I love Panda Express, but reason I won’t give 5 stars in the location is because they seem to be stingy when it comes to their portions. I had to ask for extra chowmein, something I’ve never done at a Panda Express. The portions on the orange chicken and teriyaki chicken were a little below normal.

Haven't been to Panda in years so we decided to give it a try again. This place was nice and clean great customer service ordered online so we just walked in asked for our order took about 5 mins and we walked out. The food was cheap nice and warm but it wasn't anything amazing about the taste of the food it was just ok. Would i eat panda again? Probably not i need more flavor

I relapsed today after a full year without processed food. The guilt and shame are hitting hard. I'm trying to remember that these feelings aren't who I am, even though it's difficult right now. It's wild that people eat this regularly like it's nothing. These companies obviously don't give a damn about what it does to us.

I ordered on line through Doordash our lunches and 3/4 of our chow mein's were loaded with cabbage, onions and celery, also it was very oily. I have never ever gotten so much cabbage,onions and celery before. Over 3/4 as you can see is full of this. It I had of eaten there I would of given it back. Also my husband's and son in laws were the same way. Shame on you people at Panda Express..very disappointed.

I visited today at 730 pm and ordered 3 bigger plates. I asked for 5 orders of fresh honey sesame chicken and was told by Evelyn that she couldn't make me fresh. I said what you have available looks like old mixed with fresh and she still refused to make 5 fresh orders. Bad customer service.horible attitude. I asked her to read this to confirm what i was posting to be true and she got real snotty. As you can see in the picture the green beans look less than appetizing to say the least. And I'm asking for 5 orders not just one or two but 5. which could easily have been made. Why would the manager Evelyn argue with a customer and deny him his order who wants to buy your food and eat at your restaurant. Isn't that why your in business. ? And Evelyn is a manager. ? Really ?

Bought two bowls of Beijing beef and look at these 2 different servings. Unbelievable

Evelyn is disgusting. As she’s serving food she spitting at food. I don’t know if it’s a nervous habit but it’s not sanitary. She literally scared people away doing this. Management please check your cameras and you will see what she’s doing as she’s serving.

Worst experience. Do not bother ordering on to app ahead of time. The text sent saying your order is ready is false, because you will actually end up waiting 15mins more. The manager Evelyn is rude and not helpful and didn't care that I'm also working and only get a certain amount of lunch time. All she could offer me is a refund! Unbelievable. Great way to solve the problem "manager". Why would I want a refund and not the food I ordered?

They let your door dash order sit for 35 min before “finding the order” then serve you like they are rationing portions for the less fortunate as opposed to someone that paid for their order

Placed an in line order, was given pick up the order, the employees there said it would take 10 min, we’ll it is 605 and we are still waiting. They filled all the walk in orders first and we are still waiting. Also the employee in the picture was rude

Closed mondays and Tuesdays and poor portions of food makes this place the last of my options. Claasic chinese food was intended for satisfy clients not for be an expensive delicatessen Mr You QSR in the second picture has better service , food and prices

I can only give this a single star because the panda express app AND google says this location is open. However its just after 8pm on thursday, 8/21, and they are closed with a written sign on the door. Kind of sucks, but I also hope everything is okay with enployees.

Super small portions… Especially when you order on the App…. You get home and only have a couple pieces is Orange Chicken. A lot of rice… but small portions of meat.

This was a good location to go to until yesterday. I went to pick up my online order as I have in the past and was completely ignored from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I was here a few weeks ago and had to wait for an employee to hand me my online order which was understandable and a quick experience. Yesterday I eventually ended up having to grab my own order from basically the kitchen area and search through other orders since not 1 person wanted to help me. I even said "excuse me" to one of the workers and it was like I wasn't standing in front of her. After returning home I was extremely disappointed with how my food was portioned. If you order black pepper sirlon steak don't expect any steak, only broccoli stocks and mushrooms. Definitely going to a different location from now on.

Portions are small paid extra for beef and barely got any meat. Chow mein was not cooked. I asked for honey walnut shrimp again paid extra and got chicken. Wontons were undercooked. Will not be coming back.
