Came in at 8:45 pm on 06/08/23 and received the most outstanding service. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman helping me, but I found out at checkout that I needed to pay with smaller bills. He was incredibly helpful and patient as I went to grab correct change. He was very joyful and kind, as well as giving me some extra cookies. Just a simple late night order made my night! Hopeful that gentleman is able to see this.
The young man behind the counter was absolutely amazing.
Goo place to eat. Mostly there only 1 person who is working all the time and having to do prep. Online bake, and lobby. Sometimes drive thru if he can. I can understand it's way too much. And most customers don't understand and always complain. And never used there heads. No wonder he does the best he can but it's too much for 1.

I had a buffalo sandwich (comprised of lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapenos and American cheese) on 6-inch wheat bread, with some chips and a small drink. It was real good.

Wasn't to pleased with the service they were not in stock. And the 5.99 meal is for the Italian BMT not the basic sandwiches like tuna or Turkey.. you actually pay more for those.. crazy ..

I was in visiting once, I remember it was only two people who were there, I really love the workers one of them was very spiritual a beautiful person inside and out. I hate that I felt that it was some type of racism going on, because the two ladies were black working extremely hard with the lunch rush the management on duty that day never came to help out. Secondly, this subway need to learn to HONOR GREAT employees no matter what color person skin, stop acting as though they are slave masters with their workers of color, because everyone need a job. Thirdly, how do we make America great when places like this one still act like the black workers in the workplace are slaves. Finally, this only let me know that the managers, regional managers, higher authorities think that they are slave masters. My opinion as a CEO, ALL management team should be fired and hire ALL new management, because this store ONLY reflects its management mindset. It’s so sad that this company still exists with the type of management that is running this store.

Food good. Server wearing dirty gloves after being at register. Every table dirty. Debris in windowsills by the tables. Restrooms not serviced . Windows filthy .

I’ve visited this location twice and I’m always disappointed. Staff isn’t friendly. And the lady keep rushing me in selecting the items for my sandwich. Veggies look slightly old and thawed. No thank you, come again or anything. When someone else came, she told me to get my receipt when it comes out.

One employee working today who is standing outside when we pull up to order on the drive thru. He sees us pull up to the drive thru and runs inside and pretends no one is there. He does not come to the speaker or to the window. He doesn’t even pick up the phone. Where are the responsible adults who want to run a business? Horrible!

Placed an order for delivery only to find out they do t deliver. Called several times with no answer. So I called a different location to get a customer service number only to met with a rude attitude as to why I was calling that location about a different location. All around rude employees who have no since for customers. The managers and corporate should really be aware of this but I was told that there is no corporate number either. And I was also told that I can get a refund or cancel the order how awesome is that.
They can never get a order correct. Even when it on the app. The people in this store act stupid and refuse to refund. Because, he doesn't know how.
Paid for order and then employee tried to stiff me. Food was horrible. Just tossed together. Employee rude. Not enough people working at store. Tried to be understanding since so few people work there but employees get attitude as if I’m responsible for bad working conditions. Do yourself a favor and just avoid the place. It’s less work for the lone person posted there for minimum wage and you don’t have to put up with bad service
Husband placed our online order. When we went to pick it up we waited 30 minutes for our 2 subs while there were no other customers in the restaurant and no one in the drive-thru. There were 2 employees, one who I could tell was new, and another who instead of making our sandwiches, made himself lunch for his break. There was also a man in a red jacket who didn’t look like a manager but was in the back with the new employee just watching him and then went and sat down??? When we finally got home with our lunch, both sandwiches were made wrong and neither sandwich was cut. This is the second time we’ve had this issue and no one answered their phones when we tried to call. Will be avoiding this location from now on.
Service was terrible. They two guys there looked like they didn't want to assist us. When we ordered our food the ingredients were scarcely placed on our sandwiches. The veggies were the only thing you could see on the sandwich and not much else of the main ingredient. Veggies were fresh and what little meat there was on my Philly steak was good. For that I gave it a star.
We waited 20 minutes in drive through with no one in front of us. Only one person in store. (We could see inside) We asked him to read our order back at window it was wrong. We corrected him. We still got a messed up sandwich. Wrong meat. Wrong sauce. The guy was rude and rolled his eyes at us. My husband and I have both worked at subway when younger. It’s stupid easy. Come on.
If I could leave a 0 I would definitely leave a 0. Walked in the door was not greeted at all! First remark what can I get you. Didn’t even reach the counter to even look to see what we wanted. Husband asked for tuna sub worker stated he didn’t have any. Probably has already put it away because he doesn’t like his job. No name tag! My husband asked for a Philly cheese steak as he is making it. He is putting vegetable on it so m my husband asked what type of sandwich is that? Worker stated garlic and cheese, we replied no the Philly cheese steak He argued he asked for a garlic steak! Straight arguing about what we wanted because apparently he doesn’t like his job and needs to find a new 1. Main reason I don’t visit restaurants today! If you don’t like your job then please find a new 1. It’s just that simple dang nobody wants to go to these restaurants and spend they’re hard earn money to not get any type of good customer service. Subway definitely have to do better!!!
I literally just sat here and waited for over 15 minutes. They took care of everyone else before me when I was there first. Seriously?!?!
Last week, I had to go to a different location after arriving for a mobile order because y’all were out of steak and the app didn’t say that, and today my sandwich is missing the banana peppers and CHEESE. How do you forget cheese on a Philly?! I’ve tried calling up there for a correction and can’t even get through. It’s infuriating when I already have a short lunch break and I used my only $2 off i had in the app. Do better!
Went in for lunch got 2 footlong sandwiches. Both beasts. Asked for itialian bread on both got white. 3 pieces of turkey on 1 sandwich and was told that they didn't have any more sliced or prepped. So 1 sandwich didnt get it and had to double up on another meat sure ok. Next no mayo in the building supposedly didn't have enough for the sandwich then went looking for one and eventually came back with another bottle almost empty and said there wasn't any left anywhere. Needless to say I am a person that trys to avoid conflict. No we are not going to eat the food we got today I don't know that I won't get sick if that was left out all night. But if your store can't be prepared to open and are out of stuff that you have in the cooler what are employees doing? Oh most likely still playing on their phones. I was warned before going there and I should have listened to them. We will not be coming back. If I were the manager I would seriously consider looking at the schedule.
The guy working at 9pm on 08/12/2024 was extremely rude and very hostile at the fact that me and my friends had coupons and made verbal threats towards us. He acted very unprofessionally and was using a lot of profanity and on top of that after we sat down he locked the door an hour early. I am very dissatisfied and I will not be dining at this subway ever again.
