Everything I've ordered here has been amazing. Hot Corn Beef sandwich, Chinese Chicken Salad, Mexican Potato, the Pumpkin Shake! It's always been a favorite spot for me and my family. Thanks Windmills Café we will be back.

This is my favorite restaurant! If I became rich, I would eat breakfast, lunch, AND dinner here! The staff is amazing and the food is delicious and affordable.

We had chicken fried steak n eggs. It was a large portion. It came out in a timely manner. The chicken fried steak was plated on top of one fluffy biscuit sliced in half with country gravy on top of it all next to some golden hash browns aside to over medium eggs. Mmm mnm good! Service was great and waitress was attentive

Very thorough menu for breakfast, lunch and now dinner until 7pm. Everything we’ve had at Windmills had been great and reasonably priced. Not fancy, but very comfortable with friendly staff. Some favorites include: fish and chips, crispy chicken salad, club sandwich, chicken sandwich and more. Large servings usually allow for “doggie bags” for a snack later. Our favorite place for lunch!

Sausage patties vs. Links conveyed by my waitress was good advice. Marble Rye perfect, scram eggs spot on. Country potatoes nice but will order crispier next time. Service and atmosphere good.

My son and I went in for lunch, nice very clean. They were prompt in their service. Our waitress was very nice. We both ordered cheese burgers they were cooked to the way we ordered them. Talk about a huge burger...omgosh. I had to get a doggy bag😆. Definitely a place to try.

Great food. The original burger AND California burger were delicious. I split the California burger and left stuffed! Best onion rings I've ever had and I have lived all over the western US. The only complaint I heard was my mom thought their chocolate shake was odd tasting, but I had the mocha and it was excellent.

Absolutely awesome. 😊 The food was delicious and filling. Note: the Giant California Burger is just what the name says -- giant! Good for a teenager to devour, or a couple adults to share. The staff is the friendliest in town. Highly recommended!

We visited Windmills Cafe for Sunday breakfast. They have patio seating with heaters. All set-up for convenience and safety. Lots of good breakfast choices. Very attentive service. Our meal was perfect. Great food with nice portions. All for a fair price. Wonderful experience. We'll be back!

Great customer service from the waitress. She made me feel welcomed. When you noticed my creamer looked bad after pouring it in my coffee she came back right away with a fresh cup of coffee.

A fantastic place to grab breakfast. The environment was very chill. The place was clean and quiet. We got plenty for two of us for $25. Reminds me of all my favorite breakfast spots in the Midwest.

Got out of town and headed to Ukiah California where I was advised to go checkout Windmills Cafe. First off the parking was easy and nicely located which I always love. Second, the food was amazing. I chose the biscuit and gravy which was a delight. The people with me chose stuff from all pages of the menu. If in Ukiah, give this local place a try as the food here is delicious 😋

Had a giant breakfast here. Very good and friendly staff. They offer two different coffees as well as decaffeinated versions. Small detail is they don't add milk to the scrambled eggs. Good toast selection too.

They always have the best attitudes. They are always making sure your ok and if you need refills. Have never had anything bad come from the kitchen. Food is excellent. A little high on their prices but it is well worth the money.

Great food and excellent service from Nina! The fruit bowl was particularly yummy and so was the Mexican scramble that came with all the wonderful sides actually on the side!!! Yay love that! We will be back!

The food was amazing most of all I liked that I could have a little bit of each thing I wanted 1 blue berry pancake 1 egg 2 bacons and 1 biscuit and gravy. The mimosas are amazing they didn't do it weak like other places they put the right amount.

The Homeless Wanderer that approached me explained that the crime rate has escalated dramatically since he's come to town, and he'd be willing to make sure nobody breaks into my truck while I'm in the restaurant...for a small fee of course. He said the chicken and rice dinner is excellent here and the wait person will be happy to bring it right out to me while I guard your truck! It's a small price to pay, so I agreed...and the chicken and rice dinner was Amazing! 5 Stars ☆☆☆☆☆

Went and helped a customer on their table order but for DoorDash that’s not gonna happen….. I have watched someone come in place an order and leave before I get my DoorDash order… still being ignored Since this post service is great! They are speedy … busy periods some one actually will talk to you l!!!! Now I would like to try this places food!!! I need a proper review

They’ve raised the prices past my comfort level, they’ve deleted all my favorites to the menu. Will not be returning.

We give this place a try for our Saturday breakfast the atmosphere was nice everything on the table and inside the dining room are cleaned the staff was right on spot, food was decent definitely be back

Eat here couple times a week, getting pricier every few weeks. There are no bad choices on the menu. Baconblu burger is huge! Mendo club is great also, chicken fajitas excellent.

We had a great waitress with very good service, but the food was mediocre at best. Not a good value for the money for the food we received.

The veggie burger was kinda undercooked, the green salad was fresh but the bleu cheese dressing was thin, with no actual cheese pieces found. Servers were helpful but their online pay system didn't work. The bullet holes in the windows and general rundown appearance don't make up for the windmill motif.

Decent little place for breakfast or lunch. I had the Cobb salad, but they did offer all day breakfast which is nice. We are outside due to the Covid, but the staff was friendly and all wore facemasks and gloves, I guess in these times it is something to include on n a review. Stop by and grab a bite.

The food was just okay, and not a lot of choice for coffee, especially for the milk. They also either don't make iced coffee drinks, or our server didn't understand. It is prettier here than the place across the road—the décor is quite charming, actually—but we'll nevertheless just go to the other place next time.

I ordered loaded french fries, the appetizer, It was actually cold when it came the cheese was hardened over. It look like the drugs of another order of fries. All the small hard pieces. The worst french fries I've ever had. Terribly disappointed.

The eggs were supposed to be over medium but they were barely cooked at all. My son's chicken strip was so overcooked and hard that he didn't even eat it. My French toast was eggy on the inside. The server was nice though

I wanted to like this place, but just couldn't. The frozen hash browns were heated, but not cooked. The stale bisquit was toasted on the grill using whatever grease was on there. The salt shaker didn't work because the holes were plugged up. Basically I feel sorry for the people who have to work here.

I used to enjoy this place with moderate pricing and decent food. My last visits, especially most recent were beyond disappointing. Higher prices for poor quality. The staff is very nice but food was not even edible this time. Probably still ok for a burger but i wont give the restaurant any more chances.

Would like to have experienced the food again but they closed the kitchen before 8pm as posted, considering 8pm is early to close as a norm you'd think they would at least be serving till 8pm.

Scrambled eggs were gross, they were over-hard then just chopped. Hash browns were cold. And then the waitresses were on the phone all the time and to busy having personal conversations to attend to to the tables.,they took forever. Not coming back.

The food was decent. the service was at part! But when someone ask for some extra gravy because there was not enough! You should warn people that it's 50¢ and let them make the discussion if they still want it! For that the tip of 20.00$ I normally give for great service!!! I gave pocket change!!! There's food 4 thought!!!

Just went in for a celebratory brunch with my son for winning his first basketball game ! Woo hoo right ?! We were greeted immediately, seated and given drinks. Awesome ! We went to bathroom, came back and took a quick glance at the menu. Then we waited to order. Waited and waited..several others were seated, drinks given and then asked if they were ready to place an order all while me and my son are patiently waiting. Several employees walked past but not one stopped to ask if we needed anything ! Let's just say we ended up leaving and will not be going back !! Worst service ever !!

As far as the atmosphere, the restaurant at least should be remodeled and updated. I understand the restaurant to be under New Management, and apparently the new owners don't care about return customers. I would personally be ashamed to take anybody that I cared anything about to that restaurant.
