Went through the drive thru the other day, and I must say the gentleman on the speaker and at the food window was just such a delight! Food was great and service too notch.

The staff at this location is awesome (no matter what time of day you come through). It's really hard finding people in the fast food industry that are not only friendly but can get an order right for a family of 5. As a mom, I wanted to say thank you for giving me a break from cooking and make it right!

ok...my husband loves the hot sauce taste, so on our mobile order I put down 20 each of the four different flavors only expecting to get a few...yeah no, they did not disappoint. I'm not sure how many packets they in the bag but there were ALOT! Oh, and the food was good!

Okay the food is still Taco Bell so just be clear this rating is not completely based on food. The food was good it's everything you would expect from Taco Bell however the drive-thru guy was hilarious and I really appreciated his upbeat attitude and humor in the drive-thru and I gladly paid him the 653 pennies I owed. There are a couple other humorous puns I can't remember now but it was just so much better than talking to the frustrated overworked drive-thru person that barely acknowledges you're a human because so many people have refused to acknowledge that they are human. Maybe this Taco Bell just has wonderful customers I don't know but I like it

Consistently good food, consistently great service. One of the few places in town that has *actual* happy employees. We come here pretty often and we’ve never had a bad experience, not even a “meh” one. Food is always correct, and never a long wait. Good job! Best in town. :)

I’ve been to so many fast food chains but this one stands out by far, thanks to the amazing customer service provided by the lovely lady named Erica who was working at the front. For every question I had, she had an answer and even suggested some amazing choices in between. The food even came out hot and made to perfection! I highly recommend giving this Taco Bell a try if you haven’t already. Thank you to Erica, and all the staff that helped make my day today.

I rarely leave reviews for fast food places, but wow! I have to give this Taco Bell some love! The man working the drive thru window (I'm assuming manager, as he had on a printed shirt instead of the usual uniform) was the happiest, friendliest person ever! One of those people who's positive energy is just plain contagious. I got my nacho fries fix, and drove away with a smile! The food was still warm by the time I made it home, and everything was perfect. A+++

There is another one closer to me but I always drive to this one because they have more menu items and faster service. Staff was friendly and was making me laugh with silly jokes. The food was made quick. From experience I know these kinds of jobs can be draining so shout-out to management for letting the employees be themselves and therefore creating a more positive atmosphere that as a customer I could notice.

Great, quick service, I got just what I asked for. The employees were friendly, my only gripe is that it's still taco Bell, sometimes you get decent service but bad food, it's very day by day there. EDIT: I went today and was greeted by the happiest people on the face of the earth right now, they livened up my day and made my roommate and I laugh so hard that I just had to update my review. I never write reviews but the service at this Taco Bell is amazing. The workers are always polite, they never get my order wrong, and they do their job the right way as in they package my food neatly instead of throwing it in the box or bag like other fast food places. Also, the line wrapped around the store but I got my food within 5 minutes unlike whataburger where I’d be waiting in like for like 45 minutes

I never have high expectations for fast food restaurants because i understand it will probably only ever be just OK service, but the people at this taco bell are always SOOOO freaking nice!!!! The guy who’s normally at the window is always such a happy, bright light and is so incredibly up lifting. i’ve only ever had such sweet experiences here- literally everyone who works at this location always goes above and beyond. i’ve gone to 5 star restaurants with less service like this. keep doing what you’re doing!!!

Time of service 11:30 on 2/8/21 I hardly ever leave reviews. The experience has to be exceptionally good or really bad for me to leave one. I have been to this location a few times just grab a quick lunch through the drive through. Everytime I come here both employees greet me with a smile and a very cheerful attitude. They really seemed to be happy to be there. I well definitely come to this location more then any other fast food place. Just for the service I always receive. TWO YEARS LATER! Went back today. Like always Im very happy with the customer service. The staff is always bright and cheerful. I definitely will continue to come back.

I LOVE this taco bell. No its not just the food but the service at lunch time. I always get the pleasure of being greeted by the same guy every time. He is so nice, welcoming, and just makes the whole experience worth going to Taco Bell every time. I have only went here twice but definitely will be coming back due to this guys kindness and great customer service skills.

This isn't just the best taco bell in town, it's one of the most friendly fast food drive throughs in town. In this time, when you can't find good help, this manager has found back to back to back genuinely nice and awesome people to work the ordering/register window. Personality plus. This Taco Bell location is always accurate with my orders. I never have had an order that is messed up. They also always give a generous amount of sauce when you ask for it. Like all Taco Bell’s, the food is delicious and normally cheaper than the competitors. I recommend this location.

The people are great I come here for lunch often during work they are fast with their orders and sure they mess up on a thing or two but it's the only happened once otherwise they are amazing great service!

I had misplaced my receipt, which my company needed, and Ervin went above and beyond to help. He was able to locate the receipt and send it to me, saving me from having to drive two hours to retrieve it. That level of care and professionalism truly stands out. Ervin made the entire process easy and stress-free, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the customers and the business. This Taco Bell deserves the most recognition!! I have been visiting this Taco Bell for the past 4 years and it has only improved over time, especially in the past year. My order has not been wrong, the food quality is consistently great and fresh, the restaurant inside is more than well kept, and the employees are always doing their best work. They are also located in a very busy spot in town, yet manage nighttime rushes well. Leaving this review because this Taco Bell team is going above and beyond the rest!

Taco bell is an amazzinng place..but customers are not always right and im so over people racially profiling the employees. The color of their skin, tattoos,piercings,and that doesn't define anybody's personality but you can't complain on them. Employees have feelings just like the customers..the difference is they can't show it cause it doesn't matter..only what customers say or feel about them that matters,and that's not right eitha. So I feel that customers are not always right if they don't like what they hear they will do anything to get someone in trouble..so I feel just like employees need to do better the customers do also.

Solid taco bell. Everyone here is always polite, I've never had an issue with any of my orders, and the service is quick.

It seems that shrinkflation hits taco bell. Prices up, less fillings.....makes for a meh experience. You buy $50 worth of food and when you get it home, you realize that you got about $10 worth of stuff. Nothing like eating a crunch wrap with a teaspoon of meat and not much else. This is the best taco bell in college station, which isn't saying a lot. College station is the land of over priced food and not much else

Overall I have no real problems with this Taco Bell, however I’m only giving it four stars because most of their soda was out the second time I ate there. Food is consistent and service is good Staff was friendly. Place was clean. Drive-thru was REALLY fast. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Revised: service and sauce count has gotten better. Still have to ask for taco sauce otherwise it's 1 packet per taco. Should be a minimum 2 per taco. Everyone agrees. Never really write reviews.... Second time in a row. ... Was going to let me leave without a drink. Had to wait until another staff member noticed me to make the drink. And you HAVE TO ASK for sauces because they will not give you any if you don't specifically ask for them. Food is good, but would be better with sauce.

Went through the drive thru recently and had a fairly pleasant experience at this Taco Bell. In all the experience was about 7 minutes and service was as expected. My order consisted of 3 soft tacos, a drink, and fire sauce. I was definitely pleased with the number of sauces I received! Good job Taco Bell! I’ll be back!

It's a taco bell if you have been in 1 you have been In most, but I will say I like that they implemented the cashier kiosk. It's nice to be able to walk in and kind of go through the menu and sure leisure and order not feeling rushed. The food was hot and fresh The staff was really friendly overall great experience.

I went through the drive thru on my way to work ordered 2 beefy burritos and nacho fries and recieved exactly what i ordered but no hot sauce i was a little disappointed but the food was still good just would have been better with hot sauce

This location is hit or miss, depending on who's working. Sometimes the line takes forever or the card machine is down & can only take cash. The food is also hit or miss. Same expected quality of Taco Bell food. Wish I could buy Baja Blast Mt. Dew in grocery stores, not just at Taco Bell!

It’s Taco Bell and fast food, what makes this location is the man at the first window. I did not catch his name but he is a very charismatic man and made me laugh at 10 pm. I’m glad the Mexican pizza is back!

I bypassed the kiosk and put in my order via a worker, very kind young man. The place was clean. The food, however, seem to be in a shortage. From the black beans in the Power Bowl, the cheese on the Mexican Pizza, and the chicken in the Quesadilla.

The service and staff and everything about the actual physical location are fine. Great even. My review is just about the food, which they have no control over. Too many choices spread across a comically complicated drive through menu board,... (I haven't been here in a while, do they still serve that thing I like? maybe. if I had ten minutes, I might be able to find it somewhere on this wall). Then you get the food, and it's exactly what you ordered, but nothing like you remember. The good news is there's a Taco Casa in town and they serve food that tastes like Taco Bell, pre 1995.

I constantly have to debate with this and surrounding Taco Bells over the definition of "Fresco style". They also tend to forget to grill my burrito about half the time. But when I get the food correctly, it's delicious. Corporate customer service is very informative and helpful. For my vegans out there: I usually get the 7-layer burrito, Fresco style (don't let them take your guacamole away. It is certified vegan, so obviously it has no dairy products), Grilled, add potatoes. I use the breakfast salsa, and it is so good!

Typical Taco Bell. You order from a kiosk, they drop your food on the counter, yell your name and disappear. The lady was nice enough when I asked for a cup for water, but once I realized there wasn't a napkin In sight, I opted to go get a paper towel from the men's room instead of having to go ask for a second thing. I did like the cinnabon bites though. They're addictive. And they have good ice.

Everyone I go to still has problems with employees. They don't seem to care about doing their job right. They just want to get through the day and get a paycheck. The other thing I'm really upset about with Taco Bell is the prices have gone so far up that for the price of the 3-5 layer burritos that my boyfriend always wants, we could have gone to Olive garden for me at least. But then again I didn't order at Taco Bell so if I had then it would have been cheaper to go to Olive garden for both of us

Used to be a better place to sit and enjoy a meal. Food is great as it's always been but the music choice in this establishment is borderline torture. Who's idea was it to put repetitive and annoying club music in a fast food joint? I feel bad for the people actually working here, being subjected to this trash for hours on end feels like a warcrime.

Last night 9-21-17 must have been a bad night for this taco Bell! The drive thru line was long and the wait was about 30 minutes! The young lady at the window did apologize for the long wait, and assured us all our food was in the bag, twice! Then when we got home to our disappointment it was not!! So we had to go back, and then they proceeded to argue with us that they had put the food in the bag! And thru my husband's persistence he convinced them otherwise! I'm not going to try to steal $5.00 worth of food, but I want to receive what I did pay for! The whole experience was disappointing! Will I go there again, probably, but I will hold up the line untill I know for sure the right food is in there! We all have bad days.

If you come here make sure to check you order, for some reason they always seem to substitute things In mine even though on my receipt shows the right items.I hardly have this issue at the other restaurants but this one sure does make sure to change my order. Other comments: employees at late night are friendly, and courteous, good job on that.

I always go to this location and my orders is correct most the time but today smh. All 3 of my tacos was flipped upside down and all my contents was in the bottom of the bag like they just threw the tacos in there and one of my shells was almost completely broken smh. Never again. Ordered a meal to dine in with nacho fries. The nacho fries were spilled on the tray with no liner. I asked Daisy if they had a liner and was met with a sigh and an eye roll before she attempted to answer my question.

food was good and hot but when i opened the wrapper to my burrito there was, what i believe to be, a piece of hairnet? or a very plastic piece of hair. it was wrapped onto my burrito which grossed me out

Updated: Not safe to eat here if you are vegetarian or don’t like the meat. For the second time, I’ve been given my cheese quesadilla with chicken in it. Made me feel sick. No dinner for me! Friendliest service ever this morning! I wish I could recall the lady’s name, but she was great. Food was the best breakfast we’ve ever had from a fast food place, quick, correctly made and piping hot.

Stop asking me for extra money every time I visit one of your stores. I don't care about other peoples children going to college. I can't afford to send my own kids to college.

I deliver for Doordash and Postmates, and everytime I accept an order from this location, they are at least five minutes late with my customer's food which means customers are not getting their food in time and my rating is lowered. I understand having one or two late orders when they are busy, but I have had consistent issues with this and also them sloppily packaging orders sending out bags with broken seals and missing straws and napkins. Every other taco bell in the area has online orders ready in time and packaged neatly.

ADVICE: Only go to this location at lunchtime, because that's when Reggie is working, and he will 100% make certain that you're taken care of and that your order is spot on. If Reggie's not taking your order: 75% chance it will be incorrect and you'll be missing multiple items. 5 stars for Reggie, -1 star for everyone else.

I’d honestly give 0 stars if I could. After realizing I made a mistake on my order I asked the lady at the window if I could change it and add another item and she told me she couldn’t since it was already in the system. This is pure laziness as someone who’s worked fast food before, like even McDonalds does that. I know my 5 dollars isn’t gonna make or break Taco Bell but man all I wanted was a nacho fry box add on but no they can’t change an order. Bill. And I wasn’t about to wait another 2 minutes in that drive through line. Please train your employees better.

This location has had a few complications with my orders since I've moved here. Today though was the worst one. I made an online order, the app said to park up front and walk inside. I did, then proceeded to tell the cashier the name for my order, and waited. I waited 10 minutes before I asked where the order was, and I found out they gave it to someone in the drive-thru, due to them not knowing i was in the lobby?? I am done coming to this location, it's not worth the hassle. Food was mediocre, even for taco bell

We have had problem after problem with accurate orders and employee manners at this taco bell. Every single time we order a number 3 taco supreme Soft, we get hard. We even double and triple check with them, and it still comes out as a hard shell for some reason. The last time this happened and we asked for our order to be remade the drive through guy got very upset, and just kept trying to get rid of us. Today when we dined in, they were able to quickly fix the mistake, but the manners of the woman checking us out was unbelievable. She was nice, friendly. But then she commented on how much we were eating. Excuse me?? Apparently getting a whole meal from there is "eating too much"?? We found this Extremely Inappropriate. Honestly, I don't care the only other Taco Bell in the area is 15 minutes out of our way, I'm sorry to say this one has Lost Our Business. From the orders to the manners to even the horrible set up of the menus (though I cant blame them much for that, with the attitude and the messed up orders I can't believe they make enough money to replace them with readable ones) I just can't see us coming back to this Taco Bell.

Staff is always charismatic and kind. Have been going to this location for FOUR years and have never gotten the correct order. Just got "rancid" meat in our Food. Had to throw out the entire meal for fear of getting sick. Called to get a refund on our card, but got a run around because I could make another round trip. So so tired of getting horrible food and no recourse. Fast food is so expensive now and even worse than ever.

It was extremely busy gotten most of my order wrong and when I went back inside and told them about it, the guy at the counter said that he was the one who made the order and it must have gotten mixed up with someone else's and almost refused to fix it and said it was my fault. Upset me so much I just got a refund and decided to leave. I specifically asked for the supreme party pack 6soft 6hard. That's $20 for 12 tacos. Supreme is like 25. I asked for 3 to have nacho sauce instead of shredded. She said it's 27 and some change. So I go to window to pay and come to find out she charged me over 37. She charged me for 24 TACOS. 24!!! And the other lady proceeded to tell me that was the price for a supreme party pack of 12 tacos when I know for a fact it should'nt have even hit 30$. Won't be going back there anytime soon.

Come here every day, my kids love it, but today I sent my son to get a Chipotle chicken taco box amd the food looked very old, they didn't give a receipt with it, and then told me I have to come REPAY for food they messed up, bc they didn't give me a receipt... won't be eating here anymore

I don't even know how to express how BAD this location is. Firstly, the food usually here taste pretty good but here recently I notice the food has this weird fowl smell to it. On top of that the food taste in general taste terrible. It taste like it's been left out all day, barely warm, and overall is just not the same compared to other Taco Bell locations. Secondly, the service here is either going to be a hit or miss but lately it's been a HUGE miss. Every employee in this location has this chronic issue of an attitude problem. If you tell them anything regarding an item is missing or an order was more incorrectly they look at you like they are dumbfounded. All I have to say is, if you are that UNHAPPY and MISERABLE doing the job you are hired to do for the sake of your sanity go work else where. Like why do you all have an attitude towards everyone for no reason??? Anyways. Overall the atmosphere here is just depressing.

I was there last night and I understand it was busy, I'm a DoorDasher and was given 3 orders, I waited about an hour and half, this woman came in to work to help them with the orders, I finally got 2 orders of my 3 and the woman refused to make the third, she kept making the orders for people that recently came in and told me just to take my two orders and go and refused to make the third, I had to get out of there before I get myself in trouble and have the police called on me and get banned from Taco Bell

Missed an item for my online order tonight and i called them about it. they asked me if i placed the order on the mobile app and i since i placed it on my browser. i said i placed it on safari and they said, what is safari. when i elaborated and said it was a browser, like safari, chrome, they continued to say they didn’t know what it was. if they had said smth else, or acknowledged that they made a mistake, or even wanted to see proof of it i would have happily of tried to do my best to show them, but to continue and say that they didn’t know what a BROWSER was is absolutely ridiculous. Safari, Chrome, etc and saying that you don’t know what that is when you mess up an online order is ridiculous. at least say that you messed up, or say smth other than an oblivious lie like that you don’t know what a web browser is. absolutely ridiculous service and blatant lies by the workers. will never be coming back to this location and will happily drive extra minutes to go to further location instead of continuing to go to this one
