla bites were just corn tortillas sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. The burritos had guacamole globbed into the bottom of the burrito so when you bite into it, it was just a guac taco. And nothing that should have been fried, like the tacos and sopapilla bites, was fried. The guacamole tasted like I was eating a lemon slice. Everything I received was all nasty and didn't taste good. The chicken couldn't even boast good flavor for what little we got. I usually love Fuzzys Tacos, but whoever "new management" is, they should bring back the old management. This has been mine and my husband's favorite to go place when take a trip to Tyler, but not after this. My spouse went inside to get the to go order and told me the cashier was more concerned to flirt with the girl standing by the counter than to give him timely service. They also didn't send the utensils and butt burning sauce their online ordering says you have to request on the order otherwise they won't send it. I was also gifted two gift cards for the place and only one worked, I have a receipt for the purchase of them showing it should have 50 dollars on both but only one went through. It honestly feels like its not even worth it to get it fixed because the food was disgusting. Currently looking for a new spot. I'm so angry I spent over fifty dollars here for something I could have made drunk out of my head out of the leftovers in the back of the fridge. It would have tasted better to stay at home.

My family and I went to the Fuzzy’s, in Tyler. The one located at 1871 Troup Hwy. we all got the nachos, and built them up with add-ons. When we got them, some of the ingredients were missing or as we were told were there we just didn’t see them. They put the nacho cheese on the bottom so by the time we got to the chips, they were soggy. We were missing the pico de gallo, we had very little guacamole and sour cream, had to go back and ask for extra cheese and salsa. In the young lady who said she built them, said she didn’t forget anything and everything was there when we Could plainly see that there was items missing from the extra toppings we had ordered. The music was a little loud for our taste, some may have liked it, but we didn’t. So for us, it was a spectacular fail. They receive a great F. We will not return. And as a sidenote, when my daughter was speaking to the young lady. She just turned and walked away. For me, that’s a dealbreaker is for returning.

Tried to have lunch here today. My wife and I use to frequent this place often. But since we’ve moved out of Tyler and rarely come to this part of Tyler we haven’t been in a while. What a surprise when we walked in at 1:45 today. Floor nasty unswept smelled of dirty pine sol mop water. We got past that and stepped up to the ordering counter. There were two people sitting at the bar and the bartender was opening them a few beers. Not even eye contact or hello. We stood at the counter for almost 5 minutes with zero greeting. The phone rang. the bartender walks to the counter where we are patiently waiting to order. Still doesn’t make eye contact. SHE ANSWERS THE PHONE and proceeds to take a phone order. We proceeded to walk out and unfortunately won’t ever go back to this place.

Very disappointed. Says it’s under new management but they seem like they don’t have everything together.. The cashier did not know how to make drinks. We had to wait 26 minutes to get a drink. The Manager was notified about a drink the cashier couldn’t make and still didn’t make our drink until notifying her again. We ordered another round of drinks, The cashier brought out our drinks and apologized and picked out a hair from the drink and walked away. I notified the manager they fixed it pretty quickly.. the food was delicious! But we unfortunately will not be back. We are hoping for better management soon! The way things are now, will definitely will not bring in busy business. Hopefully it will be back to how it use to be!

We ordered the family enchilada meal . We recived a pan of meat and two very small pans of rice . Not what was pictured at all. My husband took it up there to make sure the portion size was correct and to get the enchiladas not the pan of ground beef. The guy told him that the order was correct but missing the tortias sauce and cheese . He said we had to build our own. No where on thier web page or door dash does it say build your own. I was supposed to have two sides of rice I did get both pans however the pans were not even a 3rd way full. The man said that it was the correct serving amont and it was supposed to feed 4 to 5 people. I have photos but its nit giving me the option to post them

I loved the server that used to be there her name was Ryan and was so sweet. But the new bosses and management have really brought down the place, I don't think they even washed there hands once, there not friendly, the good people are being pushed out the door. It's sad. Please do better!

Ordered fish tacos, took one bite and nearly barfed; fish was terrible. Took them to the register and was informed that they would not swap for another menu item. I said, ”So, I’m stuck with them?” The lady replied, “Pretty much”. I’ll never visit another Fuzzy’s Tacos……STICK WITH TACO BELL!
